Their customer service and supporting processes are appalling. Comparing them to DHL: It is not possible to pay fees online in advance, they are not capable to get to a customer at the requested pickup time, they deliver always at the same time. Unfortunately, I am NEVER home at the time the delivery person comes. Meaning, I will never be able to get my parcel. Use DHL if you want to work with a courier that builds their processes around what clients need.

Very Bad service. Cannot track any realistic updates from online tracking system. Minimum 10 days will take them to deliver. Customer service are very bad attitude.they don't respect the customers.

The worst company to deal with horrible customer service.i got a package form Italy my company is in abu dhabi and i have abu dhabi customs NO.they want me to pay 485 aed extra so they clear it form me in abu dhabi or else im forced to open DUBAI customs account to get Dubai customs No.i dont understand why and they delay my shipment where i paid premium 260EUR to get the package delivered to me in 5 day

Worst courier service i have ever faced, i have informed to them that its urgent for some official work so kindly follow up on my parcel, but its been 5-6 days till now i dint get anything related to my shipment. For what we facing this issues? And we dont have any option to follow up or schedule the delivery.

Immediately, we were greeted by a friendly employee who noticed the anxiety and urgency we had.

She instantly assisted us just minutes before closing.

This is the worst shipping company I’ve ever seen in my life. Never deal with them. I cannot get my parcel for a whole week and they keep changing delivery date every day. Customer service is awful, if you call them they’ll tell you that they’re sure it will be delivered today 100% and you’ll get nothing. And that’s how it is every day.

Wooooorst service ever! Please avoid them, you will only be disappointed.

3 days of delays, spending my days at home during 3 days, calling them to ask where is my delivery, they're telling me it will come today. But they are lying nobody is coming everytime and they dare to tell me they called me whereas they're lying.

Very tiring, annoying and crazy!

Rude delivery person. Horrible customer service. Misleading. Liars. I can't explain enough how bad the experience was with UPS in Dubai. The agent was rude, not answering the phone. He told he is coming next day and next day after I called him 10 times he answered saying he will not come with my documents and if I need something to call customer service. I called customer service, they never called me back with the solution. I can't believe no one is taking action after so many low reviews and customers complaining. UPS YOU DON'T PAY US WE PAY YOU. Shame on you and the managers that are not taking actions.

UPS has again failed to complete the last mile delivery on time and ruined the shopping experience. Inspite of sharing all the details they fail to deliver the items, then lie that the delivery was attempted and then mess up the delivery address. The calls centre doesn’t help as gives you the standard response. On following up, the lady at the call centre shouts back and asks one to be patient after a three day delay in delivery. My experience with UPS has always be poor and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I was getting some shipment coming through UPS express known as more fast and more expensive, hoping to get shipment soonest. Once it was send i got details and realized that sender made a mistake in the address. Immediately I send email to UPS informing about mistake in the address asking to update it. Next day I have got a call from UPS, clarify with me correct address and updated it. Also they said that shipment still on the way and didn’t reach UAE facility and once it will driver will still call once he is on the way. After few days sender send me notification that shipment was delivered to my doorstep! Which never happened- I didn’t receive anything as well no one tried call me for the delivery. I try call UPS and it’s endless Q on the phone will make you wait forever. I guessed and just drove to the wrong address and was shocked to find my parcel by the door of the abandoned house with lots of dust and old flyers on the doorstep. Stills it didn’t make driver to doubt and call to make sure, all he did-just drop it on the door and left! Thanks God I was there on time to take it. After sending another email to UPS asking how could it happened that my parcel still went to wrong address after its being updated and why driver never bothered to call… all I got as a reply is “sorry”! What a poor service! Its not a service you expect to get once you pay that money for fast and safe delivery.

I supposed to receive one item from amazon but the item shipped with UPS, so Nobody calling for delivery just they mentioned as attempted delivery is failed or business closed.

I visited the customer (a loose term) centre as i was told i would get 50% discount - I'd rather pay extra than experience the horrible service received
The reception meant a 5 minute walk around the building after which i patiently waited to be served- another man came along and was sooo rude- grabbed my envelope and started checking my documents- this has NEVER happened before with a UPS collection He then thrust a form at me with no pen and told me to fill it in I'm not sure who he usually deals with but obviously not customers or human beings!
The other man who i believe usually deals with customers was marginally better but not enough to make this a good experience

Very Bad Service
Shippement was held in the airport for 10 days
And then they didnt even delivered it to my door step, beside they asked me to collect 50kgs from their warehouse.

1 - Express shipping expectations are not met
2- Door 2 Door shipping expectations are not met

DHL Aramex and Fedex are way better.

