This clinic is very unethical, they dont care about animals and would do anything just to get your money. I brought 2 two month old kittens to them and they neutered them although irmts very early and such young kitrens cant be neuteted as i found out later. Then one kitten got sick after few days, and when they tested, they said its parvo (both kittens were tested prior neutering and were negative, however as it turned out, only one was tested and the other wasnt). The small one died eventually after 2 days and i ended up paying a good bill to this clinic. PLEASE, NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS THERE AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW !

This clinic on Hessa Street is among the worst. I used a rescuer account registered with them for my cat. Initially, they claimed my cat was doing well but needed numerous tests. After two days of my cat not eating or drinking, they informed me via WhatsApp that my cat couldn't survive the trauma.

Shockingly, no one from the clinic had the decency to call and explain the situation. Instead, they were more concerned about payment for tests I didn't understand was done for what. When I went to retrieve Bella's body, the receptionist had no idea which Bella I meant and kept asking for my mobile number. The atmosphere was so stinky and unprofessional, with loud arguments upstairs. Regretfully, I wish I hadn't chosen this clinic for Bella, and I won't recommend it to other pet owners.

I miss my Bella.

The reception service was truly exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and were incredibly patient. The doctors were not only friendly but also quick-witted and straight to the point. The fees were also reasonable; I genuinely recommend this veterinary clinic above all others. They accommodate Cats, Dogs, and birds.

Thank you for your service, and I hope to visit them next time for regular nail trimming instead of pet emergencies.

We took our 5 month old puppy at the Barari branch as she was vomiting and had so much gas, and Dr Marko and the whole staff were just amazing with taking care her.
Stoked that they opened right next door to us because the quality of care was top notch.

Syam the groomer is really good at handling the pets, My cat was agressive but he manage to finish the grooming. Well Done!

Dr's are very professional and the staff are very friendly and they always sends me a reminder about my appointments, and my fur baby vaccines due dates.

Normally don’t post but felt I needed to as Dr Tina at the clinic has been looking after my boys (2 Shitzu) for over 7 years and we are extremely happy with her. My boys have never had any major issues and on occasion small things Dr Tina looked after them right away. Thanks to you and your team and please convince my wife for another one…ur always on her side

They could not figure out the treatment for our family dog and gave the wrong medication. Overcharged us and blamed us for not taking care of our pet.

You cannot trust the doctors. Our pet passed away due to their carelessness.

My cat passed away under very suspicious circumstances after trusting Dr. Teena for 3.5 years following her to every clinic she went to.
My cat was completely healthy. She had a “simple” procedure at Vets Fur Pets and 48 hours she couldn’t breathe and she passed away after 3 days. Until today I have no idea what happened. I can never trust this clinic and the doctor again. They will never see my face again.

First visit they were not transparent with us from the beginning about what as included in the package they gave us. Second visit. The vet was not very gentle with our pet even though we told him to be gentle, he just said “it’s ok”, smiled and continued NOT being gentle.

Not happy with this place. I will be going to another vet in the future.

5 star review won’t be enough to express my gratitude to dr. Teena! She literally saved my 3-year old cat who needed a surgery. She was fast at making life-threatening decisions and compassionate with my situation.

I had a cat adopted from here, and the cat had coroni virus I think, which I was not told about, I did mention that Iam a first time cat owner the doctor kept saying that it’s okay and everything but other vets I have went to said that it could spread to other cats and it may die in few months or live long and the treatment will be costly if the virus mutates, when I was taking to the doctor about she kept saying it’s okay and it’s okay but I still feel it’s wrong for not telling me about the condition.

The worst veterinarian I have ever seen in my life. Swindlers only want money and bad treatment. Unclean place. Very expensive. I do not recommend the place at all.

Vets Fur Pets has been such an amazing place for my doggie! Dr. Teena is incredibly compassionate and with her around you can be assured that you're pets are in good hands. Their facility is very clean and the staff is extremely professional, flexible and super loving. Recently, I had a friend who had to leave Dubai for good and couldn't take her pet along - the staff went over & beyond to re-home my friend's pet which was really commendable. I can't thank Merin enough for helping me find my second fur baby maltese. Huge thank you to the entire team of Vets Fur Pets for the amazing work ya'll are doing.

