Review:
I recently visited Veg World and had mixed feelings about my experience. The samosas were a delight, bursting with flavor, and the poori bhaji was equally tasty. However, the behavior of the individual at the cash counter, presumably the manager or owner, was plain rude to both customers and staff. Improving the overall atmosphere and addressing this issue would greatly enhance the dining experience. Despite that, the delicious food remains a highlight.

The worst food stall ever in Dubai. Went on 18/7/23 in morning. The waiter is rude and not interested in taking care of their customer. We are only there. Some breakfast is not for breakfast, it is for lunch - mentioned by waiter. Ordered Masala Dosa. It was very bad. Masala is not good, sambar is bad and chutney too. It costs AED 15. There is no washroom for customers. You can use employees washroom located upward.
Overall very bad experience with environment, employees behavior and most importantly food. Never visit again.

Where should I start from.
Bad service, house flies, non responsive waiters, unhygienic place with leftover food lying on the floor, no cleanliness.
The place is a mess.
I ordered Pani Puri. To say the least the Spicy water was stinking and tasted bitter.

Worst place to go on a weekend!

Worst dining experience in all my 27 years of stay in Dubai.
Extremely rude and non-cooperative staff.
Whilst I was having my lunch today at the restaurant, another customer was playing his music loudly on the phone at a table adjoining to mine which was creating a nuisance for me. Despite informing the restaurant staff at the cash counter that this customer was creating a nuisance with his loud music, the restaurant took no action against him and did not even ask him to lower the volume. What is worse, while I was talking to the restaurant staff the other guy came and pushed me but the restaurant staff did nothing to stop him, nor did they take any action against him. They even allowed him to remain in the restaurant post the incident. It appeared as if the restaurant management and staff were least bothered with any inconvenience or even harm being caused to its customers at the hands of another customer.
This incident has definitely shaken me up and i don’t think i would ever feel safe going to this restaurant in the future.

People are mentioning it as hidden paradise, I don't know how? The food quality and taste is definitely good but the hygiene is zero. I visit there often but Yesterday when I visted I was constantly watching the waiter, he was collecting trash in same serving tray and then he served us in the same tray. The flies were all over food and it was absolutely dirty environment. Have taken some pictures which will be not enough to prove my point but atleast help to understand that how unhygienic the place was.i will never ever ever ever visit this place again.

If any one wants proof, can see the CCTV footage from yesterday 8.30to 10 pm in AC hall in that u will find people are changing tables because of flies and because of water leaking from the ceiling.

Very unhygienic place.

We tried this place in city serving a variety of 500 dishes on their menu for perfectly reasonable prices.

They serve all the typical Indian veg favourites, including the classic Punjabi dish. Each dish packs such a flavourful punch.

A decent place in Meena bazaar for Indian vegetarian food that won’t break the bank.
Note to self: You won’t even miss the meat

They sent us the wrong order the manager was rude and abusive on the phone they are constantly being tardy and irresponsible with the order and manager was screaming and his tone was very bad ….

The food was of very bad quality ……never order food from this unprofessional restaurant with an abusive manager. They don’t care once they have the money. This should be removed from any food app

Veg World Restaurants

I have sentiments attached to this restaurant coz it is as old in the country as I am A pure veg and a go to restaurant in Meena Bazar that offers from delish street food to full main course. Over 500 vegetarian dishes that means an extensive menu for every taste bud. Isn’t it amazing and they also serve Jain food. Really enjoyed having pani poori at the stall and making of ice creams rolls is a charm.

Folks, I truly believe that it is an hidden paradise of Bur Dubai and Pride of Meena Bazaar

Meena Bazar have many gems when Indian restaurant/food is concerned and this place is one of them, pure veg restaurant. They have a vast menu with vrat (fasting) food also. They have many combo and those are worth ordering and value for money. Love their Dhokla, Misal Pav, Bada pav and chhole bhature.

Food is good. But little on the expensive side when compared to other similar restaurants. A small door leading to a broadened middle-place having open seating which further moves into a AC room. I had a vegetable biryani for 20 AED. Price could be little high as I chose AC room.

This place really don't need any introduction or anything.we were visiting here from last couple of years from the time we were staying in Bur Dubai.

Simply one of the best place for veg food and one of the best pani poori in the town.

Really we tried number of dishes during this spam of time and really no one can beat their taste, quality and price.

Rate wise it’s too cheaper & they serve high quality delicious food.
It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant. If you are looking for desi Indian food, must visit here.

It was too yumm & paneer was fresh and soft. Loved the taste. I have tried this dish for the very first time & we liked it a lot

Food was served on time & staff is too good & they do take care of proper hygiene.

Have been to a number of veg food places in burdubai, but what brings us back to Veg World again and again is their SERVICE. Taste and Quality speaks for itself but the staff and service you get here is commendable.

All in all, a very good experience. Will go back again soon for some bakery items and desserts.

Pathetic service.

Visited to eat panipuri. The lady who was to serve us, wanted us to eat on a dirty slab (due to previous people who ate) and when we asked to clean, she just put some tissue paper and asked us to eat above it. When said to clean it, she said cleaner is not here so better go inside and eat.

That’s the service quality and hygiene maintained at this place. Beware when you step in next.

Veg world Restaurant has been a popular vegetarian restaurant amongst the buzzy streeets of Meena Bazaar. They have an array of veg items on the menu. Apart from that they have Shravan month special food, seasonal varieties, new ice cream rolls live station, Jain food also available. Packaging was good in spill proof containers.

