Vape Monkey Dubai

Wanted 5 hours for delivery, did not show up, when i called to ask what whats happening the customer support got rude, called me back and yelled at me.
Worst service.

Is this a physical shop or only online delivery? It says they are in oasis mall but open 24 hours and UK phone number.strange.

Physical store in Oasis Mall is permanently closed, not mentioned here.confusing information when searched for.

Fast and great service. They call me every time within a few minutes after ordering and when I can expect my order. They appologise if something is out of stock (although their website said it was) and give an acceptable alternative.

I am not a smoker I just got it to make Slow Mo Videos, but the Delivery is soo fast that the time a smoker will see he is on low stock he will get the new one.

They just keep getting better! Allways good service. Delivery drivers are punctual no hassles. Five star.

Their products are alright but the issue is that either their website has been hacked or some body from their team is leaking information to another site. What happens is when you place an order from them some body else shows up with fake products and vape monkey is not taking respinsibility for it. I was sold fake juul pods!

Super fast delivery, often in a few hours! Impressive range of devices and juices by well known brands. My only comment is that they need to accept card payments and not just cash.

I Had an issue with my Vaporesso Luxe tank Leaking.
After general cleaning and replacing a new coil, the juice leaked while vaping. I asked Vape Monkey for help. They were very helpful in analyzing the issue, I insisted on buying a new tank or rubbing rings - but instead they helped me save money. They sent their guy Rana to my location and helped me fix my leaking issue and came with my order of fresh batteries. He shared some knowledge on how to properly seal my tank to avoid leaks. He fixed the issue in less than 5mins. Now I can enjoy my vape leakage free.

Quick & reliable delivery. Anytime available on WhatsApp to support. Webshop to be slightly adopted in regard of filters (when I choose 6mg E-Juice I want to be offered exceptionally the 6mg juices which are ON stock).

Really easy to use website. Same day or next day deliveries. The delivery drivers are always quick and on time & even helped to deliver my product after the cut off time within 30 minutes of placing the order. 10/10

Waited to receive my orders by hours. Then at the last moment got a call telling me that the juice you ordered is out of stock (But how it's out of stock while your ordering page was showing "stock availability is 3"). So had to cancel the whole order because no use of the Vape without the juice. Also, while talking to the caller his voice felt like he wasn't happy that I'm canceling the order at the last moment because they don't have stock so while still talking and wanted to thank him for his time (He hang up the phone while I'm still talking)

I would say it's a Non professionalism and a Non stock availability company and would recommend to search for any other companies with better service.

I made and order and only revived half of it, i was then promised the rest the following day.only to be ignored by the driver.it just plain rude to ignore your costumers when the made a mistake in the order.i am not using them again until i get the rest of my order or at least an apology for the rude treatment i received.

Thought I would try this place out since a friend recommended them and after reading the reviews. Contacted them through WhatsApp and realized whoever I was texting had a very strange kinda leave me alone / careless attitude. Very awkward exchange. Finally came to realize after comparing my purchase with other online sellers in Dubai, everything they sell is approximately 10 to 15% more and they charge 30.00 AED for delivery because they have no physical location.

First-rate delivery and lovely packaging! Quality of the item is really-really good (we love it). They just don’t have the best products available in the market but also the best and fastest service in town! Ever so pleased, we’ll definitely order again! Highly recommended!