Really disappointed with the non transparency of charges. Took three huskies for parvovirus. They gave me one price when the pups were admitted, when I went back to pick them up was told another ludicrous price. Pups were not released to us. Shameful business practices. Please be clear regarding prices with your clientele, transparency is always appreciated.

Such an unprofessional and uncaring clinic. Definitely not for pet lovers. Just want your money and thats fine if the care was good but thats not the case either. Waste of time, energy and resource. Terrible reception staff, and greedy! Will not issue presciptions and will insist on you buying from them and that is fine if they have stock abut even when they don't have stock they'll ask you to wait for stock, while your pet is suffering. Never again! And one of their staff messaged me and said that they don't issue prescriptions cos its against their regulations

Lovely place with a very experienced vet Dr. Teena. They are very well equipped to do all tests and surgeries in house. The team is great with follow up abd after care services.

Great place for your pets. They are open everyday. For any medical emergencies, procedure, or grooming needs for your pets, they are ready. The staff was incredibly helpful and our vet Dr. Ella was a gem. We went for adoption and got a cutie named Lola. They also have a pet boarding service which we are using now.

We adopted our lovely domestic Mau, Lola from them and whenever we visit for her needs (vaccination, spaying) they are extremely kind and helpful. They also have a boarding service for summer. I definately recommend Vets fur Pe5s for all animal lovers.

TailWaggin recommended me to take my little kitten here for vaccination and I took the package. When our Kyoshi was checked by Dr. Teena she recommended and showed us how to clean her ears. It was the best.

I was looking for cats on adoption and the staff were so amazing! Such a nice place, clean, huge, organized and the best part is of course everyone working there in such a good mood! One of the worse experience I had when it comes to vets in Dubai. I took rescue cat there, paid quite a lot for spaying, vaccinations and grooming. Poor cat came back to me with chopped whiskers (!) as well as with untreated ear mites which became much worse after couple weeks. We came back for check up and Dr. Teena was surprised that ears were inflamed so badly. She looked all over the place, not paying attention. Treatment she prescribed (200 AED) didn't work at all. I had to visit another vet and he was able to clear ear mites in 2 weeks.
Please consider twice before taking your beloved pet there.

We bring her here in the Vets fur pets. I gave all the trust to the doctor and the best way they accept with no hesitation.and so great ful bcoz the one that we rescued was on a safe place.

The vet staffs are so friendly, especially the Doctors itself. The Service is excellent and they valued the emotions of the pet owner. I bring smeagol to them and underwent fos surgery, it was successful and seems like nothing happened, because the cat still healthy and not feeling lethargic. I happy with the service and so lucky to meet them and to know the clinic. Keep up the good work!

لا يوجد مصداقية ابدا واهمال للحيوانات ، عدم عناية ولا نظافة
حتى ابرة المغذي لم يكن تركيبها صحيح مما ادى الى تسرب الماء تحت الحلد لفترة طويلة والدكتوره وطاقم العيادة لم يلاحظوا شي ، وسوء انتقاء الالفاظ وتوصيل المعلومه للشخص بأسلوب جاف جدا يخلوا من مراعاة المشاعر ، اتقوا الله في هذه الكائنات لانها لا تستطيع ان تتكلم وتشكوا ولكن يوم الحساب ستأخذ حقها وتقتص عند احكم الحاكمين ، ابدا لا انصح احد يأخذ حيوانه الى هذه العيادة ، فجعت بقطي

I got my rescue cat taken care of here. Very nice staff, they took good care of my kitty and were very kind in walking us through registering it with the municipality

I’m associated with Dr. Teena Joseph since almost 7 years now. She is one of the best vets who is very down to earth and communicates properly what is required and doesn’t beat around the bush and rather she comes straight to the point. Even when it comes to administering medications & diagnosing any problems, she only advises what is required. I’m a pet relocator by profession and also a proud parent of a cat. Dr. Teena has been closely associated with getting the paperworks & necessary tests/treatments done for many of my clients who has travelled to various countries. Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience with this clinic, but before I want to give an advice to whoever faces malpractice with this vet or any other: REPORT IT TO MUNICIPALITY! The more reports they have, the quicker we can fix the issue of having incompetent doctors who end lots of lives, and they still believe they know better.

