Vapiano is one of our favorite restaurants, and we were happy to dine here during our trip. The food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing. It's also nice that the restaurant had a great view of the water fountain, so we were able to enjoy our dinner while watching the water fountain shows. The highlight of our dining experience here was the staff, they gave us excellent service and made our stay very memorable. Special thanks to Rosita, Josell, Raymark, Dianne, Cristina, Kevin, and Mansour. Definitely recommending this restaurant to those who are visiting the Dubai Mall.

Brilliant Italian cuisine with great ambience and excellent customer service. We were seated outdoors with a view of the Dubai Fountain show. Margherita pizza, Alfredo pasta and the drinks were good.

Loved our waiter. She was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. Try to visit during the fountain show every 30 mins.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself a Italian restaurant The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously whitewashed. Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, yet the restaurant was damn near empty.

The food there was amazing. Was really thrilled to try their bruschetta and it did not disappoint, even the tomatoes on their own were mouth-watering. The lasagna was also great although it needed a little bit salt.

Decent experience. Not so crowded and affordable prices. I ordered a Funghi pizza, it was ready within 15 minutes, the dough was great. One star less because the diversity of dishes is quite limited (they serve salads, pastas and pizzas).

Nice priced first of all. Top quality food and great service. My fav is their pepperoni pizza! Don't forget to add a little of their spicy olive oil onto it

I've been visiting Vapiano from years ago in Doha qatar, and this one in Dubai is no less. It serves great fresh pasta. Creamy but not very heavy, and very fresh. We ordered pasta with burrata cheese, one with pesto, and primavera, which I hoped that it served with both sauce or arresting rather than red sauce, which overcome the taste of vegetables. We'll come back again def. I'll update with photos soon

Food is good. But staff were not helpful nor happy to assist.

The card system, which they have to order food is also used to make payments in the end. If you lose your card or misplace it, thats a big problem. However, for me the staff had taken the card during dinner and never returned. Because of this the cashier made a big scene and drama out of it.

Train your staff to not the card from customers of its that important.

There is only one pasta kitchen operating and all the other three pasta kitchens are shut because the operator is being cheap with his operations and that would lead to the Quality of the food down the line, not to mention the service of number of waiters over takes the number of chefs in the kitchen

I asked best selling pasta. I had a huge portion of pasta and a few pis of chicken. When I finally found it (chicken) was not good because it was very dry and overcook and small like it's not fresh. The staff is unfriendly. They asked about feedback and didn't even offer any discount. Not recommended at all.

Rude staff and supervisor. Not very welcoming! I walked out before ordering anything. Sharjah branch is way better

Never knew that this restaurant exists in Sharjah as well. I tried this restaurant in UK for the first time and was very much interested in the way we order the food and drinks with electronic cards presented at each designated corner. The taste is really nice and was not less than that of UK Vapiano. Awesome!

Food was tasteless. Chefs are all moody. Servers are inconsistent; 1 or 2 nice ones and the rest are cranky. When you ask them for something like condiments, it's as if you're inconveniencing them.

At some point it was busy and we couldn't find a server. I went up with my leftover plate and asked to have it taken away. The server pointed at the pass and said, you need to go there and pack it (I'm 8mos pregnant, so I found this a bit weird that he didn't help me). As I was walking, 1 server asked what I needed so be gave me a takeaway box to put the food in. I was at the pass, putting my food in the box then another server was surprised I was doing this and immediately helped me.

I get that Vapiano is a self service concept, which is fine. But it doesn't hurt to be helpful or at least friendly.

I saw the manger of the restaurant the one who is waring black I believe he is the manger! Walking around and treating the employees in very rude way! Making very uncomfortable vibes. I love vapiano and usually it’s a happy place with very good food.you must respect your employees and care more about us as customers! Who come to have nice meal not wanting to feel bad about how you act as manger

It is on the way to Burj Khalifa at the top, there is terrace outside which has service. Has the view on the fountains. The menu is typical pasta, risotto or pizza, they do have kids options or salad and few appetisers. The food was okay but not sure if pasta is fresh here, comparing to Europe where the pasta is displayed, the self service indoor only the outdoor they will take orders. Enjoy

I love this place. The food over here doesn't fail to satisfy my cravings for Italian food. The pastas are on point! The prices are decent too. I definitely recommend checking it out.

We love Vapiano and we visit it in every country. Dubai one is great, only thing i missing there is famous Vapiano ice tee

Honestly, its my best delicious pasta, salad and pizza. This restaurant has the Italian food in UAE. It’s exactly like how you eat in italy. Add more, Burj Khalifa (the talest building) is next to you. I recommend to try masta salad

Love the red sauce in the arabbiata. Simple food but tasty. The carrot soup was good too. They have a different type of ordering system, we have a card and place our orders at the individual counters then we swip our cards there. The food reaches our table in some time. The tiramisu was really good too. There are many parts I love about this place, Everything there is made with fresh ingredients, pizza, pasta, bread and they have real plants at the table, High quality, there are dishes to please every tastebud. I'm a regular guest for this restaurant.

Average place, good for pasta. It's like a fast food but for pasta. The use fine products, mostly of them organic. Staff is well trained. But most of the process is self service. Desserts are hot that good. Coffee is well done almost with barista quality.
