Vector has the terrible after sales service. They charge you for their faulty apps and errors. I had complained about the app right on the time when they installed the cameras for my villa, they told me no one has any problem. But I have had problem ever since. And, when you have a problem they give no help or support and they ask to charge.
Thank to the vector family, Last weak i buy and installed a cameras in my shop it was amazing product and they installed it very quickly and proffesional. Also They help me to installed in my phone and taught how to use it very smoothly. I highly recomended to VDS.

Less than one star. Very bad response and service. I have requested a quotation twice from two different sales person for a telephone system and there was no response at all from the sales persons. I also tried even calling them and no luck and no one got back to me on my enquiry.

By far the worst support received from an IT company. After installing our PBX system and making special edits, it stopped working in a month. Customer Support refused to assist in solving the specific changes that they themselves had implemented.

From Libya, I would like to thank the Vector Digital Systems company for its good handling and credibility. There was a slight misunderstanding and the sales chief resolved it within an hour with great openness. The shipment was delivered to Aramex and what I like for my dealings is that I accidentally transferred an amount of money to their account from my account in Libya, and they returned it within hours. This is evidence of their good dealings and credibility with customers. If I could, I would rate no star! Vector sadly has a terrible after sales service after you purchased from them. My business telephone system is not working anymore (not even one year old) and Vector is refusing to support. I asked to get at least an intermediate solution, which I would pay for. No chance! There is no possibility to escalate the case and even worse, the customer service was fooling me when I mentioned to escalate the case. This is anything but not professional. Stay away from Vector!

Installed camera equipment from them three years ago and the after sales service is extremely expensive and not suitable for individual users. In many cases it took multiple emails and calls to get a response and things like installation and uninstalling equipment are quoted at above market rates. Gave them several chances to do right by their customers but it didn’t happen, not a very customer centric company.

They installed telephone network and internet since 3 years.also they instal the attendance biometric machine.since that days we are suffering from the problems in connections and phones quality were so bad.thee attendance machine is hanging everyday.and the cheated us with it as it is only check in and not suitable for check out.whenever we call to ask for help they want to charge 350 aed service charge! They run more after money.they dont care about client.i will never advice anyone to deal with this company.they speak in rude way to the customers.
