We can't book a place to apply for a D visa

They never informed the time to collect the passport and their sms too didnt mention it. Had to go two times from Sharjah to Dubai to collect the passport.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but first time may find it confusing to navigate the entire floor when searching for the right counter.

It was an institution where I made my procedures for the Schengen visa. The employees are very helpful, I thank them very much. Thank you for doing their duties with love, as a team with never-failing tolerance.

There is a direction mentioning about the parking. If you follow that then it will be easier to reach VFS if you are visiting for the first time.

It was nice transaction with them getting my Turkish tourist visa. However, waiting for queue was quite dreading so better eat and quench first before going there and make sure you have your whole day with you. Also, prepare all your docs according to the website so it will not hassle you.

Totally horrible service, first of all VFS Global apply for me for wrong type of visa, I asked for Schengen visa and they applied for spouse visa which I don’t understand how is it possible. Of course embassy didn’t approve this visa because there was no marriage certificate and returned my application back to VFS. After this if VFS contacted me and we solve this misunderstanding everything could be fine but nobody contacted me about situation and for 3 weeks I had no idea that they applied for wrong visa and embassy returned it. I was waiting 3 weeks and my flight was coming soon and I did not have any information so after 3 weeks I called VFS customer service and they told me that my visa are on embassy and still under process, such a lie because my visa was 3 weeks already laying in VFS and nobody care that I am waiting for it and I have my flight in few days. VFS claimed that they contacted me which I don’t find true and when I asked to show me some prove if they really contacted me they refused to show me anything. I was planning this vacation 1 year, I have paid flight tickets, insurance, many other fees and expenses for this traveling and because of VFS all of this money end up in the drain, my traveling was ruined by VFS which cause me many personal troubles not just money lost and until now nobody even apologized from VFS.

Vfs Office is huge and have different desks for different countries. Situated on 2nd and 3rd floor of wafi Mall. Easily accessible, very friendly staff and easy process

Vfs Canada is professional, courteous and efficient. I spent 20 minutes to submit my passport for visit visa. No delay, professional and even helped me though lunch break started. I give them a great applause and thank you as it was a Friday and if I missed it, 2 days would have gone by. We need more genuine nice people like this to help us in our day to day struggles and this pandemic. Some päpple are really nice and hard working. Happy to have got my work done here so fast

Some "customer service" their working illegally (under the table)
because I ask them to fill out my application, they told me 110 AED but by cash only not by bank card,
Knowing that I paid the Visa application amount by bank card.that time I went outside to withdraw cash from my bank card
and I paid 110 AED cash already and when I ask them for a receipt They were confused

Not sure why I had to wait for 45 min for biometrics even though I had done the biometrics <2 months ago for another visa. If you’re not a ‘premium customer’ I.e, you don’t pay AED 300+ on top for each application, be prepared for long waits.

Very helpful and kind staff. I am very happy with the service rendered by a polite and friendly lady for my France Visa application just a couple of hours ago. Unfortunately I can't recall her name. I was at the Room C. The only thing I can remember about her. She has the best hand written and wearing Abaya. Overall, staff are always amazing.

Good services but some staff at the biometrics need to be taught good manners. Do not show your rudeness to your clients.

Went for the Irish visa at the VSF DUBAI. Asked for information a day earlier at the call center but the information I got on the phone and the information they gave me when I arrived was not the same. It was a waste of my time. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

I gave it only 3 stars because;
1. I received diff feedback from diff agents. One told me my photo is ok, another said that it is not … etc…
2. The agent forced me to use courier service for a charge although I live behind the center
3. My appointment was at 10: 15 I waited 25 min to start my submission.

Too much crowded, n enough staff to serve. Stayed 9hours to just apply for KSA visa. This was horrible experience.

Paid service fees beforehand online in VFS Dubai and now VFS are refusing refund although service fees are applicable only once application is processed. Cheats!

Ahmed is very kind person, he's always supportive for the KSA visas! Really he's the best there.

Absolute garbage of a service provider. They have no respect whatsoever for your time. Will make you wait 3 hours for no reason. Employees are simply not interested to help or care. The European embassies should be notified of this process and stop depending on such inefficient and low quality agencies for applications.

Very bad customer service, they would completely ignore you and won't give more details. The website is never working and appointments are very few. Rules change and no updates are put on the website and there's always a surprise when you go there

Went there for my passport renewal.fast service.and rude lady security.i was looking for a washroom, and tryna find it myself. I passed by 2 security (lady and a man) then when I couldn't find it, I asked one lady, she pointed me on the area of the 2 security.when I reached that area, the lady security just told me with a loud voice saying " i was watching you, i've been watching you". And for me, I was like.what is her problem.as if I committed a crime or violate rules.i was in a hurry so i just didn't mind her. She could've ask me when I passed them what I was looking for or if not better be quiet.why she should watch me or telling me such things as if I did something wrong.duh.

Fully corrupted is what I felt there for them.