The company applied for express delivery. Just getting emails with changing dates. (every time - one more day) We even started to bet how many weeks (instead of 48hr) we will wait for our extra fast delivery:)

The call center takes so much time to answer. The delivery is after 6, with no way to follow up on the status of the delivery. The call center says they will call you back and never do. It’s the most useless company i have ever not had the pleasure to work with.

Delivery service by them is not that great as I'm waiting for one of my package to arrive. Disappointed how they are delaying it. I mentioned my home address and the package was supposed to arrive during weekend but the delivery person forgot that and they refuse to deliver it after 7 pm during working days.

Very very very bad service no one is answering the customer service number and they lost my package and delivered it somewhere else, and no one is answering my phone calls, and they shut the phone on my face, i don't recommend this company at all, i will rate it 0 stars. Package due delivery on 12th September, today is the 18th and nothing, the app just says it’s on its way. Continents form faster than UPS delivers, communication is non existent, customer care just seem arrogant and nonchalant to their poor service. Other shipping companies get packages here in 2 days for the same price, please avoid UPS.

Very bad and worse staff, especially the receptionist at Dubai Al Quoz office, Mr. Mohammed Anver. He don't know how to behave to customers and he threatened me and bought my id card telling me that he have security issues. He was not even willing to pack the shipment and told its not his duty. He packed the shipment before 3 times for me as I was a regular customer. I will never recommend this company. They are thinking there are no any othet parcel service companies in UAE.

I ordered something from Apple and it was scheduled in 4 days to be delivered (?). 5 th day I received an email that actually I should pick up my good from the UPC customer center as there was no address (which I put in the order application on the apple store). Worst service they don’t tell what part of the day the delivery is scheduled and the guy calls you half day prior or in the morning but gets delivered in the evening. Worst service and had to waste several weekends waiting for the delivery.

Very unprofessional service. I have been calling them for my shipment. Just for one mistake in address they have just mentioned update in tracker that incomplete address. My number is mentioned there. It is a bloody common sense to give a call and deliver. This is why unprofessional service. 3rd time I called them and they promised me to call back in 45 minutes n it's been 2 hours no call. If they provide this kind of service very soon it has to shut down.

I got an international shipment, and it was supposed to come on 28th May, I kept tracking but it showed 'address incomplete' but the address I gave was the right one. Two days later I saw 'warehouse scan and it's been more than a week still showing warehouse scan, please what's going on? I also called the customer service line and that was worst I was on the call waiting for four hours. Still haven't got nothing.

UPS Customer service is pathetic and without attempting for a delivery the driver returned my package claiming incorrect delivery address though multiple times i have given address and mobile details to the customer service. They just find ways to delay the delivery and adding to that customer service do not give any damn about customer issues.

Would give UPS 0 starts if I can. Giving me the run around. Customer service have no clue where my order is and said that their operations department will get back to me. Called again after no one followed up with me and same answer! What's pathetic is that there are so many negative reviews and no one's bothering to address the issue. Does UPS even have proper management in the UAE?

My shipment arrived from Germany to UAE in 1 day as it is an urgent ahipment but it is stuck in with them for four days! Thats stuped! And im calling them them from 3 days to update my adress because they wrote “wrong address” because of no reason, im asking to collect it from the customer centre in dubai, and you can see how long is the waiting time on the phone just to talk to the customer service agent! Not to mention that the system is telling me you are the next customer to be answered from 45 minutes until I hanged up after 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting! And still after 4 days they are just making new request everyday, i payed 780 AED For this urgent shipment!

Exceptionally bad service!

The package arrived 5 days ago and they haven’t delivered until now. I’ve been calling everyday to check where’s the package and to make sure they have the correct address and provided more numbers that they can contact during delivery. No calls, no delivery and each time I call, the previous agent seemed to have incorrect or incomplete details! Not only that, it takes forever for them to answer the phone and they keep putting you on hold and on mute and eventually drops the call.

They always make delivery exception for no reason at all! Can’t even collect it from the warehouse as it’s with the delivery guy who they can’t contact. They would not give the delivery guys’ number and keeps saying I will be contacted but no one calls me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in 12 years living the Middle East. Customer service cannot give me answers about when my package will be delivered. After the promise of a next day delivery I'm still waiting 3 days later with no word of when my package will be delivered. Have even asked to speak to management and they won't put me through.

Have had to come to the service centre during a pandemic as they can't deliver my package. Still waiting to see if they even have it here?

Update: they don't have the package even though customer service said it was here. It has been sent out with empost! Worst service ever!

