I go to Urth every weekend, sometimes twice a week. I was very disappointed in the last visit as we were asked to leave "indirectly". Since the weather is nice, we sat outside and we were playing Jackaroo. My mom and I always play cards for hours at Urth when we sit inside. Apparently someone complained that they need a table outside and we were playing which will take time. I find that hard to understand because some people come with their laptops, will they be told to leave? Some people chat for hours, will they be told to leave? This wasn't the first time we play and we were still drinking our beverages. For a regular costumer, this is super disappointing.

We arrived for breakfast and the entire mall was quiet which was perfect for us, traveling with children.

The food was perfect, and the service too.

I'd highly recommend the French toast with coffee of the day with a splash of vanilla.

Urth Caffe is nicely located, very nice vibe and atmosphere Very good service and an excellent Japanese tea latte with a inch of vanilla tried over there was delicious

Amazingly delicious food! I ordered avocado crush and my friend a chicken panini. It was really good. I would definitely come back. I have my eyes on their smoothies and lattes.

It's very nice, sometimes music a little to loud. The service people are very friendly and fast. I can definitely recommend this place. Parking in the basement more than enough.

We've dined here a couple of times only, but staff Mounir remembered my glass of hot water that I asked for the first time we were here, he brought it to our table even before I asked for it. I was pleasantly surprised he remembered that. His attention to detail and very warm customer service are truly impressive. He's a gem of an employee, not to mention that the food here was great too, and coffee was perfect

Cozy ambiance. Olive tree in the middle give you a feeling of eating in country side. Very much missed in Dubai. Food is high quality and price is well said.
Plenty of parking slots i the basement. French toast and Belgian waffles are good.

One of the best cafe in city walk, the staff was really nice, the food was good, if like coffee You will be happy with there coffee, price is good compared with other options. Recommend for breakfast.

From the café’s ambiance, services, awesome food, and great coffee, this café is at the top of the list! I just wish they will open more branches in the city as it is always full.

As most have said, this is a hidden gem. The paninis are super delicious and the coffee serving size is massive. The pizza can be easily avoidable. Atmosphere is good. Will be back for more paninis and coffee

The food was good, but the service was bad, we have to ask for everything even the usual things, i mean like the plates, and they are like not welcoming and never smile. When we ask for something they are just standing with no words. We are four they brought two plates and three wipes we had to ask for more. Overall the food was acceptable, the service was very bad.

Quite good especially the ice cream place nearby called Patchouli Patisserie
Not giving 5 stars cause the Filipina waitress things that can use Entertainer for anything not just mains lol almost fell for it.

Avocado crush and the shakshuka was Together with matcha ice blended. So good! Wonderful ambience and staff as well. Keep it up Urth!

As a coffee lover I heard alot of hype regarding this place but your coffee blew me away! Wow. Lovely! Quality food and service and professionalism, manager was awesome with exceptional customer service skills and passionate about his menu! Will defo be coming back.

Really terrible service. Drinks came close to an hour after ordering. Other tables had theirs arrive first despite coming much later. No apologies no explanation. Just bad service all around.

This is American masterpiece. Fabulous ambiance and extremely pleasant staff. A great place to spend some quality time in the heart of Dubai.

I really like this place. The sliders are impeccable. You have to order at the cashier but the food and quality is great.

The place and the food is so good.the decorations were so festive and the design of the place looks straight out of the 1800s perfect place for coffee with a cake.

Went twice on this trip because it was conveniently located within walking distance to my hotel. Service was good and the French Toast, although it doesn't look it, was perfectly made. The Chocolate Shake was amazing as well but the grilled cheese was pretty avarage.

If you’re wondering about their staff, they’re very friendly.

Urth Caffe is one of my favorite places that I go every week or more since 2,3 years for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its one of the best casual spots in Citywalk for both coffee and food. The staff are all so sweet and kind the manager is very welcoming every single time. Their Tostada salad and Wagyu Tagliatelle pasta is my favorite with their Boba drink. Apparently they are opening a new branch which Im really looking forward to. Highly recommend it.

Good restaurant, lots of underground parking at the shipping center.