I went in Dubai VFS Global UK yesterday (Aug 19,2021 Morning) at Wafi Mall and all the staffs are very supportive from the Security Team in the Entrance, the Receptionist, the Cashier Thelina and the guy who conducted the biometrics for me. Smooth.

Zero stars. Vfs gateway to hell. The consulate should review their service. They are really unprofessional and rude. I have applied for visa with them before and the service was good but now after they changed to gateway, it is horrible experience.
When I applied before if there was error in the document, the officer would give 3-4 hours so you can come back on the same day with corrected documents. Here if you forget, you need to take another appointment.
They want you to charge you for premium service. If I had a chance, I would apply directly at the consulate to skip these money looters

Utterly awful. I would give it zero stars if I could.

No one picks up the phone - you'll have to call multiple times, only for the line to drop after a 35-45 minute wait. I managed to book an appointment through a travel agent; for which I had to pay an extra fee for premium service at VFS. The visa ended up costing me around 900, which is ridiculous. Schengen visas don't cost that much.

Once I got there I had to wait for 3 hours despite paying premium. My appointment was supposed to be at 13: 00 and I had to wait until 16: 00. Everything was SO messy and unorganised, and COVID-19 guidelines were NOT being followed at all.

This is the first and last time I will be using VFS services. I hope the government or Turkish embassy takes notice, because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst worst experience they are charging extra money worst turkey visa experience.for couples they are charging separately sms charges and courier charges which is unfair and unprofessional behaviour and worst experience

Worst experience and Very poor service of VFS global. No proper guidlines for visa applicants. Services charges of VFS is more than the Visa fees. Mandatory Insurance need to be purchsed at 250 AED extra and add more fuel to your cost. I took insurance but they refused to take the same. Things need to be improved. They should develop a better mechanism for the visa inquiries. No one picks call, Email replys only for booking they dont answer on any other questions. I had to wiat 4 hours to get my work done. They guy on the counter was new and made my application twice and then cancelled it and booked wrong insurance. In short worse experience.

Been trying for an appointment for 3 weeks. Managed to get through to somebody who said no appointments for a month but you can pay 500 extra for a meet and greet at home. He said send an email and they will contact you next day. Still no contact so visited them at wafi mall. Man said come tomorrow and bring your documents and you can get an appointment by paying premium. Agents working in offices in Wafi mall charging money for quicker appointments due to the corrupt staff allowing people in. Sat for 5 hours no appointment still. These people are costing Turkey money. Currently still no visa and chances are I will cancel the trip.

Is it possible to give no stars as thats what they deserve. Absolute joke and wish Turkish Embassy would take back the visa issuance as VFS are useless at best. Hours of waiting on call, hassle at VFS too. Just a complete joke.

ZERO STARS. THE WORST place ever. A friend of mine emailed to set up an appointment & they replied saying she didn't need a visa with her passport. When in fact we know her nationality DEFINITELY needs a visa. Then after continuously sending them emails, they finally set up an appointment for her. She went there & apparently lacked a few documents. She had to set up ANOTHER appointment but because we were close to the travel date, they said she needs to PAY EXTRA for the premium service. WHAT A SCAM. First they told her she didn't need a visa & waited last minute to tell her that she needs a visa but pay premium. RIDICULOUS people working there don't know how to do their jobs.

VFS Gateway service for turkey visa; you should change name to "VFS's Worst Service for turkey Visa" Horrible experience. Very Unorganized and unprofessional.

No Appointment available on their website, Call centers never answer, and when i send mail they are saying there is no appointment for whole month.
NOC, Stamped Bank Statement, Pay Slip, Insurance, Flight booking, Hotel booking everything i arranged, even i did complete my Pre-Application form for visa, but no appointment for next 1month.waste of time, money and energy.

Very bad place to do visa in. They are using your need and charge you with too much fees for almost free fees if you go to embassies. Not a friedly team also. They think they have decisions in giving you visa! They act rude most of time. Hope embassies will canx their contract with them and go back and apply in embassies.

I requested for a British visa in Jan ‘19.
Online application was duly filled spending much time. Photos were obtained as requested but on arrival at their office I found the place fairly disorganized. There was no ushering or announcements being made so applicants were left guessing at every step!

I had to personally appear at the counters to announce that my appointment was at 10.30am and the time was 10.35am. I was casually given more documents to fill and separate my documents! People had to sit and fill those documents as they don’t provide a table.

The overhead TV screens were calling out number.now where do one get one of them from? Had to copy others to realize that it was given at a counter. Got it! Waited and waited for the reference number to be called but it never was even at 12 noon (the appointment was for 10.30am). Had to show my displeasure to trigger those floating boys and girls (showing their ‘official status’) to action. Finally was called up at 12.30pm and it took just 5mnts to do the job!

What a thrashy ‘disservice’ to the UK and their reps the British HC in Sri Lanka. Be warned and do not expect much

Visa process is quite good and friendly staff. U can access for premium lounge in case of emergency visas.

