Daily escalation of treatments from antibiotic injections, vitamins, saline and a Jury-rigged feeding syringe all helped him survive after a two week long battle.

The worst experience! They replaced surgeon doctor with other doctor whom we have never met. And my dog died in the hospital. The doctor who confirmed me that he will do the surgery and he didn’t, have not even apologized or called me. I interviewed 5 different doctors before choosing him and I wish I never came to this clinic. Nothing won’t bring my baby boy.

In my view the best vet in Dubai! They always look for the best solution for the dog, not trying to do unnecessary things, very patient with animal etc. I appreciate they really care about the animal!

Extremely disappointed as i was bringing my cat for grooming and he ended up being injured with a cut on the leg.they did 2 stitches and not even a sorry. Ah, and they gave me a 10% off - what a generosity. I would have appreciated a follow up call to check on the cat and to humbly apologize. Don't bring your pet there. First time i tried them as i moved to the neighborhood and for sure will be the last.

I visited Dr Goran today in an emergency situation since my dogs ate something bad and treatment went super smooth. Receptionist was also extremely efficient on phone and in person.

Also in the past I've visited other vets for reaccuring ear issues and paid thousands of dirhams without a solution. Once dr Anastas diagnosed and prescribed, i finally managed the issue. Moreover he told me an expensive procedure recommended by another vet wouldn't even be necessary for a different matter.

I think you're in really good hands with this vets, and believe me, I've tried many!

My dog died in this clinic. He was young dog and had per vet care Vet’s word simple standard surgery. The worst thing is I wanted to see my dog after surgery and doctor told me to not come and to pick him up the next day. He died a few hours after surgery and I wasn't even there in his last minutes.

Dr. Anastas, receptionists Natalie and Precious, and veterinary assistants/ handlers are all extremely professional and very thorough. Our dogs generally absolutely hate going to the vet due to previous bad experiences elsewhere, but the Vetcare team just handle them amazingly. The last time we visited Vetcare they were actually not even stressed. I have complete confidence in this team.

Disappointed in the Dr attitude when it comes to second time ear infection within a month or so. My dog was diagnosed with ear infection, given a medicine, we used the medicine then we have to go through the same cycle again.
The most important thing for them is to bring the dog, pay consultation and give same medicine again!

I had a wonderful experience at Vetcare and the ladies in Reception were fantastic and love the animals! Thanks Precious & Joan …. And Dr Goran & Akhil. We will be back! Woof woof

The vets are great and very supportive, but the lady at the reception needs to learn a bit about customer service and more importantly about customer experience.

Dr anastas is one of the best doctors to go to, my cat has ben sick couple of times and no matter what she always gets better in his hands. He is very considerate and will update you with every detail. He is always there for emergencies as well.

After trying more than 10 vets in duabi, vetcare is one of the best Vets in Dubai when it comes to care, staff and prices.

Bad, they gave a wrong diagnose to my cat and was always pushing me to do a surgery which costs alot and i was sure it isnt a genetic disease so i was against it but they still managed to take all my money and in the end they said oops its just a small scratch in the eye.

Vetcare is absolutely fabulous with both my fur babies. They genuinely care and my pets love them. They saved my cat which is honestly nothing short of a miracle. They listen, do thorough research and deliver! The staff is warm and generous with their time and attention. Totally recommend them!

This is a great vet practice. They have doctors who care about the pets more than the money. They have always helped me with my cats and even the injured stray cats I bring in.

Vetcare is absolutely amazing! We came to them when our dog Cooper was really really sick. They went out of their way to get us an appointment as early as possible as the situation was urgent. Dr Dominik is the first vet we've seen in Dubai who really took the time to take a full history and actually listened to our concerns. For once I felt that someone else actually cared about our dog and it wasn't just about money. They kept us updated on everything and the reception staff have also been incredibly helpful! Would definitely recommend them for other pet owners! Thank you for helping us and Cooper!

This is where I take my dog Dexter because they know how to deal with his anger and stress issues while keeping me calm. Very professional Well done.

Took my German Shepherd to do his kennel cough vaccination and after 1 hour of the vaccination he started vomiting multiple times and had diarrhea. When I called Vetcare to ask them why this has happened and if he’s suffering from an allergic reaction to the vaccination, the doc responded by saying that it has nothing to do with the vaccination. I did not believe them and searched it up online and apparently a lot of dogs suffer from the same symptoms after the kennel cough vaccination. Never going back again to this clinic.

They are good but beware because they will suggest a lot of unnecessary tests which inflate your bill further.

The veterinary has great professional vets but with very unwelcoming reception team that is slow, supportive and inaccurate in their record keeping.

They don't respect people's appointment and people's time.before one hour of my appointment they called me to inform me we can not accept your visit at this time.

Excellent service friendly knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to support you with information and assistance. They are more cost effective than most other vets in Dubai.
