After a recommendation, I have been visiting this vet clinic since I got my kitten 2 years ago. I regularly visit Dr Chinnu for check-ups, vaccinations etc. I also had my cats castration surgery performed here and all went well.

This clinic and Dr Chinnu deserves 10 stars ️ for their professional approach, friendly environment, helpful and knowledgeable doctor. Absolutely recommend to all pet owners. You will never regret because they truly knows what they are doing. I have visited multiple other clinics and nobody could diagnose my cat issue but they did from the first visit. Dr Chinnu is very honest and not trying to sell stuff like other places. So happy that I found them. ️️️️️️️️

Nice clinic, clean and tidy, vets are very attentive to the pets. Visited with my dog for the vaccination and allergy problems. Got all necessary medication.

Everytime I come to visit my cat- there are no food and water. Everytime! Whenever I release cat after vet - they like a crazy drinking for a long time.

Been coming to this vet for over 2 years and although I wasn't super impressed with the service quality from the start, I was alright to continue visiting for my cats regular annual vaccinations & that of my fosters -until my recent foster kitten was brought in very sick & had to be put to sleep based on the resident vets advice on account of Parvo + diagnosis.

This is one of the doctors I have never used before and I had my doubts already. I was barely given any info by him on the kitten's condition other than the test results being parvo + & that he needs to be euthanized if not put under intensive treatment. The kind of treatment that was quoted - 1000aed per day of billing by them even with rescue rates. This s the kind of money no one could afford spending even on a sick human!

They even had the audacity to charge me 138aed for sanitising their own consulting room with F10 fogger! That which costs even far lesser to buy outside the clinic and yet I wasn't allowed to take it home

In addition to this the staff kept approaching me to settle the bill while my poor rescue kitten was being euthanized, all while I was explained nothing of this procedure properly (sedation first.etc). When questioned regarding all this and extra charges levied on me as 'emergency consultation', the vet was not happy to reduce the price though he clearly had the authority to, however gave in with my persistence.

Being a medical professional myself in a clinic, I would expect an ethical duty towards your client by offering other alternatives to save the animal life even if that meant referring to other clinics, but this vet nor the team did any such act of compassion and today I realized that there are other vets that offer parvo treatment at 5 times lesser the price within the city. I blame the death of this kitten not due to the sickness but the vet- lack of care /information/ compassion. He might have had a fighting chance at a different clinic under affordable treatment costs!

I have communicated my unpleasant experience to them already over phone and leave this here for other pet owners to see and understand that not all vets could be trusted on their advice of action for your pets care. Most vets as this in the city resort to advising Euthanasia for the animal as soon as they come to the conclusive diagnisis of FPV/FIV/FCov, when the truth is a lot of these cats have a fighting chance with the right trestment and these vets dont tell you this!

I won't be continuing with them any longer nor referring any other pet families here again.

Really unhappy with the service. Dropped off our cat for a castration procedure and nail clipping. He was supposed to be ready at 4 but when I called at 230 they said 4 then changed it to 6. When I asked why they did not give a conclusive answer other than the doctor wanted to observe him.

We reached the vet at 620 and Waited till 650 to pick him. I had to remind them sternly of the delays. The vet was not busy as we were the only customers there at the time

I even asked them to put his DOB as 1st of July but for some reason they put it as 25 July.

Finally we collected our cat and took him home SMELLING of urine. Not sure where they kept him but it's quite sad honestly to receive such treatment. We've had cats aged 14,16 & 20 all cared for by vets in Dubai never returning home like this!

Very professional. We had 5 of our cats spayed there and the Doctors explained everything to us very well! I definitely recommend them for your fur babies. Dr Pavle is really kind and patient.

The fact that they email you and ask how your pet is doing is a huge thing (even after a minor treatment)!
We've faced a lot of bad luck with vets in Dubai, but from our first visit to Vienna Veterinary Clinic, I know we will be in safe hands. Our kitten did her spay surgery there, and we took her for her routine checkup and deworming, and they have been wonderful.

From the front reception staff to the vets everyone is so please to and helpful and they give a lot of care for the animals.

They follow up regularly after vaccines etc to make sure our puppy is keeping well and so far has been a great experience.

Where do I begin? I've been looking for a clinic to nurse this little kitty I rescued back to health. I was recommended by a friend to contact Vienna Vet, and the rest is history. My little Tiger is doing much better than when he was admitted, and today I can proudly say that his energy, appetite and love for life are back! Thank you team.

Very professional vets and nurses. It's really hard to treat my dog as she is a super nervous German Sheppard lady but the vet and the nurse were so professional amazing. I will never go anywhere else ️

I lately visited Vienna Veterinary Clinic for a health checkup for my cats. I am so happy with the advice and diagnosis of the doc. I got to understand my cat’s health in detail and also what measures I should take to keep them healthy. After the check-up I got both my cats vaccinated. The clinic is a one stop place for all the services required to groom your pets, keep them healthy and also buy food, accessories for them. Peace of mind:)

I have been coming to Vienna with various pets over past 2 years. Vaccine, treatment and all other staff are same across all clinics, what makes differentiate Vienna Clinic from others is their service. Morgan, Jeniffer and other girls on reception always welcome everyone with the smile, absolutely different league of service. Aside of recommending vet services this place is a must if you want everything take care with highest level of service and personalization. Well done!

The clinic is clean and tidy, the recipientionst is cooperative and helpful and very understanding. The doctors are very patient and kind and compassionate the doctor is dealt with was very knowledgeable about many things and took time to explain slowly.
The prices are reasonable as well! I'd recommend it to anyone

If you love animals, just avoid.
Brought one of the cats I'm feeding at Jumeirah who was sick. Instead of focusing on how to help her they were more focused how to pump up more money by proposing totally unnecessary interventions. Cat died 2 days later and I can't forgive myself why I just didn't walk out instantly and took her somewhere else.

Wonderful caring team. Took very good care of my two very nervous Chihuahuas. Very patient with them.

Vienna Vet, and especially Dr. Valerie provided wonderful care for our boy, Jon. She performed a risky operation on him, with success, and she has always been very thorough and honest when consulting with us.

Met Dr. Pavle for a second opinion on a difficult surgery case for a soft palette reconstruction on a cat. Extremely patient, knowledgeable. Took a lot of time and explained everything extremely well. Highly recommended!

Dr. Paulina was very patient with my rather anxious dog. She also took the time to explain to me what she was doing and the subsequent blood test results. Very helpful and kind.

Staff including vets and receptionists dont feel welcoming at all. They need to work more on their hospitability and friendliness.

Lovely courteous staff. Excellent spay surgery done for a stray I took for TNR.the sutures healed so cleanly and the cat was fine within a day.

The staff and vets are very friendly and it is more of a family feel rather than a customer feel. After visits they call in to check on the pet and i found this very nice. I will definitely continue to use this vets as they are kind, caring and the prices are reasonable.

All doctors at Vienna Vet have very empathic, professional and knowledgeable with my cats. They make a lot of time for the patients and their owners here and provided extraordinary medical attention to my cats. In fact, the entire staff is very nice and go out of their way to help. I can only highly recommend this clinic and would not go anywhere else.
