I have had multiple visits to the Unicare Clinic in Mankhool and each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their services. The clinic is exceptionally well-suited for addressing first-hand medical needs. While the clinic may not have an extensive range of medical facilities, it more than makes up for this with its efficiency and effectiveness. Plus, it’s an economical option for dealing with smaller health issues.

Unicare is one of the best medical service provider that me and my family have come across in UAE, they are very caring and always try to add value to your time and money.

If you need your wisdom tooth removed, please think twice before going here. A general dentist is the wrong doctor to see if wisdom teeth removals, especially if your case is complex.

I had a complicated extraction and was told by the female dentist that it was a simple procedure. The session took 2 hours. Another dentist was called in to complete the removal. My gums and mouth were unnecessarily cut and then stitched back so badly. BUT, the open wound above the socket was left open.

For 2 weeks after, I had severe pain, couldn't open my mouth wider than to put a straw in and couldn't eat solid food.

I went back several times to the same doctor to try and find a cure, but each time I was told that's "it's normal to have this much pain, " "it happens. " And was asked to take more and more pain killers with no real effort to fix the problem they created.

Later I was told - by the same doctor - that my wisdom tooth removal required a dental surgeon and not the dentists that did mine. So they weren't experienced or qualified to carry out what was done.

I had to go to another dentist to fix the problem.

My advice, go to a dental/oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removals. I learned the hard way.

When I did my tests, they told me they'd be ready the same day. I've been waiting for over 1 week, calling every day and they kept re-assuring me I'll receive it the same day and still nothing. Super unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time

I have got my root canal done (in August 2019) here by Dr. ANJALI SAPRU and the tooth pain was fixed very same moment. Though i had to come for 3 more time as need to fix a cover over the tooth. SHE IS A GEM UNICARE MEDICAL CENTER YOU GUYS ARE BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH DOCTOR IN YOUR HOSPITALS

I would request every one to come and meet her for any of your dental problems and take her guidance. 50% of your problems will be sorted once you meet her

Physiotherapist Ms Naik at UniCare Medical Centre, Mankhool, comes with high recommendations. She is a top-class professional with a deep understanding of the human musculoskeletal system. Moreover, her empathy is the wow factor of the expertise, which helps in faster and complete recovery.

The clinic is prioritizing travelers for pcr tests instead of patients with requirements to do a urgent blood tests. As a result a genuine patient had to wait

My experience with Dr. Rajshree at Unicare Mankhool has been extremely positive. She doesn't over-medicate, doesn't take our questions lightly and goes above and beyond for every child, giving us (parents) not just the assurance but also the privilege of knowing that we have such a lovely person caring for our little ones.

Her nurse Neena is brilliant with kids- my 5 year old receives a pep-talk every time we step in for a vaccination or a blood test. She is funny, patient, kind and has a way to soothe them.

Together they make a lovely team and quite unlike many others in the region - They are approachable, contactable and most importantly - They Care!

DR. Misbah from Muhaisinah branch, uniCare, terrible work done on my wifes teeth. After fixing braces, there were gaps on my wifes teeth. After few months, 6 of her teeth developed cavities and got infected. Now she underwent root canal for 6 of her MOLAR teeth. If you do not have the skill to be a dentist, please quit your job and save lives of other people.

Dr. Shital is very accomodating, polite and concern about her patients same as the nurse as well.

I have been visiting Unicare Clinic Mankhool for almost 3 years now, their service is excellent, I mainly go for Pediatric consultancy with Dr. Rajashree, and very happy with the kind of consultancy she provides, she is well experienced and provides great treatment.

The Staff there are very friendly, flexible and down to earth, especially the Nursing team is very caring and constantly provides genuine and best service.

