Valeo Wellbeing - Online Health & Wellbeing Platform

I have been using their platform for my needs and sincerely love them and can recommend to everyone. We need more platforms and services like Valeo. The key thing was their customer centric approach - thank you for helping me and my family's health as partner.

Messed up service and never got my shot after paying (My personal experience). I can’t even put one star but the system doesn’t allow me to do otherwise, sadly.

Also, when they finally arranged an appointment it was outsourced to a third party, then, these strangers informed me that I can’t have what I paid for unless I have a prescription! Basically, I wasted one evening and a day, in time and energy (Christmas weekend), for nothing.
At last they send me a message saying I will get reimbursed which will never happen because of the payment option they offer.

So one star for taking my money I guess and messing up my schedule and not providing me with what I paid for!

Do not waste your time. Go to trained reliable source.

Edit: I received my refund and apologies but still does not excuse the inconvenience and lack of expertise that is advertised but not delivered. It’s surprising to me how many of my friends and family recommended them.

Don’t pay in advance.

When booking, I explained I needed a nurse that is experienced with deep veins. They assured me confidently that they have “the most senior nurse in Dubai”. They also chased me for advanced payment daily, sending me messages at midnight. This should have been my first red flag.

Spoiler alert: i paid in advance. Instead of providing the service they promised, an experienced nurse, they sent a nurse who drew on my arm to figure out where to insert the needle, and proceeded to say she’s too nervous and took the needle out so she can send someone else to do it.

They tried to “fix it” by saying they will send “the most experienced nurse in Dubai” and they need to check her schedule and get back to me by the end of the day. I never heard back.

I asked for a refund and was promised one. When I asked for proof that a refund has been issued, I suddenly have to wait to get a response as they haven’t been able to communicate with their finance department.

If you want wellbeing assistance (includes medical metrics) at your doorstep, I highly recommend Valeo! I have used them twice so far and they have really amazed me! First time I used them for the food intolerance test, and the recommendations provided by the nutritionist Zeinab in the complementary call was so valuable. This year I requested for the advanced female test as well as PCOS test and apart from the results coming out normal with no major concerns except with managing my cholesterol Mahmoud on our free consultation also made me feel even better and provided me with solutions which would help regulate my levels without the need of medication. They are experts at leaving you feeling better through their
real, authentic and friendly approach. Their support team is fantastic, addresses all your queries and needs promptly, they even call me to remind me of my call with the wellbeing master if I missed it! I think I need a separate post for the support team because they are simply amazing! Thank you Valeo for bringing these fantastic services in one place and having this real and authentic approach!

I genuinely think this is the most failed and unprofessional app and service in Dubai. This is the second time that I book and pay with Valeo and no one shows up. This time lesson learned, I will not be booking with valeo again or giving them a third chance. Not recommended

My results were shared via email with my family member (we both did a blood test that day) and this is something I find very unprofessional. Medical results are personal and contain a lot of sensitive information, and should only be shared with the patient (in this case me) not with a family member.
The results on the Valeo App are different than the results from the PDF shared via email, they are using different measurements. Something shows too low or high on the pdf, but shows normal on the app, so it is very confusing. It's better to go to a clinic/hospital and talk to a doctor.
Just to mention something good, the lady who came to collect the blood sample was nice and gentle, she was very professional.

I had a fantastic experience with the Valeo Health app. Ordering the blood test through the app was incredibly easy, and a certified nurse visited my home to collect the samples. The results were presented clearly on the app, and I also had a productive session with their Health expert who provided me with tailored advice based on my results. This app offers convenience and personalized support that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to manage their health and wellness journey seamlessly!

Lengthy and unspecified time to get the test result, it’s cheaper and quicker to go to any lab directly.

Booked my blood test for Sunday morning, received results by Monday and had an extremely informative consultation with Dr Jamie on Tuesday morning who went through my results in a very detailed manner and addressed any areas of concern.
I would definitely recommend Valeo to anyone wanting to monitor their health. It's a bespoke service and sets itself apart from the rest.

My experience with Valeo was perfect. A specialist arrived on time to take a blood sample and the results were processed in 2 days. I also want to mention the quality of the consultation. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need; it was totally transparent.

The service was so professional since the begining, staff is nice and most importantly patient, the package and prices are so reasonable and the offer 30% for Eid was amazing, the lady came on time and she was so gentle, fast, the whole process was easy and painless.

Valeo has been a life changing experience for myself. I took the food intolerance testing with them and the process was smooth from start to finish with all the steps explained through out. It has opened my eyes to the importance of gut health and the dangers of food intolerance on my overall health and wellbeing. Jamie's support has been invaluable and the App has made the process as smooth as required. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Probably have great service but their customer support projects lack of professionalism in their tone of voice and are not solution driven. Utterly disappointed!
