A good place for kids with plenty of physical activities. Also have 2 courts, netted, to play indoor sports.

Too crowded, so they couldn't manage children from diff groups as informed, which upset the kids especially the birthday boy. And in a hurry to take the payment but did not take back the extras which they only kept adding on.however the place was a lovely place for kids to enjoy

Velocity is quite a popular play area. It's generally nice and a good place for simple birthday parties. However, it's always very crowded. I attended a birthday party and i had to drop my kids with my nanny on the road as a truck blocked the road. Velocity has limited parking space and it's quite risky to park outside (there are many huge trucks around)!

Its one of the largest indoor sports as well trampoline park in dubai favorite amongst both kids and adults indoor sports include cricket football or padel tennis as well soft play activities for kids it was good experience but very crowded as i visit it during the weekend in addition it was difficult to find car parking

We had our daughter's birthday party here and we are so happy with it. Really recommend it. It includes everything and they even decorate very beautifully and can do any theme you'd like! Good food, games and great party hosts that will take care of it all.

We celebrated my son's 7th birthday here and we are extremely happy with the service. All the kids had so much fun and enjoyed all parts of the play area. There was something to enjoy for every age group. Parents commented on how friendly the staff is. The place was very clean and the party was well organized.

Ms. Bella is an amazing party organizer. She was always quick to reply and accommodated our different requests even 1 day before the event. All our requests for the decors was executed. She is very easy to deal with and was always professional.

Ms. Sheral was our main party host. She is very talented and patient with the kids. She did awesome with incorporating our minecraft theme on the decors and face painting for the kids. In between the face painting, party games and assisting me, she also played with the kids at the trampoline area. Mr. Jason also always checked if there was anything we needed during the preparation and all throughout. He even assisted us after the party so we as parents can relax with the other guests.

Overall, the staff from the reception including Ms. Hazel and Ms. Blessie ensured we were taken cared of and that the kids and adults were having fun. There was always someone looking after our group. Nothing was too much for them. They never rushed our group. What makes this place amazing is truly the staff.

Thank you for making my son's bday amazing. Highly recommend this place for kids events. Kudos to the Filipino staff!

It's a very nice place for all ages. For adults, you can order food and watch the kids from upstairs.

I am glad I selected Velocity for my daughter's birthday party. The place is perfect for kids. All the kids had a great time. The staff and the hosts were just amazing especially Hazel and Cheyrl. Food was served hot and was very delicious. Everything was great and up to the mark.
I would like to thank the party manager Bella and her team for making my daughters birthday a special one.

It was the best birthday party ever. At all levels, highly recommended for all ages with amazing spaces and activities.
The team there is amazing, professional, and friendly.
Sunday was great since my first phone call to inquire and book until the last minute before we left. He followed up and made sure to make our booking and all over experience very smooth and accommodating. He provided all the info and details and fulfilled all our needs and expectations.
The birthday party hosts Sheral and Blessing were amazing and very friendly and made sure the kids had a perfect time. Everything was perfectly organized and more than perfect.

We had our birthday party at Velocity and the kids had soo much fun!
All the staff are soo accommodating special thank you to Sunday for his assistance in the party arrangements and our party hosts Hazel and Christy for all there help during the party. They were there at all times to ensure everyone was looked after and for making it a fun day for the kids!

Due to a traffic accident, my 5y old daughter and I arrived at a birthday party that was scheduled to end at 6 p.m so she missed all the games and fun that started earlier.
At 6: 05pm The entertainer refused to let her in (saying the time was up) when she wished to play on the trampoline for few minutes.
The birthday party cost was aed 4,000, but they wouldn't let a 5-year-old play for 5 minutes on a trampoline with no one inside, with 3 entertainers talking and laughing, they shooed my child away because she was 5 minutes late.
Shame on you Velocity.

I loved the detailing which was taken into consideration for my son's 6th birthday and the way our requests were accommodated for the sake of the party. Very good support from Bella and team. Thank You once Again! My kid will definitely remember this birthday for a long time!

Amazing party for my daughter. Bella was so helpful to organise all the details and ensure everything was smooth on the day. Our party host Sheral was brilliant, so good with the kids and was also so helpful to organise the food & cake and any questions I had. Thank you velocity team. This was our first time to try velocity and loved it!

Staff is good, professional and friendly.
Prices are at par with other venues.

Active play space for kids and adults, the entrance fee provides stick on socks to be safe on trampolines and play area. They also do parties.

