Excellent professional service, the way the entire transition was done superb and fantastic, control room has kept updated with each and every transition of the journey along with the haemodynamic status of the patient. I would really appreciate the team effort of blue dot team right from the front end and the medicalescort team, Flight physician and Nursing assistance are well trained and build the emotional confidence of the relatives and friends. I brought my 12 year old son to india through bluedot and i did not face any issue. Dr.afzal and Dr.aamir was always there for him.

We used the service on 16-sep-2023 for transferring the accident patient from riyadh to delhi. We did use the services of universal Air Ambulance for my cousin brother from Dubai to Chennai. He was a Covid negative Patient with Ecmo. A very sensitive tranfer which required immense planning right until the last detail. Universal Air Ambulance, under the able leadership of Mr. Vinod Nair worked on every aspect of this transfer. Yes it is a massive operation with coordination with several airports and authorities and medical help. All was handled exceptionally well and we all worked as one team to make it possible with minimal or no stress for the patient or his relatives travelling with him. My uncle was sick and we planned to shift him to Pakistan for further treatment. We contacted several companies of Air Ambulance Private Jet but they refused/asking money in advance (though there intentions were positive, good and safety measurable).
At last we get contact with Universal Air Ambulance, the way we have guided was superb and full of appraisal. They have done everything with 16 hours; confirmation, payment, getting takeoff and landing permits on both ports and transferring patient to designated hospital.
One thing is for sure, patient safety was the first priority of all competitors.