I had a bad experience at your customer service centre at Al Quoz on 02/02/2020 at 9.45 pm. We wanted to send face mask around 400 grams in weight to UK. We were quoted 830 dirhams by the customer service agent. When questioned about the price he immediately offered 50 per cent discount without us asking for it. When we asked him to weigh the packet he refused. He was very rude and unprofessional. We left the place without sending the parcel.

Terrible. For many years, I believe, I will be having nightmares and wake up in sweat when this experience will be haunting me. That’s in brief, and if you are up to details, long text below.

So here is the story. I needed to send a printed canvas poster to a friend in another country. Nothing special, just needs to be packed properly. Checked all major companies and UPS looked most friendly and convenient. Hahaha, I was so naïve! I started with registering at their web site which was OK. Then followed a fairly lengthy process of creating shipment request online. I carefully filled in all the data, including the commercial invoice and got to the last stage which is payment. There I got to my first problem as it told me I need some sort of ‘account’ to pay. OK, I started looking through the online profile and found where I can log the account… Oops, it did not work – you can’t add personal account, only corporate. Some time wasted and with a great difficulty I found how to add credit card to my profile. Next surprise: you can’t save your draft online shipment request, so by the time I added credit card details, the session timed out and I had to start from scratch. Annoying but I carry on. At least you can save your and delivery address, but then you still have go through the rest of the form and fill it in again. Done! Now to the payment stage… What could go wrong? Here is what: there is no option to use credit card you entered. You. Need. Account. Which can’t be personal. Wow. That’s cruel, UPS. And you still can’t save your draft shipment. OK, what can I do? Oh, online support! Great, let me ask for help. Oops, it is not a real support but a poorly done bot which catches key words of your query and directs you to Help or FAQ section of the web site. Thanks, so useful (sarcasm)! Now more than one hour wasted. Alright, calm down. Time to call UPS. I am talking to a nice support person and… They ask me everything: type of shipment, dimensions, destination etc. Fine. All left to be done is to schedule a pick up of the item. Done. Just one last question. You will pack it for me guys, right? No. (Demonic laugh at the background (joking). No, stupid customer, it is now after we asked you everything and scheduled pick up, it is time to tell you we will not do packing. Not if you want a pick up. Please come to our customer center and they will do packing. Arrrrghh! Now remember, this is important: they asked me what is being shipped, what are the dimensions, so they know it. And they say something like: ‘Come to the customer center, they will pack it. Just do not forget to bring 5 copies of the filled commercial invoice with you as you will not be able to print/get/fill it in at our super customer friendly customer center’. OK, why I am not surprised, thanks for warning at least. Fine, I go to Al Quoz, which is not really next door to my place, and bring my poster with me. Now, ready? They say they will not pack it for me. All they have are standard boxes and of course poster will not fit. So, dear customer, please go and find special packing company and come back to us. Now, remember they asked about dimensions etc? So they KNEW what I am trying to send, and clearly TOLD they will do packing. Yes, you promised to pack it but only if I bring the item to your center, which sort of makes sense as obviously you can’t send a courier fully equipped to pack anything. But then here at the customer service center it is high time to say ‘no we can’t pack it’. I think there is something sadistic about pretending all goes OK and let you down at the very last stage. See, it is a pattern: that’s how their web site works and that’s how their call center works! That’s probably my worst customer experience to date.

And, by the way, poster was finally sent by Emirates Post which took 15 minutes (apart from driving to Karama). It was very nicely packed by them at the same office. Not to mention the price difference. Good luck UPS, I sincerely hope not to encounter your ‘service’ ever again in my life.

Staff at Al Quoz reception are always changing employees are new with typical waiting time 45 minutes. I'm regularly sending items from there and each staff member has their own different interpretation of their "policy" and when you ask to see the policy its not written anywhere. Sending 210kg I was offered just 50% discount when I already knew there is a offer a separate discount of 55% if you have a loyalty card (and anybody can get one). When I asked why I was being offered a lower discount than was possible they said its because I'm sending regularly so no further discount can be given. Seems they think that I'll just continue using them whilst they give less frequent shippers a higher discount. Pretty sure it sums up this business. Utter contempt for the customer. Avoid

Worst experience ever! I've been waiting for my stuff for a week and it's in Dubai! I've updated my info via phone and email, called countless times and still my delivery is with the driver! Who the hell are you kidding! It took Amazon 2 days to deliver to uae and you can't deliver from Al qouz to Al barsha! Piece of advice guys go collect it yourself it's not worth the wait for an unprofessional company such as this to deliver.
