Bought two cycles from them. Brake squeaks and they recommend home remedies. Terrible after purchase experience despite the promise of 6 month free service.

EDIT: I bought the cycle on 13th May, 2023. I have used it on three rides. I have not sprayed or applied any oil yet. If the brakes are squeaking from day 1, this must be because the pads are contaminated by something sprayed on while the cycle was on display at the store. If your sales guy thinks this due to dust, I fully expect him to fix the problem and prove his hypothesis. It is unacceptable for a cycle store to not have brake cleaner. As a service center, he cannot ask me to wash it at home to fix ths problem. What is the point of driving 30 kms for this advice. I called you the previous day and described the problem to him following which he asked me to bring the bike in for service. So, I do not think my comment is unfair.

Not worth it even one star! I ordered online bike to Abu Dhabi 1st august, l got delivery yesterday and test the bike, when l ride the bike l found out front tyre has loud sound, back tyre touching the side metal has gear issue as well, l send them photos and videos as they asked from me, they said: this cause might be from delivery so question who packed this bike?
l called delivery company they said: we don’t have packing service so u are the one packed badly this bike to give carrier “ if the reason is delivery so who supposed fix the issue! How delivery guy will make the tire stuck with metal l m thinking! “ actually u didn’t check it properly before you packed, how you arrange the delivery without checking bike working or not everything fix or not! As u arranging delivery it s not my problem any delivery issue! You are the responsible from bike till reach my door! They only saying take the bike to the shop to fix the issue or bring here, this online order how can l bring it to Dubai from Abu Dhabi or why l m the one taking the bike to shop for fixing as l purchased brand new bike! This bike must be perfect condition without any minor or major issue! When l want to return they not accept to pay for Carrier and they put on you all the cost even issue from their side! Don’t buy from this shop anything! You will have problem with brand new bike!

I have been recommended by my friend that Upten is the place to buy bike, I visited Upten Dragon Mart Dubai and was very satisfied with the service demonstrated by Dudu, he guided me in the right direction which made it very easy to choose my bike, Plus Dudu is very friendly person and I would recommend my friends to definitely make a trip at Upten if they wish to buy a bike. I should have read the reviews before ordering a bike online from them. I bought a bike from their website and it was poorly assembled. The bike broke in 2 weeks and of course they don't sell parts so it's trash now, no warranty no support from this company. Think before you waste your money here. I'll be sure everyone I know avoids this place.

Got myself a new road bike - Java Siluro 3. If you have any doubt, go to this shop and look for Kashif. He explains well and is very patient with all your queries. 5 star service from him! It was also delivered within the day, not many shops have this quick turn around

I received my bike and the accessories I ordered. The condition is perfect. I just loveeee the bike. It’s even better than I picture online. The height is perfect, so super lightweight. I love the helmet, it’s so lightweight yet so strong and it perfectly matches my bike.

Went to their DM2 store with the intention of purchasing a bike, however the staff at the store was least interested nor was customer friendly. Robotic responses and definitely wasn't keen on making a sale. The management surely needs to work on having their staff understand the basics of customer service. It's their loss as I ended up making my purchase from another store.

I bought pardus spark, 105 groupset and full carbon. Compare to my previous road bike. It was far way better. Good price and good customer service. I will highly recommend upten and pardus brand.

One of the worst bikes in Dubai if not in the world.bicycles will not last more than 3 to 4 days. The service is very limited, and not reliable at all.

Very rude customer service, especially the Philippino guy, it seems that he doesn’t want to work.
Also the bikes not worth the money, it won’t even last for a week, my bike was broken since the first drive, I would rather spend my money in another shop.

Terrible customer service!
The two two staff members are rude and so unprofessional. It looked like they were doing me a favour in answering my questions and they looked so bothered. I really loved one of the bikes but they managed to change my mind. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Very expensive.jave folded bike 20 inch price is 1100 AED.you can get it for 650 AED in other shops.

One guy at the store is too rude. He was acting as if he was doing a favour by showing me the bikes. Leave politely talking, he was literally shouting. And to top that, he was too condescending since i did not know which category of bike i last owned. Came here to buy a bike, not get insulted by the staff.