This is the story of my dearest cat Dea rescued in Mirdiff.
After taking Dea with me, the rescuer recommended me to go to Vets Fur Pets as they do charity work, and they have good prices.
I asked the the lady if I could trust that vet, and she said yes as she rescues a lot of animals and took them there before. So I trusted that my pet would be in good hands.
I went there for a first visit and Dr. Teena put all vaccines + deworming + microchip to Dea. Honestly I saw that they don’t even sanitize the thermometer after using it, they just rinsed it with some water. After we finished we went home.

2 weeks later, I called the clinic to take an appointment to spay her, but I told them my concern regarding Dea’s breathing, as it was a bit faster than normal.
Dr. Teena said she would make an X-ray to check if something was abnormal (looking back, I wonder why she didn’t even do a blood trust but of course I am not a doctor so I trust what the “ professionals” recommend to do.
X-Ray was normal so she proceeded with the surgery.
The day I took Dea home everything seemed fine, although she did not want to eat or drink anything but it could happen that they don’t feel to have anything right after surgery.
The day after she still didn’t want to eat, and when I reached Dr. Teena to ask about my concern, she told me cats can stay even 1 week without food with no problems as long as they have water! (This is totally wrong, cats are in big danger after 48hours without food)
I took Dea back to the clinic 2 days after surgery, and told Dr. Teena again that she was still not eating. She checked if she was dehydrated (only by pulling the skin of her back) and if she was moving by putting her on the floor. They checked her temperature and the assistant said her Temp was fine, and I got shocked as I saw her Temperature was 37 Degrees! She was hypothermic and I has to be the one who noticed. Anyhow, she said the try to give some recovery food to see if she ate it.
I took her home but she was still not eating and at this point she starting breathing with a very weird sound. I texted Dr. Teena immediately and I even made an audio to make her hear the breathing. She said that she checked her and she was fine so To wait until next day.
I DID NOT WAIT! I took her to another vet. They did their best to try to safe her, but that same day my poor Dea passed away because she had an internal bleeding and Dr. Teena was so incompetent to not even see she was NOT FINE!
She even didn’t have the decency of saying she was sorry for my lost, all she did was talking on top of my words saying that it wasn’t her fault and when she checked her she was fine.
All I do now is blaming myself for taking her to this terrible clinic, where they can’t see when an animal is suffering and sick.
I can’t stress this more. Please REPORT MALPRACTICES TO MUNICIPALITY!

Their team is very responsive and patient towards customers. They gave us reasonable prices when our first rescue had terrible dental issues. Although the clinic is a bit far from our home, we can't imagine taking our cats anywhere else.

Very bad experience, I took a rescued cat there for checkup only to see if the cat is in a good health or no. And they didn’t do any checkup, they just forced us to do a test to pay extra and they took blood from the cat in a very bad way and the cat was bleeding when we left the vet. After the checkup they said you need to do grooming for that cat first and then will check if she’s fine or no.
None of them wearing gloves and none of them used alcohol there.
I really hope municipality will check on them and cancel there license for that unprofessional service and dishonesty.

Hands down best vet in town! I absolutely adore Dr Tina and the team. Always so helpful, and not extortionate like competitors. We went through a lot of vets until we found this gem. Best decision for us and our fur babies ️

Im have been i. Different vets and look after good vet and good prices bcos I have 4 dogs to take care, and I found vets fur pets, I like how she work and the prices is perfect everybody know how expensive there is with vets, there is expensive when you go to the vet and for me the price is reasonable, the people is friendly and very good with the dogs I recommend to come to a place with good price clean Friendly people

I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option. I’m going to give a detailed review. We took our 6 month old kitten, Sky, for spaying here. Starting from the management at Front desk, Rania, she’s a sweetheart, very interactive and always there to help and quick to respond. Dr. Teena was also excellent at her job. She saw sky twice in a week after the surgery to make sure she’s okay. She was never in pain from day 1. In a few days itself it was like sky never had a surgery. Coming to affordability, they have the most reasonable prices. Trust me, we called and check a lot of places. There were no hidden charges and everything was well explained. The helping staff there was super friendly too. We used to travel to Sharjah for affordability of the vets. I can quit going to Sharjah and make this my to go Vet now.