Terrible experience. Rejected my insurance even though they're on the insurance list, and prior to appointment they confirmed they accepte it. When I contacted the insurance company the clinic staff refused to talk to them. Then the insurance company try to contact the clinic but they didn't answer the phone even though I was there and saw that no one was busy. Apparently I was the only visitor at the time. So I spent around one hour being ignored and avoided by staff and eventually was put on the phone with the clinic insurance manager Shaik Ataulah who in a rather arrogant way told me they won't expect my insurance even if the insurance company says they must.
In general the place seemed weird, no visitors, staff acting strange. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hi uni care hospitality team please change your receptionist I am so much tired in waiting area I am still waiting for call but not responding i want yo RTA medical but 1 hour no token 3 times I went the receptionist counter please give me any number any room for RTA medical they are careless

My experience is very good all staff is very polite especially Dr. Satish the dermatologist. I felt I am taking to my friend, I was in pain but he maid me smile and gave me confident to beat what problem I have

Had a terrible experience with Gynaecologist Dr. Jaimala. Got a pap smear done in Unicare and went to her for a consultation. Before I could even be seated, she told me the reports were normal and there was nothing to be discussed. My reports were not fully normal when I went through them. Very disappointed. The staff was also uncooperative. I had already booked an appointment but still had to wait for almost an hour because apparently their system didnt show the booking.

We visit Unicare for all our medial requirements but would like to specially mention them for sincerity and genuine caring for our health and wellbeing. Dr. Shital makes us feel comfortable along with being informative and friendly. The same can be said for her assisting nurse staff.

The worst experience ever. I asked the call center several times whilst making the appointment if my insurance would cover opthalmology, only to get there and wait 1.5 hours to be told its not approved and the doctor needs to leave.

Very badly bahaviour specialy reseptionlist Indian lady.i came 2 time in the eveing time 6pm in madical center.she said come tomrow tomorow for the RTA medical.i am very upset.i will not come again this medical center.

Had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Anjali Sapru. She is amazing! I didn’t feel any pain. Thanks Doc and ate nurse! What a fantastic duo!

I visited the uniCare Medical Centre in Mankhool last Thursday for a check up, from the frontdesk to the 2 doctors I have seen, they were very nice and accomodating. Dr. Amal Joseph was very professional and friendly so as Dr Shital Vaidya.

First of all I regret to inform that uni care from mankhool has been a total disappointment. I had taken my 5 year old to the pediatrician for treatment and unfortunately the pediatrician was a total disaster. She was not even trying to hear our issue. She was more concerned with my insurance package which has got nothing to do with her.she was arrogant and my daughter was not diagnosed properly. My daughter needed nabulization which she said it was not available in our insurance package. Now please note since your doctor's treatment was not at all satisfactory. I went to Nmc diera where my daughters treatment got started with my same insurance package with superb doctors around. Mr.subhash was my doctor and he diagnosed her with pneumonia and started her treatment. Were your doctor from uni care told us to wait for a week when she was having fever between 38 to 39 degree. Please do not take lifes for granted that's my humble request to your organization.

I visit this clinic for Dental treatment with Dr Angali Sapru. She is amazing. No jargon no extra procedure, right on target. She ensure that I am relax n not getting pain. In fact she does not take unwanted xray. I recommend her to my close network.
Only thing what unicare need to improve is reception staff performance. At first floor sometime there is no one at reception. A pharmacy in the same building is much appropriate than walking 2 block to get the medicines. I m giving one star less due to clinic administration.

Pathetic experience- they are quite understaffed, nobody on the reception most of the time, I spoke to a lady abt my sequence as I wanted to consult doctor for my child but she was very rude. She told if you can’t wait then better cancel appointment and shown me staircase to go down. I cancelled appointment finally as nobody paid attention. And it really didn’t bother them also. The pharmacy is also far from the medical center. My wife consulted a GP and went to pharmacy to get medicines. And they also kept us waiting for medicines for an hour as they forgot to put ERX number. A-z all staffs were very rude. I left the place with seer dissatisfaction. Won’t come back ever.

Really bad. The basics of a clinic is to have a GP on staff. But they only have a dentist available at 3pm on a Sunday. "Our doctors work shifts" yeah so does everyone else, but you don't go to a restaurant to find out that theres no chef on duty only a cleaner.
