Worst ever experience as they never answer the calls.
My shipment delivery was rescheduled 3 times for 3 days, and when got a chance to speak to the call center, he reacted as he doesn’t care.
Had to collect my delivery by myself, and hope it’s the first and last time you choose UPS as the shipment company.

Why does Apple use a service that has such horrible customer service? I ordered Apple 15 that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I’m still waiting to receive it. I called them yesterday 3 times and they said you will get before 7pm but as the website stated that i did not answer the call even do i did not receive a single call.and they ensured that the item is out for delivery and I will receive it soon. Surprise, surprise? I m still waiting but no one call such a Ridicules Service.

Bad service, can not handle simple shipment. I never had this issue with DHL or FedEx. Customer support is also very bad. Not recommended

Literally the worse shipping company out there. If you have the choice go for other ones like aramex.
They are so slow and don’t care about when you get your shipment. They are lazy to do anything on Saturday because sunday is weekend.

I have three parcels shipped from UK but I received two one they lost and the two I have received were also damaged and incomplete.

THE WORST company i’ve EVER dealt with and i mean it.i’m surprised that they still have the UPS franchise.long story short they robbed me money.they asked me 353.11$ for customs fees saying that the company that runs my PO box refused to pay it.later i figured out that they make everyone pay these “fees” with insane cost.they asked me to wire the money for 2 seconds i thought i was getting actually scammed but no it’s thier LLC account
after i wired the money they told me that the payment missing 80$! Mind you i paid all fees already how is it missing!
they refused to release my shipment until i wired them another $80 and i had to pay 102$ in total some hidden mysterious fees so 353.11+102 just so i can get my shipment form their office.shipment in total delayed a WHOLE month and i’m 100% sure that it’s a ripoff and not an actual fees and the money didn’t suddenly go missing.insane.
