Worst service ever, whenever I try to call, the number is constantly busy and then it seemed like they blocked my number. When someone FINALLY responded to the WhatsApp and I placed my order, I was given the time frame for the delivery between 10 am and 7 pm, their driver only started heading to my house at 10:15 pm. The entire surprise was ruined thanks to Urban Bloom.

I ordered anniversary flowers as a surprise for my partner. I have provided my partner's number to call just in case. In my dismay, the delivery guy called my partner and announced in advance - it ruined the moment of surprise!

Worst flower delivery experience ever!

I ordered, and paid AED 1,587 for, three bouquets with 16 roses and 500 grams of Patchi chocolate each. I was delivered one bouquet with 13 roses and 250 grams of Patchi chocolate. I have tried to call more than 30 times today, but they just hang up.

Worst flower delivery, the guy on Whatsapp said that they can deliver before 5PM on Valentines day, its very understandable that there can be delays due to high demand. 10PM still no flowers. The person on their Whatsapp also is rude when you keep following up. Never picks up the phone. Is not prompt in replying, most of the time they'll just "seen" your message on Whatsapp, now they are non responsive after I asked to cancel as its useless to get the flowers at a late time. Beware of this company its the worst of the worst.

Very bad. I ordered the gift and as mentioned on the website, will be delivered before 5pm but they did not delivered in whole day until 9 15 pm. Spoiled my occasion completely.

Very bad customer service, they basically ignore you. I ordered a gift for valentines and they delivered it at midnight after everyone was already asleep even though i called them to make sure it is delivered early and they promised. Not recommended at all, be careful!

We ordered their lovely bouquet of 50 pink roses through online in preparation for Valentines 2023 — Roses are dried, its petals' edges are dark (See attached pictures) The wrapping is also not as presentable as expected — The delivery guy showed us that it's wrapped when being put in his delivery box / compartment, meaning the stains and dark spots are already there even before handing over to the courier. Please, don't purchase online as they tend to be mediocre!

This is the first time I ordered to surprise my husband on Valentine’s Day. The item was supposed to be delivered till 5pm, I tried contacting them many times but they were least bothered to attend the call or resolve the issue, worst experience ever.again at 7: 30 pm I was informed that the courier guy will be coming in half an hour, but again 2 hrs passed and nobody came …my whole was wasted such a big disappointment, totally a disaster, waste of money and time, stop playing with the people if you can’t deliver your services as promised.guys don’t waste your money… they have ruined my day.

Worst of the worst. Misleading. Unprofessional.

I ordered today for Vday as a surprise gift to my partner. I set the timing between 10am - 5pm. They promised that it will be delivered before 5pm. They initially updated me that the item is out for delivery around 330pm. I asked them if there is no tracking number, confirmation or anything that will not make feel uneasy. They replied around 436pm that it will be delivered before 5pm. Okay, so still tried my best not to stress the hell out of me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited since its not 459pm yet.

4: 59 i messaged them. No reply. I asked for update. Nothing. The person who will receive it already left from work. Passed 5pm delivery still didn’t reach.

5: 18pm they asked me to call the delivery. I did not. Why on earth will i call the courier when we clearly stated there to deliver it before 5pm? After all everything is paid online.

I messaged them that i dont need it anymore. Its useless. They ruined my day. My supposedly surprise. They lied. I was mislead. Gave me false hope. Took my money. They are very unprofessional when dealing with clients.

Overall it’s a SCAM.

Never Again.

Waited for 8 hours for the delivery, and it came out like this DEAD FLOWERS! Ive call several times they just hung up and seen my messages on whatsApp no reply not even saying sorry for delays. Its meant to be a surprise flowers for my wife, it turn out to be a disaster! Worst company ever and a very rude staff! Beware of this company. Im very disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Guys, never order to this website. They are just pure scammers. There is no email confirmation of your order, no call, no indication for delivery timing. Then when you speak to them on what’s app or over call they just barely answer and lie by saying I will call the driver but nothing happens! And driver has never shown up! Crazy how this website can still exist in the UAE!