We celebrated my daughter's 6th bday here. Couldnt have asked for more. The team organized everything so well. A special word of recommendation to Karen n Bella, they were so patient in understanding what we wanted and executed it flawlessly. The food is good, and the place is spacious.

Amazing place, perfect for birthday parties. Great service and wonderful atmosphere the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was great (best food that you can have at a playground, it was epic) we had a blast at my son birthday party and the parents enjoyed the activities.

We attended a birthday party here last friday and it is good because,

It is a mixture of sports and playing areas for youngers which made the place suitable for all ages. While my younger was hanging with friends my older played table tennis with a friend.

Waiting area is nice for parents, they have places both upstairs and downstairs.

There is a cafetaria upstairs not bad not good but ok, regular one.

For parents, birthday girl's mother asked the place to make shawarma, salad and mini burgers. To be honest I did not expect such good food in a this place. Salad was the best with a very delicious dressing, mini burgers were fresh and tasty. If you plan a birthday here do not hesitate to order food for parents which is prepared in the place.

There is a net just like in OliOli but smaller.

Celebration areas upstairs area big enough to fit 10-12 kids and parents.

Overall a very nice place to celebrate birthday.

One thing I am not sure is the birthday was on the same day that President of UAE died so they did not except any other kids but only birthdays. So I can not give information how crowded or noisy the place gets on normal days.

We had my daughter’s birthday there today. The kids had fun, host was fun and caring. However the rest was very disorganized, it seems like they fill up the slots with more parties / kids than they can handle.or the staff is not enough.fun to go there and play but i don’t recommend for parties at all.

Very spacious playground space with variety of activities. We visited during the weekday right after school and my kid was the only one during an hour of time we spent there. They do have multiple attending staff members looking after the little ones and assisting them. A bit pricey per hour compared to some other nearby playgrounds but have more variety of activities. One thing I didn’t like was that they charge a parent too if parent wants to go inside the play area which is a bit unusual to me. In all other playgrounds we were able to get in and be active with our kid and take pictures/videos, but here you have to pay for additional access.

The staff was really lovely and supportive. They do have a cafeteria too. But I really hated them having at least 4 vending machines with u healthy candies and stuff which makes kids wanna get them. I know these type of vending machines are there to make money on kids desires for “sugar” but come on, we are living in the age where everyone is already aware of health so it’s not a good thing for any business to promote that unhealthy sugar culture.

In terms of parking, it’s available just outside the building and some parking spaces under the shade too.

We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday March 2022 and all the kids not only my son had a great time. The place is very well equipped & designed for this age. Thanks to Roi & Sunday for making it special and that they took care of every little thing. Although I was too picky they understood what I want and did more than expected. Also the food was so good, fresh, & delicious. Highly recommended for this age, Thank you Velocity Team

Celebrated my son’s bday here on 25/02and had a fabulous experience! The staff there was an absolute delight! They took really good care of everything and really helped out with all the extra decor and provided some excellent service!

A special mention here of Sunday and Sharal and their team for the awesome experience we had. Food was delicious was big in quantity. My son and his frds had great time.

I have a bad experience with the place. Some indecent people are working not serving their customers properly.

We had our child’s class graduation party. Good venue with affordable day pass rates. Bit crowded during weekends. Nice little cafe on 1st floor.

The place is big but mixes kids with adults activities. We had a group of kids doing a set of organized activities when a group of adults cricketers just crossed their field to pass to the other venue by lifting the nets. They couldn't care less about others and the staff was afraid to say anything. There's no parking outside to accommodate more than 5 cars either.

Took a group of 6 children for an outing to Velocity! Age groups 8 to 14 yrs old. Mr. Dan assisted and was a very helpful resource. Helped me organise all the activities and guided me well to plan 2 hour game session. Must try the cricket pitch for a fun game with friends.

An indoor warehouse which is now converted into a kids recreational area. They have trampolines, basketball, soft ball pit play area for the toddler, football and even gymnastics classes. What better way to keep the kids away from their iPads and Cellphones!

Perfect for summer since it's an indoor facility!

The worst staff, and unprofessional party planners!
They cancelled my son's birthday one hour before our booked time when everybody was about to arrive, because of the heavy rain on the PREVIOUS two days BUT not on the party day! They acted so carelessly and caused a total chaos for making an alternative small party in our house to host our guests immediately!
Not only they are unprofessional but also have a negative attitude for not even apologizing professionally or compensating my poor child with anything for ruining his bday! Horrible management!

