Very worst service, I paid money for badam milk and the guy wasn’t even noticing whether badam milk is available or not he just said yellow colour I took the yellow colour cup from fridge but when I tasted it’s lassi but I was waiting for more than 20 mins trying to call someone no one is answering they are pretending to be busy and finally one guy came and I said him this issue again after 20 mins he said there is no badam milk so is it my problem I just drank and came out very worst service and I paid more they don’t even care about it.
Treat everyone like same please all people are earning money in a hard way not to give to you people freely!

Have been to their other branches and have always loved the food and service.
But the DSO branch service is horrible.
Even after sitting and waiting for 10-15 mins, none of the staff bothered to attend to us.
Finally we got up and left.
The overall experience matters and not just the food.

I felt Extremely poor service, apart from the food quality, quantity vise not enough to satiety, like we try today masala dosa ghee roast or poori … you should be genuine in what you giving. It’s pathetic business greed. Be loyal … and also please train you staff bit more in customer service!

I've had multiple experiences with DSO Ananda Bavan, and there's consistently been a delay in food delivery. On a recent visit with my family to the restaurant, our food was not only late but completely forgotten. Others who arrived after us received their orders first. Feeling disappointed, we decided to cancel after waiting for half an hour and went to another restaurant.

It was not the usual level of service levels.food took forever to come and response from the waitors were not positive.seems like they did not want to respond.finally had to cancel part of the order and leave

Worst service I have ever seen in any South Indian restaurant,
Staff not friendly,
Tables are not clean you have to make request them to clean.
Most importantly no one come and take your order until you don’t make noise.

Ambience is good but most of the food items doesn’t taste South Indian

Mysore masala dosa was not cooked when we informed the respond was our food taste is this

Vada dip with Sambar was not good at all

They have only one order taking guy for 25-30 table

I felt there is no customer satisfaction policy in VB sangeeta is best when it come to customer satisfaction

Owner of Sangeeta should look into this issues when customer is paying good amount of price

They always delay the deliveries, when you call for follow up on the delivery. There will be no response

Very ordinary food. Though i understand they were busy as all tables were full service was quite poor. Many far better south Indian restaurants available

This is the only restaurant where, in all their branches their service is pathetic.looks like Vasanta Bhavan has no concern or has any idea to improve this. Secondly most of the times food delivered is stale.gobi Manchurian - most pathetic dish, chutney - foul smell. Never order specially the dinner. High time this restaurant needs to work on hygiene and providing fresh food.

Amazing South Indian vegetarian place for sumptuous breakfast and lunch options. Definitely must try. It does get pretty busy on the weekends which is another indicator of how good the food is:)

It's always a soulful to visit Vasanta Bhavan. Food is amazing espl Dosa's. Must try filter coffee too.

Best place for Vegetarian South Indian food. I love the place for its thalli they serve during lunch. A huge recemonded place to eat with extremely well balance rates of food.

Vasantha bhavan is know for good food.
But waitiers are the worst you can possibly find there.they don't even care if you r waiting for the table and at last when you find one table, they take so bloody long to take the order. Worst.

Seriously a big no to this place. The staff is too ignorant. I believe they are not interested at all. We ordered dosa and it was drenched in chutney.

Fantastic, clean and extremely well designed south indian restaurant. Food tastes authentic and fresh and staff are extremely friendly. Supervisor Rajamanickam is extremely attentive and a shout-out to the rest of the team as well. Also goes without saying the filter coffee is on point. Absolutely recommend.

Food is good, service is horrible. Chinna thambis need to really buck up and pay attention to the orders.

Best pongal I have eaten. Three types of coconut chutney complimented the dish very well. Freshly made vada was crisp and tasty. The best part was the perfect cup of south Indian coffee with mild sugar

One of the worst services I have come across in Dubai. The staff is so lazy to serve and take orders. They do not know what they are saying.

Loved the Mini tiffin in breakfast which also includes filter coffee or tea.

This is another good south indian restaurant recently opened in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This restaurant is also from Chennai as the other South Indian restaurant Aryas is. This has given opportunity to try new taste in DSO.
Staff: The staff is really great. They are friendly, Cooperative and try to break the ice. The supervisor Chandu starts the conversation on his own.
Ambience: Really good but may be slightly lower compared to other similar restaurants in DSO vicinity
Location: it is just opposite to Silicone Central so easily accessible as it is on the main road. Parking may be an issue as you will have to pay to RTA because they don't have parking in building
Food Quality: Above Average
Food taste: i tried maysore masala dosa which should be spicy and they made it whereas many South Indian restaurant in Dubai don't make maysore masala dosa that spicy
Pricing: Super Excellent. I paid only 20AED for 1 dosa and 1 filter coffee

Overall: this place is a must try

Simple, fresh and home food are the experience you can expect at this restaurant. The stomach never feels heavy as they cook the food with adequate amount of spices and oil. The staff are polite and always willing to attend to your needs

A very good option of south indian food for Breakfast in Dubai. Ambiance is good. Taste is good. Service is also Good. But you will get Dosa, Vada, etc only before Morning 11.30. A. M.price are normal.

Ordered a lemon soda.the waiter asked me sweet or salt. I said sweet lime soda. Served salt and sweet mixed lemon juice and taste was not good. The waiter directly came for taking order.we asked for menu and he seemed to be very lazy to go n pick the menu n provide to us. The overall service and experience in restaurant is very poor.

Excellent food but pathetic service, team did not even bother to come and ask for tea or coffee after we had our masala dosa.

When the restaurant started in DSO, it was good, tasty. But now they have reduced the size of dosa to drain the money from the customer. Taste is good, but an average customer is now forced to order more to fill his tummy thereby paying more. Complained to the manager and he was like highly surprised.

Longer waited restaurant to have in our neighbourhood the most delicious south Indian restaurant mostly love to go for its thali full meal on lunch on sundays, the most best part about the restaurant is its extremely reasonable for its rates compare to its other southindian restaurant. One of the oldest restaurant chain.

South Indian dishes are very good. However, the Tandoor Roti is a worst preparation. They give burned tandoor roti.

Good food cannot make up for bad service. No air conditioning, cold food, did not clear tables before serving the coffee, staff very slow in responding.

They don’t take cooking instructions seriously and send order incorrect orders of another customers… even on zomato they don’t follow their orders

South Indian restaurant was missing in Silicon Oasis so this fulfils it. Reasonable price, Good taste.you get everything, idly, dosa, puri + snacks near cash counter.

1 star minus coz the restaurant is not spacious enough.weekends it's always crowded. Need improvements in managing crowd. There should be someone from restaurant standing outside letting people go inside according to their schedules.

We were regular customer but staff specially raja manager is very rude not kids friendly had very bad experience. They don't know how to talk with customer

After a long time they have opened in Silicon Oasis and I am so glad that they did. This is the best South Indian restaurant in Dubai for vegetarian food. The food is always fresh and tastes authentic. Their filter coffee is the best after a nice meal. Definitely recommend for people to try.

Excellent breakfast at the Silicon Oasis branch. The vada and idli were fresh, crispy and steaming. The chutney is great and filter coffee is very good. Great job to the chef and staff. Good customer experience.

Excellent vegetarian food. Being so close missed this place. Order anything at this restaurant and you will remember the taste. Highly recommended.
