I bought two perfumes the other day, one for me and my husband. At first, I was hesitant because I am not quite sure if they are selling authentic products. The next day, I sprayed it on my shirt and the smell lasted until the next day. I was amazed!

Just go to Sephora. I purchased Viktor & Rolf Flower Bomb - Eau De Parfum for amount of AED 424 on this shop without a tester and thought it would be good according to the reviews. Unfortunately the scent is not really my taste since I opened it already I kept it and threw the box same day. I had a doubt with the scent so I sprayed in on me during bedtime sadly the perfume did not last that long knowing it's eau de parfum. I explained this to the shop and informed that the box was thrown already. The manager told me to bring the perfume and they will send it to their main office for a laboratory test. Someone from the main office called and said there is no problem with the perfume according to "the lab test" therefore they need the box to return the perfume to their supplier. In first place there is a problem with the perfume and they did not even take proper action. I requested to send me the lab test but not heard anything back from them.

It's been 2 months already and the issue was not resolved. I don't have perfume in my hand as well as the refund.or replacement!

Just ok but the salesgirl didn't had any knowledge regarding the perfumes and made me choose a wrong one.

I went to this branch once, I did not imagine that they have all these perfumes of all brands and fantastic prices and there are some young people working in the store they have good service Especially the Egyptian seller has a very elegant and sophisticated style with customers I have told my friends to visit the branch.

Store is nice place. Ms. Mariel is so accomodating and friendly. All the products are cheaper than the others. We will come back for sure.

اشتريت عطر من المحل وكان من ماركة كافالى وكان بسعر رخيص بس لما جربته فى البيت للاسف البرفان عبارة عن سبرتو بس ومفيش اى ريحة ليها علاقة بالبرفيوم الاصلى مفيش ريحة اصلا حاولت ارش كتير يمكن الريحة تبان بس بردو مفيش اي اثر للبرفان. اعتقد انتوا بتبيعوا حاجات مضروبة بسعر رخيص. ودو اخر مرة هجرب من عندكوا حاجة وهشتكى فىً حماية المستهلك

Ive been coming to this location for over a year now to purchase Victoria Couture by Victoria Hills. I have about 10 bottles as this fragrance is wonderful and I stick with this brand. The store manager Mohammed Falsa is very helpful and very nice customer service.
