Not so professional.we got carpet cleaning from them.first, they didnt cover furniture with any plastic so dirt got everywhere 2nd their soap is junky cheap and it doesnt have good effect.third they easily refuse service, horrible at commuications with customer service.

Scheduled for 12noon and they tell me that they are still in Sharjah at 12.30pm. Pathetic service. If they can't keep the time then they cannot do the job right. Not recommended

Worst service ever.
They broke my bulbs while cleaning. Did not finish the work saying it’s late now.
Took extra money from me as they did not bring change and told me that we will deposit back but it’s been more than a month and completely unresponsive. Highly unprofessional and greedy people

They did a terrible job. My gray sofa has become with blue streaks. The sofa began to look much worse than it was before. The team came 3 times, they said they would come with another vehicle the next day. The next day they said they wouldn't do anything. They answer for several days, terribly. If you do not want your furniture to look worse, it is better not to contact this company. The request was to remove this stain, I agreed that it would not go away completely, but these blue stripes are just a nightmare

Good service. I needed a sofa cleaned and they did a great job. They came with right equipment and did not need to remind them to do any corner. Overall very satisfied.

Not recommended. Not at all professional, poor technique. I was told that the sofa will be dried in 2 hours, but it took way longer because the cleaners did not vaccum it properly. Poor quality chemical, wrong tools. BIG NO. This is a site which generates the lead and passes on to a third party. Update - I watched a video of how others clean the sofa - guys what these did was just poured soap solution, took a hand brush, brushed as they liked and vacuumed. It was a scam.

I hired them for getting rid of cockroaches in my home. The first time they came they used some gel which had no effect whatsoever, did not even see one dead cockroach. The second time they used some sort of spray/gas which did reduce their numbers a bit but definetly did not eradicate them and after a week the situation was as bad as ever.

I got my house treated for pest control. The result was slow initially but after 2 weeks it really worked amazingly. Thanks urbanmop for good service. Highly recommended.
