DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! They are not professional. Promises a lot but does not deliver. Never turns up on time and does not supervise his workers. Work started on our pool June 2022 and we used it for 1 week in October when we noticed a big leak. The pool has been empty since with little interest in the company finishing. They have left our garden in such a mess with concrete stuck on everything.
So 6 months on from the completion and leak our pool still is not fixed and we have now terminated the contract with this company. They have no intention of fixing the leaks properly. We will finish the job with a different company.
October 2023. We are now unable to sell our house as this contractor will not provide us with a completion certificate for Emaar. We have been trying to get this for over 4 months and keep being told next week.

Worst contractor ever. Be warned!
We employed Usman to install a concrete overflow swimming pool for us in Arabian Ranches. Everything started of well. He came, worked hard, some technical teething issues but we got past them, then things got worse, drastically worse. We had a leak!
Since he had 90% of his payment, trying to get him back to fix the leak has been a nightmare. It's been 6 months since he started, and we still can't use the pool.
Taking the decision now to cut our losses and employ a company to finish the job.
We will be letting the municipality know, and all social media outlets, not to trust this company.
