Food was delicious but when we asked à bread . They neglected our request. Honestley that was only bad behavour

Nice restaurant tucked inside Ibn Batuta mall. The ambience is good and the food was delicious.

The food was the most amazing part. Specially the lamb-chops. Good scope to improve the service. Kids enjoyed well

I came to Ferdora restaurant and Mr. Ehab was well treated and he did his duty and I thank Mr. Ehab for his kind treatment and the food is excellent

Lovely decoration and food. Fantastic service from Elsayed, he's very accommodating and pleasant. A lot of hard work has gone into the decor. Breakfast set was lovely (except for the foul) otherwise all great.

Great Ambiance, good food. Just a little delayed but quality and taste is great worth the waiting time.

Totally disappointing experience! The first time we ate here the salads and mezze were good. But that's about it. The chicken was super hard despite complaining about it twice and twice it came back even harder. The second time we ate here, again, the mezze was good. I ordered the salmon and came back super ove crooked, poorly presented and seasoning on skin side. The staff is friendly, but they lack the basics of service with very poor table visits. They all seem to run around with a sense of urgency and yet the service is late. I asked for the manager, he never came to the table despite him seeing us and quickly ran to his office. Not recommended. Our last time here.

The main course was not good, lots of fat in the piece of meat, so not that much to eat, the drinks are very sugary and with artificial sirop, the slogan of the restaurant (Mediterranean cuisine) is misleading: there were meanly libanese food.
And overall the prices applied are for 6star hotel: the dessert (a regular piece of cake) is 48aed. The latte: 24aed. These are even more expensive than in a 5star hotel.

I am a food and beverage consultant and this is simply Outrageous.

The 1 star is for the staff who was friendly and accommodating and kind.

No need to say that I am definitely not coming back, and neither am I going to recommand this place.

Service is very friendly and makes you want to come back for that. Reasonable prices. Use your discount code service of choice in the region.

We loved the taste of every dish served to us. But the 2 stars they lost for me was because whatever food we good was cold and then they forgot my daughters food altogether. She got her food when all of us were done and she lost her appetite waiting.which was very disappointing.

Delicious food but their services need clear improvements. The way they put the cutlery was a mess, they didnt offered changing plates after appetizers, he removed the complimentry zataar to the other side of table while i was eating from it to put the appetizers.

I enjoyed my lunch at Verdura. The interiors are beautiful, service is friendly and quick, and good is tasty and photogenic too! I tried quite a few dishes from their menu and was overall pleased with the outcome. Verdura serves dishes from the Mediterranean, which includes Greece, Italy, and the Levant (Lebanon and Syria). I tried a bit of each cuisine and was quite impressed, however, I can strongly state that their Levant dishes are the most delicious!

Some dishes that I absolutely loved included the Rocca Avocado Salad, Armenian Itch, Hummos with Meat, Armenian Manti, Chef's Special Cheese Loaf, and the Mixed Seafood Platter which was an amazing array of all the delicious dishes from the sea, such as lobster, squid, octopus; you name it, they have it! However, unfortunately, they had a couple of dishes I wasn't a big fan of. The two dishes are the Scallops and the Burrata Cheese Salad. They were not bad, but just not the quality I was hoping for.

Nevertheless, I was overall very pleased with my experience at Verdura and I can definitely see myself going back in the near future. It's a decent place to dine. And if you are looking for a place that serves Shisha, Verdure has a private closed area where they serve Shisha. Bottom line, I recommend it.

The food took forever to arrive, it was pretty tasty. Not acceptable that they have expensive Italian water, instead of filtered water or even local water.

I would put 5star for whole experience in this place. Ambience is comfortable, very specious place with pleasant decorations, food is delicious and grilled meat just melting in the mouth. Salads are fresh and tasty. Service is great, Mohammed, waitor is very cute and nice at service. There is shisha room, if you want to smoke. I do recommend this place. Grilled meat and Roca salad with avocado are must️

We really enjoyed our first trip to Verdura.we ordered a variety of food including fattoush to chicken wings to hummus to zaatar to pasta to chicken kebabs and strawberry mojito to freshly squeezed orange juice.and every single dish and drinks were amazing! The thin crispy breads were. Freshly prepared and tasty food. Great value for money. Very good service, friendly staff. Clean and fresh feel ambience wise. Our guests from New York loved it too. And we were a group of 8 ranging from ages 9-75 years and not a single complaint! Definitely on our list of go to restaurants

Very poor customer service. We waited half and hour for our meal and there was no update from the waiters. The staff were unattentive even though it was not rush hour. The manager was extremely unprofessional and arguing back with me when I addressed the issue. The manager even had the audacity to smile at me while I was expressing my dissapointment!

As a hospitality professional from DCT this kind of service is unacceptable. I will not visit again and will most definately tell others about my experience. Terrible!

Staff We’re super attentive. As soon as I sat they offered me wet towels. Had truffle salad, which I couldn’t taste the truffle though, mutabal on eggplant, and octopus which I felt was re heated.overall was a nice experience for been inside a shopping mall.

Great place to be, friendly staff, fast delivery of orders. One star less as the short ribs are a desister, but received a free dessert, which makes it positive. Drinks slightly high in price, but overall 4 stars rating is fair, we believe. Still room for improvement, if you ask me it's worth to go there, but other restaurants in that mall are a good choice as well.

Verdura is Mediterranean restaurant with beautiful interiors and ambiance. The beautiful hostess Sara was very polite, she answered our query regarding Zomato very patiently and welcomed us with a pretty smile on her face. From there Ms Saida helped us choose the food. Food was amazing, tasty. Chicken was nice and spicy and the falafel sliders were made perfectly. Great customer service.freshly baked Bread were so soft and fresh. Ice tea made by Chef Marlou was just fabulous - it had the right amount of flavour n sweetness. Keep up good work team Verdura. We will definitely come again and again. Definitely recommended to those who wish to have a combination of good food + good service + good ambiance. Totally worth the money.

The food was very good. I’ve tried Short Ribs and Duck.
The Duck was amazing and the Ribs were Ok.
The have very tasty bread (tanoor bread)

Really recommend this place for meat lovers! We always have their mixed grill and lamb chops Although the lamb chops are not often available which is sad because they make it really good and it’s my go-to lamb chops when I’m in Ibn Batista Mall. They also serve fresh bread and it was hard to stop I end up a bit full for my mains hah. Their sausages in pomegranate sauce and Rocco avocado salad is also worth a try.

The food was good, particularly I liked hummus with bread, pancakes wish mushroom and spinach was very tasty too. Staff is were very nice and helpful, though a bit slow.

Good place for wonderful Mediterranean cuisine. Potato cubes (Batata harra) is wonderful. However very less options for vegetarian.

Wow.the food was excellent.very authentic n tasty Mediterranean cuisine. One of the best hummus we HV had. The staff was very soft spoken, very welcoming like Sara and very helpful too.
We are vegetarians n we got good options here. Even my kids loved the food.
