My company was reached out for the painting work by Shakil who is a procurement in charge and we were subcontracted for the Bafleh Jewellers office project in Deira on the agreed terms of 50% advance payment and 50% post handover as mentioned in LPO. We started the work on an immediate basis as requested by Shakil and told my team that the cheque will be ready by next evening and after following up for the advance payment for more than a week he kept on saying weird reasons until on 30th January evening my team did the handover to Jineesh who happens to be the foreman at the site and after 10 days I received the call from Thusan who is the project manager saying that we have to do the final touch up work as they have done some installation work and promised to clear the payment in full and he has the cheque with him. As agreed we have done the final touch up work on 16th February and after thoroughly checking & making sure everything is done we handed over the invoice copy to Jineesh at site since he told it's their company policy to get the approval from the site in charge and he promised to release the payment immediately but after following up for more than a week we were able to received the 50% payment and Shakil was not even receiving the phone when tried to reach out to inquire about the half payment and even being inside the office he told the receptionist guy to inform the collection team that he is at the site and not available to talk. On 7th March after 19 days post handover Thusan reached out for additional work for which we sent a quote but then he started complaining that the work is pending and they will not approve the quote and we have to do the additional work if not we have to forget the balance payment. It's been more than a month since we are following up for the balance payment and nobody is responding to the mail or messages.

I’m glad to finally receive a response from Veloche. Your staff needs to be trained to maintain the professionalism that is required to deal with other professional company and not going into hiding while our people visit the office and not responding to mails & calls to discuss regarding the payments and then speak about the communication medium here. As updated earlier 100% work has been completed and handover done on 16th February evening but as a company you must know that any additional work after handover will cost you accordingly which you were not ready to pay and instead hold the balance payments. Regarding the quality your guys reached out after 20 days of handover for extra work where I believe that if the quality was not good then they would never contacted. You can contact me for any further discussion on this matter as I’m not able to get any response from your guys.

This company does not have a good relationship with subcontractors First these people get the work done by giving pressure make excuses to finish work Our 35% payment is stuck here It is a request to other subcontractors don't west money and your time. And i request to Google suspend this company from Google.

From scratch to end, the entire process in coordination of our office interior project was handle professionally by Veloche Interior and Exhibition. Met our expectations as proposed. Will recommend
