VHS OR VIRGIN HOSPITALITY SERVICE is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP! They took 30,000 Dhs from me and it has been almost 2 years I am constantly following up but no response, no bookings made, local or international. No responses! Absolutely fake company and cannot believe they are doing this in Dubai. VHS is backed by another big company and it is a huge scam. Please do not even go to meet them! BEWARE VHS, BEWARE VIRGIN HOSPITALITY SERVICES

Pathetic service! Fraud.
They have charged us for membership flights and transfers. They asked us to arrange hotel transfers by ourselves and they will reimburse but after 1000s of fake promises no one is even responding to call or any email. It's been 4 months already.
Kindly save your self from this fraudulent company.

SCAM!
I lost my AED 22000. All their promises, membership, payment receipts, written signed agreements, signatures and everything is a fraud and scam. Keep Away from these criminals

This is a fraud company! Please be aware! I am filing a complaint against this company
I bought their service worth aed 40,000 on oct 19th 2019 and they are not giving any service, Fanoos, Chethan, Ahmed and Unni are the ones whom i dealt with!
Somehow managed to get aed 10,000 refund
Now aed 30,000 is with this fraud company and i will go to court if needed
If anybody face same issue please complaint to Dubai Tourism department

Fraud Company. Virgin Hospitality Services used the name of Virgin Group to cheat people. 2 months ago I believed they are part of the Virgin Group as per the conversation with Rahul (Keralite but Karnataka settled bachelor). We fell in the trap thinking they are genuinely Virgin group entity and paid AED 12750. Whatever promised, till today (2 months completed) nothing has been accomplished. No membership card, no discounts when booking flights, in fact their customer services doesnt even reply to your calls and emails. They do not have a dedicated travel team. The Finance manager had promised to help convert the payment into monthly instalment and for this they have tie up with major banks, till today (after continuous follow up) not a single bank called and we were given the bank's contact for converting the payments into instalments. They were so greedy to get the money that when we said we didnt carry our credit cards with us, they were ready to send the representative along with us to our house to take the money! BIG FRAUDS, I am lodging complain. Yaseen is their manager.
Further review on 30 Jan 2020, I received my membership card after several follow ups. Although the payments were not able to convert into monthly instalments as promised by the Virgin team, they have come up with a solution of providing a 10% discount from my payment to them. I will put further updates regarding their services very shortly.

I was planning for a holiday package so one of my friend suggest me VHS.and its a unforgetable and memorable trip organised by them.really happy.
