Don't give them any bank details, they deduct from you again and again.
They let you regret your donation and you stress between trying to get on hold of someone which they never get back to you and your bank.
I have donated an amount last year to support 3 members of a family for 1 year. Paid and moved on, 2 days ago they try to take the same amount out of my account without my approval.
This is not acceptable and reason why cash help was not accepted from the UNHCR desk in the mall of Emirates.
I m not happy at all with this practice.
