The VFS TASHEEL KSA was very organized, staff also very helpful, but once you go inside, you should have patience to wait, because there's alot of applicant doing the application. So if you don't have patience better not to apply

Overall the service is ok but without asking they're charging for courier and without informing they're selecting courier option because of which I got my passport 3 day's later if was take It personally so I can go to saudi as per planned from my company.

I really appreciate there efforts.
Very nice polite and welcoming staff
The lounge is really helpful for children too.
The staff offers coffee to the guests and children can have their snacks too.
Everything is computerized and on the right time.
Photobooth is available and no haphazardness.

What a weird center. You pay the premium or lounge / VIP access at the Saudi center and you wait for hours in the queue to get your turn. The officers spend an average 10-15min per applicant which is not efficient at all

The Saudi center should be revamped including their staff with most walking around doing absolutely nothing!

VISIT VISA SAUDI READY IN 1 day! Most efficient and service is excellent. I recommend taking the earliest slot at 9 am so you have lesser waiting time. The customer service is amazing to have improved so much, they reply email promptly so if you have any questions email them don't waste your time calling.

Lounge in poor condition.
Display screens not working. Staff will call you manually, if you miss the call they will get irritated.
Even the lounge staff misbehaving and not professional.
Already the process is more complicated than any other visa application.
Saudi authorities should take note of this.
Not ideal way to invite anyone for doing business in the country.

It looks like they have improved a lot or maybe I just was lucky. After reading all reviews and my husband's experience of 8 hours waiting, I expected the worst before I went and apply for my Saudi visa on a Thursday morning. Making the online appointment went well. I took snacks, water, and warm clothes with me in case that it would take all day. However, all went very smoothly and I was done in 30 minutes. It wasn't very crowded. I used the lounge option which is a bit more expensive but worth it. The gentleman who helped me was very respectful. I could also pay with credit card which I didn't expect.
So overall I cannot give less than 5 stars:)
Just some notes for anyone who needs to go here:
- Walk-in is not possible anymore. Make an online appointment and come 15 minutes early.
- Make sure you have all attested documents and necessary papers, including copies of your passport, emirates ID, and UAE visa, marriage certificates etc.and photos.
- Approach the staff with respect.
- Not sure if you can pay at all desks with creditcard so cash is always good to bring.

I will give zero for this service, worst service in UAE. Please train your staff how to check the documents. I visited 4 times and every time some new changes they are recommending.
Please train your staff they need to know documents requirements and how to verify.

Very poor service. I have never experienced such worst experience for visa applications.
Very rude staff seems like their only objective is to make the applicants life miserable.
If you are going there, then be prepared for waiting time and have tons of patience. The funnies part is I don’t understand why they accept only cash. Seems like they dont care anything about the customer experience. Definitely deserve -ve rating.

The reason why i’m giving one start, cause there’s no zero stars option.

I’m having worst experience, came 3 weeks ago for my mother’s Visa, the queue monitor was down and a hell of a mess. The staff was rude and not helping.

I’m currently there (letterly now while writing this review) for my own visit visa, after booking a date 2 weeks ago, i was informed that the system is down, and i should consider re-booking another date, which can’t fit me for sure

KSA embassy should really, really consider a different service provider,

-Long hours to be served
-bad quality
-staff not cooperative

I had to leave without completing my application, wasted my weekend on nothing

Who ever planning to come here, prepare your self for your worst time
Unfortunately, they dont take reviews seriously, because eventually you will come back to them, (No competitors)

WORST SERVICE.

Sorry to say, they are not eligible to have even Single star, but I don't have any option

VFS tasheel was one of the worst company and management I went. They don't know, how to deal with customers. All the staff were ROUGH and RUDE to the customers. Especially the Manager (lady) don't know the meaning of Humanity. All the process (document collection) is very slow. I went to dubai with lots of expectations. But what I recived is worst experience in my life. Recommending to avoid visiting VFS Tasheel Dubai.

Most unprofessional center ever, I have business trip and invitation by Saudi government, I went on Friday to check on my passport and what they said they embassy is slow and we don't get passports on Friday. Later on at 6 pm I received a text statues that my passport Is ready, knowing thier working hours ends at 5 pm and my passport stuck in their the entire weekend.
Do a better job you are runnining the embassy reputation

Of course the experience is bad but that is what I expected.

Some information that makes your experience a bit better:

1- Don't give up on looking for appointments on the website, all appointments might be fully booked when you first try, but if you keep on refreshing during the fay you will probably find something.