My son 5 yrs has a knee fracture when he was there in the camp jumping on the trampoline.

Really not safe environment and careless staff and management.

While in a bit of a strange location it has all you need for a good few hours fun! Even a coffee shop upstairs for mom/dad

Good place for sports. Group play. Arranging tournament. Corporate tournaments. You can book different courts on hourly basis. Well recommended.

Good place for Kids. They will enjoy jumping and playing around. All day pass for 2 kids will cost approx AED. 99 and there are some games to play for around 4 hours. Also good place for birthday parties and functions.

A variety of activities to keep the kids busy while having fun. Includes slides, trampoline, soft play, nets, virtual games, etc

Had a good time here, took my kid to attend a birthday party. It was our first time here. My kid enjoyed the time spent here, in the soft play area, on the trampoline, ninja warrior area, football area etc.
In the upper section, they have party hall and a dark room. In the dark room, they have visual games for the kids which they enjoyed.
The play area is pretty large and spacious, can accommodate atleast 2 birthday party gatherings at a time.
Kids were having a good time, I would recommend this place to parents of kids who like going to such play areas

I am not a baby but when I was in velocity I become a baby.very nice for kids.and especially who want be a cricket player should go velocity.there is an amazing training pitch and trainer.

The equipment is in really good condition and there's just about enough to do for an hour (or two at a push), but for the price I didn't think there was enough on offer - certainly not for younger ones who only have two small zones they can access.

Very nice and clean place for kids.my kids had an awesome time. The only down side is there is no outside food allowed and they had no proper food for the kids (veggies, sandwiches, fruits)

Good fun. Great place. Value for money. However the compulsion of buying socks is not acceptable. Should be removed.

It’s was my first visit there, my 5 years old kid enjoy playing since their is variety of activities.one hour for sure is not enough.the staff are really kind cheerful and helpful. Thanks velocity team specially Fahmi, diffidently will go again

Good place to take kids. They have activities for adults too such as cricket and virtual reality. They host birthday parties. Parking can be difficult to find.

Great place for getting your kids out of the house with all the heat out there. The only thing is that it's a little too expensive but they have several attractions and games. The place is a little loud but manageable. The parking area is limited to street open spots so be there early or just plan accordingly.

Crowded on weekends. Lots of birthday parties. Requires you to buy their socks even if you are carrying your own. Good for kids of all ages.

Such a horrible place for young kids. My daughters got beaten up by older boys and the management and security did nothing! It's our first & last visit to this place.

Very good place for kids to play and they have games for adults, the stuff are highly professional and helpful. Rated 4 stars because the price is high, I got the Ramadan offer which was acceptable for me but the original price is high.

Very nice play area with a little bit of everyone. Lovely toddler play area, nice trampoline area for bigger kids.

Nice place but the biggest problem is the lack of parking. Also even though it's a big place on the inside the common space allocation is too cramped.

They should ask if we are having food. Bec.they charge us. And we have to leave before the food arrive.

The first time we went we really enjoyed it but not today. Started badly as they had run out of socks but I knew they were the only place that will only let you wear their own socks so didnt bring any for my toddler. The staff member at the desk had a real attitude when I was understandably annoyed having come quite far and to find she couldn't play as no socks. This swiftly changed and the lady said she could play after all. But I haven't come across such an attitude in Dubai until now.
The main room we came for was the dark room with the screens upstairs but the part with sand didn't work and was switched off, it was in silence and all the chairs on top of the tables like they had just cleaned or it was closed. Thankfully we had paid via groupon, I would not be happy paying the full price! All a bit of a waste of time today and not an enjoyable experience for anyone.
Also better changing facilities are needed for infants. I dont think it's safe or acceptable where you have to change in the ladies toilet.

This is a really nice place and kids will definitely enjoy it. Lots of games and activities.

Unfortunately, i will only give it 3 stars for two reasons:

1. They're very expensive for no reason

2. As an adult, they will force you to pay money to go in the soft area with your toddler although they are the ones who set the rules that no toddler is allowed in the soft area without an adlut. To me, thar is pure rip off!

Best sprots place for every age. Immense positive vibes. Staff is very good and co operative. Coach Sunday and Ms. Wissam are amazing

A good addition in dubai indoor sports. Found very cooperative staff. Big kids playing area and VR activities are plus point for Velocity
