Great store awesome stuff however disappointed with the staff by the name of Lex. Being a lady felt very uncomfortable with his mannerism. He doesn't know how to deal with women. I did report him to the supervisor on duty who said he would look into the matter. This is the first time that a salesman behaviour in Dubai has made me uncomfortable. Hoping management looks into this matter and does the needful. We women do not go shopping to be Checked Out by Salesmen.

It was a good purchase. I am satisfied with my shoes. The staff was well behaved. They use a 3D scanner to identify the right shoes.

Bought a shirt two days ago. About to wear it and see the security tag is still attached. Now this shirt is no use paid 288 AED. Only because of your absent minded employees. About to travel to Saudi Arabia.and I don't think this shirt will clear security at airport. Thanks retards

A very huge store for sure, wide range of product but size is the issue as there stock gets over, sad thing there are Soo many staffs but they will only attend u when u call them for something.when there are not alot of customers. But hands down friendly staffs.

I need to call the shop regarding an exchange and the number you have listed does not work. I do not want to go all the way down to Dubai Mall to find out its not been resolved. Please can you provide me with a number that works?

Refund policy is very harsh. I return an item (bag) after 2 days of purchase without using it in original condition but only exchange no refunds are allowed and no one mentioned it. All stickers are intact and it is clearly not used but they apply the rule anyway.

I was surprised and didn't even want to buy anything else. The reciept says refunds allowed within 7 days but another note at the bottom says refunds only in form of gift card which means no refund!

I have a gift card but I don't want to buy UA merchandise anymore.