The salads are nice and the sandwiches are good as well.

They have a good variety of fresh juices as well as good choice of smoothies.

It’s my first waffle and matcha latte experience here in Urth Caffe and *dam* I am impressed. Before anything else, I have to compliment how nice and welcoming their staff are. The moment I walked inside, all of them have a big smile on their faces and the place really felt home-y. Plus I was really pampered by them.pleaaaase they are so sweet.

9/10 Classic Belgian Waffle
10/10 Japanese matcha latte
7/10 Parmesan Fries

The waffle was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and went beautifully with the mixed fruit and syrup. The japanese latte tea was creamy, smooth, and “urthy”. It felt so wrong to drink it because I dont want to ruin its perfectly formed art I didn’t like the chips much but the chili sweet sauce that came with is superb. Their food portion’s hefty you can share it with someone.

Been to the ones in LA many many times but dare I say I like this location much more! Great kind staff and delicious food. Got the caravan salad with kale and quinoa and the portion was huge and fresh. Everything was flavourful and I really enjoyed it. Will be back!

If you are in City walk doing your shoping, stop by Urth and have your Organic coffee) We had some of the nice cakes and cookies with strong espresso. You will me amazed with many details that is included in interior. Will come back for sure.

The food is lovely. The servings are filling and the food is prepared perfectly. Also, the desserts and the tea selection and service is lovely. However, the pastries could receive an upgrade as their zaatar croissant was very dry. I would recommend this place for all who are on a lower to middle income level at City Walk.

Never disappointes u with what ever u order, loveeeee the pancakes, love the shakshoka, breakfast burrito, avocado toast, blueberry cheesecake, pecan pie and last but not least their matcha and earl grey drinks with black things inside which I don't know the name hhhhh, its just amazing
Great location and friendly staffs.

Great to make it back to an Urth, hadn’t been since I moved away from LA! Great boba and grilled chicken with pesto sandwich. We came at lunch time during the week and no one was there so the service was quick! Much different experience than in LA where you’d wait at least 30 minutes just to order!

The worst cafe ever, I cannot believe the propaganda about this place! The foods portion is big however it hard to eat the sandwich! Tough to chew the food! Most of waitress were not welcoming!

I really liked the food here. Presentation and taste were incredible.

The service on the other hand was not on par. A lot of staff milling around seeming disinterested.

A great place to have coffee or a quick bite in City Walk, but you will need to be patient.

Their food felt was prepared from fresh produce. The Tostada Salad is amazing and must try. The ambiance is equally good, in particular thd sunlight under AC is always a privilege in UAE.

Bit pricey but really really great food highly recommend the wagyo pasta and the mushroom pizza. Service is great

My daughter and I went for lunch, the service was good, however the food was not as expected, my Urth breakfast was not hot, and this was strange as the place was not really busy that day

A bit disappointing, nice staff and the food was good but the smoothies were poor and lacked inspiration. What is really poor is that Ruth still use plastic glasses and plastic straws. Not at all what I'd expect from a "sustainable" brand! Probably not coming back.

My mom and I had an amazing breakfast at Urth Cafe, for drinks we ordered Cappuccino and hot Spanish Latte and both were extremely tasty and for food we had Avocado Crush and Classic Belgian Waffle “highly recommended”. The staff were sooo nice and friendly. Definitely coming back for another yummy breakfast ️

When it first opened I was disappointed with everything and decided not to come again.
Last week my friend recommended me to try their boba drink, I went their for breakfast and tries their Urth English Breakfast and Coffee Quadra, it’s amazing, besides everything negative I saw last time this time it was the opposite and loved it! I craved it 3 days later and came again. Also, their waitresses are lovely and friendly especially (Solomon) he is sooo nice!
I highly recommend anyone to visit it

The place is cozy and good for friends and family. Their menu is not too elaborate but has everything you would like to see including mouth watering shakes and deserts.
We ordered the Beef Sliders and Lasagna it was delicious.
The staff were professionally courteous.

Beautiful place, with a great ambience and attentive personnel. Food is delicious, u must try an avocado crush, it is the avocado toast with a poached egg and some basil and hint of pepper.