We had sev puri, masala Pav, paneer Tikka, Hyderabadi Biryani, Golmaal combo box and sweet lassi. Their chaat items was superb and I loved sev puri, bit soggy but intact flavours. Masala Pav was masala over Pav.spicy but add on lemon n onion overall combo was okayish. Paneer Tikka was also decent in taste. Hyderabadi Biryani was a bit of let down and needs an improvement. Golmaal combo box has dabeli (very average) jalebi, cutlet and Ragda to it. Jalebi was very crunchy and was good bite. Sweet lassi was good.

For desserts we had Gulab Jamun, kesar peda and rasgulla and all the sweets were very decent in taste. The prices are pocket friendly. Overall a simple nice without any frills dining experience and can certainly be tried once in a while.

@vegworldrestaurantdubai is a vegetarian restaurant located in Meena Bazaar, Dubai.

We ordered for delivery and the food was delivered on time and was hot.

We ordered:
Chinese Combo box
Shravan Fasting meal box
South Indian Meal box
Chaat & Dhokla
Jalebi & Gulabjamun

The food was good but can be improved.
They also have Jain food available and have introduced meal boxes. The restaurant is pocket friendly.
For the month of Shravan they have introduced meal boxes for those who fast. You can give it a try.

This place is an absolute delight for all vegetarians, as it serves a wide variety of Veg and Jain food with almost all kinds of cuisines available to devour you totally. We ordered our dinner from this restaurant and the food came well before time with tamper proof packaging. All the dishes were packed neatly and thats what impresses you when it's a food delivery. So we ordered many items like Pav Bhaji, a Chinese combo, punjabi thali, masala Dosa, gunjiya and the Jalebis. Each and everything tasted superb with perfect balance of flavours. Nothing was too oily or spicy to give you that heavy feeling afterwards.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend you all to enjoy a whole vegetarian meal world at this restaurant which is situated in Meena bazaar since ages which is also easy to find location in an Indian locality.

One of the best Indian street food I have ever had in UAE. If you are looking for typical Indian taste, then you are at right page.
Honestly, when I visited veg world restaurant I felt like I am sitting somewhere in india.
The best part is, you have such a big menu to choose from.
Indian street food, Chinese, Italian sandwiches? And burgers, South indian, North indian. Along with that they have different types of drinks to accompany. They have Jain menu as well and considering that, they have pure vegetarian and eggless menu.
Affordable combo packs are also there.

Well, it doesn't end here, they do sell Namkeen and farsan, bakery products, indian sweets too.
I tried following and everything was tasty.

Golgappe in Dubai! That too with the same taste. I am sure that they are getting loads of blessings each day from hungry women of India.

A nice place in heart of Meena Bazaar. Their Dal Pakwan is the best.fresh juices are must try followed by pani puri and chaat counter. This place has the old town charm and I always end up picking up something or munching on something in this cafe. Respectably big place to sit and helpful staff.

After doing a lot of shopping in Mena Bazaar, best place to go and relax and have some Indian chaats etc.

Food is good but not hygienic in this pandamic they are not washing hands who are in kitchen scare to buy food from there in this corona time

This place has amazing Mumbai food. Dhabeli was okay but Samosa, Cheese Sandwich, Panu Puri, Dahi puri all were great. You’ll see bigger puri than most places in Dubai.

And you can buy lots of bakery items like Khari, Toast, Rusk and so on and they were really fresh.

Staffs were really nice to talk to as well. This has an indoor seating too.

Very poor service. Though the restaurant was empty we had to wait almost one hour for food and another half hour for one chapatti. Quantity of food was very less. Total waste of time n money.

The Best fast Food I have ever had in Dubai. Their fusion dosas are yumm.
When in Meena Bazar Veg world is a must visit.

They r taking a long time to serve the order. So its better u hav a pre plan what all u r gonna eat and order all of it initially. Their food were tasty but may be since i was a pure non veggy i had seveare stomach and i had loose motion the next day. There seatings r outside the reataurant but in the open hall of the mall kind of set up which i liked but me and my wife not gonna visit again. The food tasted good but may be coz i was not good with veg, i didnt like it much.

I am a dabeli lover, couldn't find this much tasty dabeli even in Delhi India. Amazing taste of dal makhni, rotis are like homemade (mom made) seriously.overall very interesting presentation, taste and budget friendly, cheaper than bikaner and other Indian food outlet in Dubai. Must visit for jains, jain food is available completely

Food is incredible here and service too. Ordered takeout and I was really happy with my food. Some items were not sent by mistake and before I could even tell them, they sent the remainder of the food within 20 mins. They are very kind and professional. Keep up the good work.

Just love the food in this place.
The seating, cooling, ambience, background, songs nothing is nice but the food is so nice and yummy that rest doesnt matter.

A very unlikely but pleasant experience. Based out of an atrium of a small shopping centre, this restaurant serves a wide variety of cuisines. The food is decent. Parking around this venue is a nightmare though.

Its an ok restaurant, their snack items are good but the thali is horrible for the price, no taste, no appearance, no quality. The staff serve he food as if you are going there for charity

Absolute disaster! Ordered the veg deluxe thali which is definitely not worth the price.nothing special. Also placed an order for the grill veg sandwich that arrived 20 mins later.took 1 bite and left the rest! If you want to try their snacks then that would probably be a better option leave the main dishes!

This place is ok for Indian snacks item earlier there test was amazing but now it's change I went there after one year n its change but still food is good in prices wise