If there was a negative rating, I would put that.i took my cats and a dog for a check up and one female doctor there, we are told she is very popluar, was taking care of us.her staff not only mis handles my pets but they didnt feel bad for doing so.they had to take some tests, my cats came home not themsleves my pup even peed there and yelped in pain.what type of vets are these? Please go at your own risk.if vets do this who can we trust

We live in IMPZ (Dubai Production City) and finally our favorite Doctor Teena set up her leading clinic just within 10mins drive-away from our place! We appreciate most of veterinarians in Dubai saving and caring our 10cats and 2dogs over many years, but Dr Teena is the most who understands our (owners) and Furkids' requirements. She also care us financially.

The newly opened clinic is very clean, spacious, private with some familiar nurses along with Dr Teena.

My calico cat spay is done on the side stomach area (not in the center of tummy) to avoid her licking the stitches area (so wise!) We like that way since another girl was done the way spay operation by Dr Teena and wound healed cleanly.

We pray for a long successful journey to begin, Vets Fur Pets!

I have had an absolutely tragic experience and I am sure that you will also regret using this clinic.

The facility is easy to find with easy parking access. The staff is very friendly and comfort your pets. Dr. Tina is very professional, knowledgeable and patient with the animals.

I met her over 2 years ago when she was worked with a rescue organization when we adopted our dog. She knew Pips history and remembered her. Which was great because we didn't know Pips history when we adopted her!

She was of tremendous help when we needed to get all of her vaccinations and shots up to date before we left Dubai. Reliable and trustworthy!

Dr. Teena has taken care of our St. Bernard's for years now. She has always provided the right advice and treatment for our big boys. She has never advised on unnecessary medication or surgery and has been spot on. I've visited her new clinic and is absolutely professional, spacious and clean. Very poor quality service with no compassion & I couldn't understand the vet who spoke very poor English, they also tried to sell me human pharmacy medication with a ridiculous mark up price even though the vet admitted that she wasn't sure about the diagnosis. The response from the owner below is a perfect example of the type of unprofessional people you are dealing with!

انا حبيت اشاركوا اللى حصل مع صديق ليا تجربته مع العياده يوم الخميس اتصل بالعياده كانت القطه اكلت شي وهو ما بيعرف شو اكلت اتصلنا بالعياده ردوا البنات على التليفون فسالنا فيه حدا بيتكلم عربى وللاسف ما لقينا المهم قلنا حاله القطه وسالنا على اشعه X-Ray فالرد صدمنا البنت قالت مش عارفه هتصل بيك بعد دقيقه وعلى ما عبرونا كانت مرت ١٥ دقيقه المهم الدكتوره العظيمه تينا كلمته حكلها اللى حصل وان القط بيرجع وبيموت قدامه فسالها عن الاشعه X-Ray قالته لا بس هاتها وانا ابعتها عياده تانيه مش فاهمه مدام العياده مش مجهزه ليه فاتحينها ما نروح من الاول عياده تانيه وخلاص وللاسف بسبب تاخيرهم واهمالهم ده القط مات الكلام ده كان الساعه ٦ عشان لو حبوا يردوا بس يكونوا عارفين امتى الحاله لان اكيد طبعا مش هايكونوا فاكرين وطبعا لما دخلت على التعليقات لقيتها معظمها سلبيه عشان كده راحت اعمل صفحه تانيه على جوجل من باب اولى يا دكتوره بدل ما تعملى صفحه جديده اهتمى بالعياده والخدمات البيطريه