2- If they ask for a proof of relationship it must be attested by the consulate of the originating country and from MOFA.

3- Only the applicant can go inside the office, other people has to wait somewhere outside.

4- Prepare yourself to wait for 2-3 hours until your turn comes.

5- After applying, if they find that you need some extra document you will receive an SMS saying "your passport is ready for collection" although it is not, what they said is they call the number you provided but I don't think we got a call, so if you get this SMS and you paid for courier and didn't get another SMS in a couple of days then you have to go to the office (no appointment needed) and go to the reception and give them the E number to check on the application.

Worst service online portal keeps crashing and somehow when it works no appointments available online for public it looks they have tie up with 3rd party agency to sell the appointments in huge price on comission basis.this needs to be reported to saudi embassy for further inspection.
And online its shows in a week 4 days fully booked til 1 month and 3 days are marked as OFF.
And no walkIn are being allowed.many people being sent back even familes and older persons.who needs to travel this holy month.

Need to stay for more than 3 hours to get things done. Appointment system is mainly for agents.

The worst service center ever. Worst staff and worst manager the Egyptian lady. So rude. You pay lounge to get good service you get nothing extra than the normal even worse. They ask you for papers the embassy would never ask for just to give you a hard time. I applied once from Sharjah’s and didn’t waste that time. Really waste of time and money.

2020 review: Expected level of service RUINED BY A TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
The level of customer service is terrible in this branch from a "Manager" called Usman Saleem (if he was right about his name in the first place)
Terrible way of handling customer comment regardless of their validity, ZERO effort to help, use of irrelevant and childish arguments in discussions
I don't know what worse is there to be.
He even treated another employewith no respect

Please make post outside door that you dont accept WALK IN APPLICANT. So people don't waste there time to come your office. But please you should apply for all applicant that don't have appointment. Bcz there is no booking slots online for more than one month. I was tried to stamp my wife visit visa on passport, but I paid 600 aed to travels for only appointment. Its very hard for me, And now I am also trying to stamp visa on my passport, but same difficulties facing from VFS.

Wost experience ever!
website is hanging and lost connection to server most of the time, no appointments available most of the time, only available with some visa broker companies with 3000 AED!
Service is very very slow even with lounge appointments and ticket number are not sequential so that we can estimate the waiting time. It's random or based on logic not understandables for applicants which doesn't make sense ao if there're 4-5 hrs waiting, you have to wait for the whole 5 hrs till you see your ticket number!

They don't give appointments at all online and when you walk in to talk to somebody, the volunteers give attitude and say this is not aramex! Horrible staff and management!

Very swift services. Efficiently managed by the VFS TASHEEL management. This is also one of the mandatory steps required for Umrah AND HAJJ travelers to complete before they can start their travel towards Saudi ARABIA

Pathetic service and atrocious charges!

They charge around 220/- for the lounge service, which is exactly the same as regular service. They don’t even have the decency to keep a hand sanitiser in the tables for customers to use. The associates distribute vague forms asking you to sign for data collection consent and do not even have a pen to for that.

The staff here believe that customers are just beggars and have to accept all their musings.

I don’t understand how such organisations are permitted to act on behalf of governments.

I wish there was another way. I am thankful to the security guard and one of the counter person who helped. The arabic guy, a staff on the counter to accept document was unfriendly and didnt explain properly.

Taking appointments for lounge and paying additional charges is a waste.one still has to wait for 2 and half hour atleast even if one arrives 15 minutes before the time as suggested by them.

They really need to improve services that reflect the amount being charged for lounge services pathetic

Vfs Dubai can you put timings for Visa collection when you send SMS to applicants. I came to collect my passport at around 11: 00 A. M only to find out that I have to pay 50aed additional to collect my passport at that time, as their collection timings is from 4pm-5pm. I paid for SMS service already for 10aed aside from 180aed service charge, putting an important details like the timings would save your customers from wasting their time and money. I was expecting to get the service that I paid for.unfortunately I did not.

In my opinion, this office is helpful. One of my family members was hospitalized and the people working at the office very kindly explained the procedure and were extremely polite to my family and me. Yes, a little delays are expected but it completely depends on the individual be kind and patient, everyone is co operative and wants to help you in the best way possible in their accessibility.

Worst experience - they allow people without appoint to lounge. I had appointment at 12: 30 and had to wait till 2: 00 pm
