Vapiano

We have already been to Vapiano in other countries, but here the food was a bit worse. At the entrance you receive a card on which you load food and drinks and finally pay. Margherita was ok, but not outstanding. The pasta was made according to the instructions, the chef carefully asked about the details. Nice staff, nice atmosphere too. Prices higher than average.

I've been familiar with this restaurant for quite some time. Their concept of serving food is distinctive and adds an element of fun for the kids. However, the overall taste of the food is mediocre. I must admit that I was somewhat disappointed with the addition of paid chicken breast to my pasta. The small pieces of chicken didn't seem to add much value.

Closing hours mention 11pm but they close at 22: 25 very rude staff terrible customer service

Visited the restaurant today 1.30 and went for pasta with salmon. The pasta is homemade and balance of ingredients is good, overall taste was enjoyable. The customer service however not so enjoyable. Walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone, had to ask for menu. Was not informed about how to place an order, came with menu to the guy on counter he give me card and told to go to cooking station to order pasta. I thought it’s like “make your own pasta” where I have to choose ingredients as no one explain to me properly but it was a paid toppings with EXTRA CHARGE (aed 6 each of which I wasn’t informed) good that I saw. Plate of pasta was very hot however no one offered me any tray to carry it to my table, overall I felt kinda unwelcome
5 star for food, 1 star for customer service

I arrived at the restaurant at ten in the evening and two of the waiters were busy cleaning and I couldn't believe it and no one asked me what I wanted and the worst was around ten and twenty minutes there is a noise because everyone started cleaning I felt I should leave or someone was telling me to leave but I stayed because I have been very hungry since the morning. I honestly didn't expect this.i felt I paid 110 without enjoying I cant feel the test really

The word Vapiano doesn’t actually exist. They created it from an old Italian proverb – “Chi va piano, va sano e va lontano”:  which, when translated means  “If you have an easy-going and relaxed approach to life, you’ll live healthily and longer”.
Pasta is at the nain choice of in this restaurant with addition to the usual menu from the Italian cuisine. I especially enjoyed the pizza with its fresh ingredients.

I am so disheartened by the news. Apparently Vapiano removed the best dish from their menu. A very bad strategic move, the countless cravings for Vapiano’s legendary “CARPACCIO” will now have to be satisfied at another restaurant maybe Scalini would take care of me

Great simple Italian and reasonably well priced. The concept of fresh food made in front of you and tailored to your liking is always a great plus and it does not smell

If you are looking for a real taste of Italian food visit VAPIANO nakheel. The food was great, freshly made and tasted fantastic. It has a variety of fresh pasta & Pizzas. The place was clean and has good staff.

Having been a customer of Vapiano across the globe, this outlet was as good as I’ve been to. The staff were very professional, explained the whole process to our guests and were at hand whenever we needed anything. The food as always was outstanding for the genre of restaurant with the pricing to match. The pasta was fresh and the flavours delightful. Very authentic, good quantity and affordable.

This place has my heart! The pizza, pasta and all the yumminess is amazing! The concept of this restaurant is super fun! You can customise everything to your absolute liking! The food is amazing and so was the staff! Definitely worth a meal!

Quality of the food is just perfect. Also prices are on point. Best place for the lunch in this part of town.

I didn't enjoy eating in this branch.the food was not tasty and one of the staff member keep shouting on other staff member‍️ Unprofessional and not comfortable for the costumer
