السلام عليكم ، اولاً شكراً على الخدمة الممتازة والاستقبال المرحب به دائما بالرغم من كثرة العملاء ، انا اتعامل مع مركز فيينا من 14 سنة ولا توجد اي ملاحظات سلبية على المركز.

Was thinking not to complain but this time was enough. Its the fourth time that i face being cheated from this shop. I have to children with serious hearings issues. Many times i brought the hearing aids to repair here and they stop working within the warranty. The lady at the reception always keeps saying that i brought the different piece of hearing aid, which is not acceptable. She cannot play with this situation as it is about the health of my children. Two days ago i brought two new hearing aids to be programed. Shamelesly she asked 2000 aed each. She clearly wanted to push me away not to receive the service. One programming costs around 200 aed. This kind of people should not represent organisations dealing with peoples health. Shame on you!

I have purchased phonak hearing aid from India and did not get the time to test it and came back to United Arab Emirates (Dubai) after few days I have found that it needs adjustment as per my ear condition. Came to Vienna Trading Dubai and they have adjusted it immediately the audiologist Mr. Mohammed was very helpful and told me to come anytime if you have any issues anf they will adjust it again. Thank you Mohammed for the service.

Went to inquire for Phonak brand hearing aids because the lady on the phone informed me they don't have facilities for audiometry although it said its available on the website, reached the place which look like it was closed because all lights were off. There was a lady standing there who told someone is inside because she could hear them and wanted ti get her hearing aids fixed, finally a gentleman came out and fixed it while I waited for 15 - 20 minutes. The same person told me they have audiometry services and handed out a card to call and take an appointment. Next day when I called - voila same answer, we have to get it outside.

It is actually the best hearing service provider and I've been constantly amazed as to how quick they deliver and provide services. I've been a customer for more than 18 years now and staff is always welcoming and helpful. Thank you Vienna.

I searched for device battery which is not available anywhere, they searched and provided as free of charge to support poor patient who couldn’t afford the cost of new device.
This is the way that all companies dealing with patients should work
