After reading reviews about this establishment, we decided to order delivery. We ordered manti, chicken noodles and pilaf. All the dishes were so tasteless that we couldn’t even finish them. There is no broth in the chicken noodles, it looks like they poured water from cooking dumplings. No manti, not salty, not spicy, not juicy. Pilaf is also nothing. This is the most tasteless food we have ever eaten in our lives.

The atmosphere of a classic teahouse, you shouldn’t expect luxury here, if you want a simple, tasty and relatively inexpensive meal, come here when there are a lot of people, orders may be given more slowly, ask to write down and repeat your orders on such days

Great Uzbek restaurant at the end of Marina Walk.

We went to Star Uzbegim for lunch today and chose manti (as a starter), beef stroganoff and meat kebabs (main course) and palow rice (as a children's meal). The food was really great and the view over the Marina Canal was simply fantastic. Very authentic cuisine and many Russian dishes based on Afghan cuisine. Highly recommended!

November 6,2023. We are here. Everything is delicious. The portions are huge. You can safely share it by two. Lagman is delicious, fried lagman is also very tasty. The cabbage rolls are tender. Lemon tea is simply amazing. Kettle 11 dirhams. Only the chebureks didn’t suit me very well. But “all markers taste different”. Russian speaking staff. The menu is also translated into Russian.
The interior is tired. The waiters are quite slow.
Prices for Dubai Marina are low. A hot dish costs approximately 800-1500 rubles at the dirham to ruble exchange rate of 27.7. Again, the portions are large and can be shared between two guests. I recommend.

We had> herring under fur as a starter and borsch soup
Then kazan kebab and kievs cutlet for main course
We also tried their Uzbek kulcha and was amazing just needs to be served hot

Amazing food, DISASTEROUS SERVICE.
I ordered delivery, it didn’t come for an hour, I asked when it would come.
They said they forgot. Then I was waiting for one more hour. I was told delivery came - but no one was there. As a result 2+ hours waiting, no food, still hungry.
I received no excuses or smth from them.
DO NOT RECOMMEND

It's a great place for Uzbek cuisine lovers, very tasty and fresh, fair prices and an awesome team! Can only recommend it for a casual dinner.

Very good food. It is my first time to try Uzbek food. I took the Borsch - a cabbage soup with beef - was excellent.

Last time restaurant working not good. Delivery is delay and nobody inform you that your order will be late. Mostly I did order from Zomato application. Today restaurant forgot to place my order but system was shown that order placed and preparing. After 1 hour of waiting I was connect to Zomato agent he said order on the way, BUT I call myself and restaurant told me sorry madam we forgot placed your order please wait for 30 min more. Of course I canceled this order (I m so sad that nobody inform me about forgetting order (It's very bad (

I ordered a manti and a cheborek from the restaurant aound 6 pm on a week day, the delivery took 1h 10min and the food was quite cold.the cheborek was too much grassy and smelly (if you have sensitivity to the smelly meat dont order this one). Pumpking manti was ok the only problem it was cold. I think instead of ordering delivery, eating in the restaurant would make more sense as the packaging and the delivery time was not good at all.

Employee Witnessed NOT Washing Hands After Using Toilet!

After ordering food, I went to the bathroom where I witnessed a cook come out from the stall and didn’t use any soap but just rinsed his hands for about 3 seconds. As a restaurant industry person, I went and told the manager and cancelled my order. I hope they terminate the employee.

Poor customer service. Used to order from there a lot, despite of the fact that the woman at Bur Dubai branch was extremely rude and aggressive. My colleagues wanted to order from there today. When I called to order and wanted to specify the bread type, the woman used a very offensive language, she swore in Russian and called names on me. This is unacceptable and definitely I will never ever order anything from there again, neither will recommend it to my friends. Raised a complaint to the owner of the restaurant as I believe he has right to know how his employee makes him loose lots of customers.

Oh my good. Stay away from that place. Very poor food quality. Says one on menu, bring different. Dishes newer washed, reusing from past customer. Toilets in terrible condition. Dirt everywhere. I didn't expect that poor place in Dubai, don't understand how they still not closed

I like this place. Price is very reasonable, food is good. Nice location in Marina with terrace.

Good plov and samsa. Fresh salad was just ok with tasteless tomatoes, and bread had a smell of mold. Nice Marina walk view but those glass walls need to be cleaned.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und günstig, ein schneller und freundlicher Service, schöne Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Blick auf Dubai Marina's "Hafen" und Hochhäuser. Sehr zu empfehlen!
