I'm incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Vito sooner. My Rottweiler was dealing with severe arthritis, and after visiting four other vets in Dubai, none seemed willing to dive deep into helping her.none of the other vets really cared. But meeting Dr. Vito was a game-changer. I'm never going to switch vets again—I'm genuinely happy to have him on our side. I don't think theres many vets out there, who take their time to sit down with you and go over x-rays.

Thanks to Dr. Vito's extensive knowledge in arthritis, my Rottweiler is thriving now, enjoying a better quality of life in her later years. It's not just about the incredible expertise; you can feel the profound love he and his team have for animals.

I recently visited Pets v Vets in the UAE for the second time, and I must express my utmost satisfaction. Dr. Vito and his team, especially Joemar, provided an outstanding experience for my scared cat, Mini.

Dr. Vito displayed remarkable gentleness, allowing Mini the time to explore the surroundings while soothing background music created a calming atmosphere. Both Dr. Vito and Joemar demonstrated a genuine love for animals, evident in Joemar's comforting cuddles during the examination.

Mini, who is typically reserved, responded positively to their care. I highly recommend Pets v Vets, as Dr. Vito and Joemar's compassionate approach truly sets them apart. Thank you for the exceptional care!

Very highly recommend Vets & Pets! Our dog was in so much pain, and Dr Jo messaged with me during her off hours to help get our dog's pain under control right away. Then she thoroughly examined our dog, and found that the pain was due to a misdiagnosis. Dr Jo treated her immediately as an emergency case, and within two days I had a happy, playful pup back again. Thank you so much to everyone at Vets & Pets. We are now a lifelong customer. <3

First time visiting Vets & Pets, for my little kitten. And I must say I am really impressed with the way Dr Livia handled everything from start to finish, like a true professional. My cat was super calm, feeling relaxed throughout the whole process which I didn’t expect and didn’t feel a thing when having her vaccine.

She is due back for her booster vaccines in a couple of weeks, and I am not nervous at all - knowing that my cat will be in the best hands at this veterinary clinic.

11/10 my rating and would only use these guys going forward for anything pet related. Thanks once again to Dr Livia.

VETS & PETS is by far the best veterinary clinic I've been to since my little furry friend came along 14 years ago. My cat was not only relaxed there, but she was even better and more energetic when she came back after her dental operation.

They took really really good care of her, provided excellent after care, and I would trust them with any current, or future furry friends I may have.

For those like myself who may need more economical options, rest assured they are not on the super expensive side, and the amount you pay fully makes up for your peace of mind, fantastic care and service, and most importantly 0 trauma for your pet.

Would definitely suggest it for anyone.

Amazing doctor and staff. After seeing 2 other vets for my cat 1000’s of Dirham and still suffering from a lung infection. I finally found a doctor that took the time to throughly check her out. He explained in Detail what he feels is the problem and have a plan to help her get better. The other great reviews are exactly what I experienced. Absolutely recommend Dr Vito and his clinic. I’d like to add to this review that my cat Kitchy made a 100% recovery and is happy healthy and doing great. Again, I highly recommend this Vet clinic to anyone.

Vets & Pets feels more like a pet retreat rather than a veterinary! A beautiful, clean and comfortable practice, complete with its own little café style waiting area, the environment second only to Dottore Vito and his warm and friendly staff who were so accommodating. The exam room i was seen in was specially dedicated to cats and i don’t think i’ve ever seen my cat that relaxed at the vet. Dr Vito took time to examine and explain everything. Feels like a kindergarten for pets. We had a dental care under sedation for our mini dachshund and usually she is very scared being with strangers and in vet especially BUT here with Dr. Vito she was nice and not that scared as usual. Now her teeth look amazing.

Dr. Vito is a very professional and compassionate person. I won't forget the way how he carefully explained to us what was wrong with our pet and very gently explained to my son that our pet was in a deep sleep, when it had passed away. Thank you very much for how well you handled the scenario.

Our dog Balto felt sick a couple of weeks ago. The Vets & Pets team was able to diagnose quickly his very rare disease, nursed & cured him for a couple of days at their clinic. With expertise & care, the Vets & Pets team (receptionist, nurses & Dr Jo) put him back on tracks. I highly recommend them to take care of your pets! And Balto as well…

Where to start?

Took Juno to Vets and Pets after we realized that a lump was growing at a fast pace on the nipple of our 12 year old American cocker spaniel - Juno.

To begin with Juno (like any other dog isn't fond of vets or veterinary clinics) but she was all wags and happy when we entered V&P, we later got to know vets & pets is a fear free clinic and the consultation rooms are not your regular get on top of a table sorts, it's more like let's sit on the sofa and examine/check what's happening.

We met Dr Livia who took Juno under her wing, Juno loved her from the get go (something that had never happened before) doctor briefed and prepared us of the possibilities of what's to come.

So they took a few biopsies the results showed what we feared Juno had stage 2 Cancer, as she had several lumps around her nipples including the one which was growning.

Together with Dr Livia we made a plan on how to tackle the situation.

After the 1st surgery which lasted 5hrs we met Doctor Vito who explained to us in detail what was done and the next step forward.

Juno heal and we planned the second surgery which lasted 3hrs this time it came with a little complication.

Fast forward 2months, Juno out 12 year old has had her double mastectomy, neutering and dental cleaning plus 10 tooth removal, we are extremely happy that Juno is now on the road to recovery. She is back to her happy self, asking endless treats and playing. #food is life.

We are so happy that we found Vets and Pets and we are so glad we choose to the right Veterinary for our Juno, who eased our fears, made sure all the necessary tests and precautions were taken to ensure her safety and successful surgery and recovery.

I would highly recommend choosing Vets and Pets, it's not just Dr Livia and Dr Vito, but the entire team (Ryan, Marie, Makgethoa and Anna.others didn't get everyones names) have been super supportive, communicative and showed empathy to our Juno. She was in great hands the entire time.

Thank you team Vets and Pets, I would like to say see you next time but only for the yearly registrations.

As I cross the rainbow bridge, I want to thank you and every member of my family at Vets and Pets for the love and care I received all through my journey. There were rough days but I always knew that I was in the safe hands and had complete trust in the process.
Time came and I had to leave but I am happy to have lived 1 year with my mom with complete joy and happiness. I take with me beautiful memories at Vets and Pets and the unconditional love that I received from my Dr. Vito (my Hero) and his team. I want to thank everyone for being next to my mom holding her during the difficult time, giving her the care and compassion while I departed.