Careful before booking vfs services, they're not fully authorized and connected to the government portals they claim, e.g. VFS booked biometric, charged for it, but didn't let me in, simply because Canadian govt system didn't confirm it. In other word vfs made a website to take money and give useless booking on no ground.
I wasted hours in that crowded vfs/ mall, heavy traffic area, and few hundred dirhams spent in vfs.
Vfs Staff not cooperative, place not organized.

Here is the main visa centre in Dubai, where you can apply for many counties.

The place is well organized, however it can get so crowded.

The parking is a bit far from the center, which they have more convenient parking space for the centre visitors only.

The staff is a bit not trained well when it comes to soft skills, but again they have a lot of customers and I'm sure they are making their best.

One thing can be better if they did a copy services more organized.

And they have to have a lady's seating area, free coffee for the vistitors will be a great add since they must wait up to 2 hours for their turn, yet they are on the right appointment time.

Clean well organized service.

VFS has an organised setup. But their charges are phenomenal. For a Turkish visa I paid AED 1300+ and I could get the same from the Turkish embassy in Qatar for just QAR 350. VFS has monopolized the visa issuance for many countries and they are a rip off

The services are genrally good, especially if you are prepared to shell out extra money. The scanning service wouldn't work for me so I had to pay their staff extra to scan my documents.

Submitted application for Netherlands, very bad as usual.the print services around the VFS office charge 4 AED for copy 1 page. Now i asked them again when the passport will be ready to collect it back, they said 5 weeks! And i can not get my passport back in between

Very organized firm that will make your visa process hassle free, the premium service is a must if you are in a hurry as it will skip you all the waiting queues and the guys in there will help you with all the documents

It's a place for all visa process for UK, Canada and Many other countries. Free parking for a limited time inside mall.

Went there for our bionetrics scan and everything went smoothly. The process was well laid out. The staff were friendly and guided us to the next booth. We were in and out in 30 minutes or so. We also wondered around the mall afterwards and had lunch there before heading out to our bext destination. Recommend this place for those who do not have a country's embassy locally.

The place is just like a courier service, you have to complete all visa application documents and they ll send to embassy.

There are experienced and we have very less option since they cater many you have to be carefull to ask right question I had a super priority visa it’s 3 days now since at first they told me I have to be at 9-1am slot and later 9-10.30am, I had to be loud saying you have it on your website that you can walk in with no appointment for emergency services if you are really applying for quick services be present by 9 or it’s going to be a roller coaster.be wise to choose right

Last month before traveling to london, I had to go to VFS global dubai for the visa process. The staff treated the customers very well. Some of the staff behaved so well and I was really impressed. I had a great experience

It's a center to get visas for turkey and Europe the process taking 10 days for Turkey visa.you have to check their website first to know what is the required documents they need

This is a very cheap company. They just keep documents with them and even don't send to Embassy. I check the stamp and sign of the France Embassy was just printed copy. Their was no original sign and stamp. They make people fool. Don't apply through VFS. Go directly to Abu Dhabi Embassy. VFS is just to steal money from the people. They rejected my visa with no reason. They stated that they don't know that I would leave Schengen boundary or not. How can you refuse even I have good SOA and working in Semi Government Organization in Dubai as Engineer. Cheap services

Very poor update. They don’t even give you notice of whats the status of your application. Imagine you have to redo and rebook your trip twice!

I wanted to get clarification on my visa decision which was mailed to me by vfs.

I called VFS - Abu Dhabi branch and unfortunately they have no means to connect to a local customer service.

Place is quite good compared to nothing because there are no other agency.

Be careful and don’t be rude they will give you same attitude

Worst customer service i had ever seen in my life. VFS is just taking money from the customer and after that no one is care about the customer. Better apply the visa from directly from the embassy you wished to travel instead of paying high amount of money to this company. They just ruined my vacation, money and time. Zero and very unprofessional customer service.

The most horrible service you can have. More horible it is compulsary to obtain your temporary visa. You hardly can speak to someone. The web site is often not working correctly and on top of it its also compulsary to use the web site to book an appointment, Council of customer Hapinness Dubai must be aware about it.please follow

Website crashes all the time or gives errors when trying to submit forms and even worse accepts your payment but gives you an error for appointment booking. Staff are helpful but are limited by the fact that there is no internal system tracking booking times or applications. Even if you have submitted your applications and documents online be prepared to print them and bring in hand anyway. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

The service here is very good, whether you walk-in or take an appointment. Since it is inside Wafi mall there is convenient parking. They have facilities to correct the forms in case of any mistakes inside the same zone. Ms Hana assisted us and she was very helpful. Incase of online help you can email them and they promptly respond.

Worst service to get Dubai Visa, it is nightmare to deal with website. 48 hours visa is scam for airlines to over charge traveler. Embassy don't issue visa for 48 hours so traveler do not have choice. 48 hours visa is not free VFS charge fees and there are more tax etc. It is not free.
