Vii is in a sought after location, lots going on around, located at the back of conrad. Great aesthetically pleasing decor for photo opportunities. Attentive friendly staff along with dancers and entertainment from @playtime events. Nice shisha and tasty food available. Great dj with a mix of genres catering to all!

I liked the Halloween brunch party Red madness, nice food, sushi, fast service, cool decorations, fancy go go dancers, Creative DJ music 90 th, rib and Afro bits. I had a lot of fun!

The security is acting like they protecting the President, so much attitude even to the girls. Never had such experience that the security doesn't allow a girl to use the tiles and they even push people. The manager also needs a lesson from hospitality, no wonder this place is empty every weekend

The worst place in Dubai, I was in VII club.
They didn’t manage our reservation.the hostess was super rude and not professional!

Bad service! Waiters constantly come to your table and check if you've finished your drink while you're eating, stressing you out to order more. We got mohito, it tasted just like ice and water.

SCAM ALERT! So we came over here as the offer was described "unlimited food and beverages" then after booking and coming to our booking they said its not unlimited food and only 1 starter per person! It was a scam offer and even the so called manager blamed it on the marketing and he said it was wrong although it was posted on August 26th! Like why didnt you explain this over the phone or train your team for this? ! I wonder how many people fell for this! It was our first and last visit and I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Good location, nice cozy bar but the sound system needs lot of tweaks / distortion through out the night.

First time been in this club tonight, very bad experience. We had no idea of the menu, neither prices or how does it work with the orders and the waiter called avishek he was to rude and he was pushing into orders without even explaning how does it work. Very harsh and not nice at all. Need to improve more into service. I would not recommend.

We did not like it very much.the female waiter is pushing you all times to order more drinks even when you have yours in hand.lots of attitude.male waiters are fine, more helpful and less hassle.we first came on a package but changed for a la carte as we want to have dinner.but its is not a restaurant, it is a lounge, pub.a place for a drink, not for dinner.we liked the decor, a enclosed garden, lavish and nice chandeliers and the bar counter lighting is very cool.

Came tonight there for the first time.very rude waiter called Avishek didn't greet properly and with a bad attitude.place was nice but need some improvement of the staff.not to recommend at all

So regretfully I do not have any photos but I will be back. Beautiful being combined with secret garden. The red carpet when arriving to the building set the tone. Every room and bar was absolutely gorgeous. The service we received was amazing. The club dance floor was spacious. Bartenders did an awesome job. Everything was amazing. Good music which was not too loud because of the noise restriction but still good. So sad that my phone died and I did get many good photos.

Our experience at this place was terrible! The service was horrible and the staff gave us attitude all the time. I’ll mention that they lie to their customers and in the end they’ll make you pay more (so be careful). Horrible! Worst experience ever! No wander why there were two tables with people in the whole place! It deserves less than one star!

We are extremeoy saddened to say that this place has a RACIST MANAGER named ABRAHIM (from Ethiopia), we got targeted by him stating we were taking pictures of other guests. We showed him 3 of the phones we had, each and every picture and none were of other people. This place is amazing, karim and Rahul have been extremely kind. This man will make you feel like you are thiefs, EXTREMELY HUMILITATING AND INSULTING. Do not recommend!

Beautiful place, looked green because of the plants all around the sitting area. Comfortable chairs and music was not too loud so we could hear ourselves while talking. It was ladies night so the ladies got free glasses of white wine. Only issue I had was that it got a bit too smoky after a while.

Actually Secret Garden VII is on of the top party place back in Dubai. Fancy atmosphere, top music, fabulous atmosphere, nice sushi and amazing Russian shishas. A lot of beautiful people around there.

Access: it's behind to building. You can't access it Metro side.

COVİD: The staff is extremely safety conscious and they wear gloves and masks at all times. Times are sufficiently spaced and their booking system is adhered to.

Service: The ladies night is exceptional. Sarah was our waitress and her service was five-star. She paid attention to her tables and we didn't have to request a refill once. She was there before we knew we needed her.

Sanjeet was always there to see if need anything one of the best experience in dubai.

Mr islam superb shisha maker. I smoked for almost 4 hours and he kept it live. Hatssssoff man.

And i would say live performance were too good.i came for couple of hours and couldn’t leave before 5 hours.
Of course i will visit again and again.

Terrible attitude by staff. Felt like they didn't want to be there or cared one little bit, so rude. Very sad as it used to be a lovely place. Would not recommend at all unless you want to be shocked by the level of professional service. A particular person who had a terrible attitude was a waiter called Chris, stormed up shouting and walked off before finishing a sentence, left us shocked as the night went on, when you thought it couldn't get worse, it did!

Very disappointed by the pretentious, obnoxious and unhelpful attitudes of the staff upon arrival, and extremely frustrated by the incorrect information given regarding the ladies night deal when first making our reservation. Whilst the venue itself was impressive, the decor and vibe of the room gave us initial hope for a good night, unfortunately the overbearing loud music meant you were unable to hear yourself think let alone speak with anyone at your table. Very disappointed, would not ever recommend this place.

Classic Arab place, songs and all the guests are Arabs. Outside is better but you need reservation for it. Inside is tight. Prices are high but its okay for someone who takes oil from underground

Very dark in a bad way. DJ is too loud. Positioning of bass speaker is not suitable for a great evening chit chat. Food seems like precooked and heated to be served. Very low quality.

Place looks nice but service is very poor. Have to wait long time for bill, drink etc. They come nearby but don't look around whether somebody needs them escaping straight somewhere else. Also parking is a problem.

Always a great night out. Great DJs and music. Atmosphere is buzzing. Highly recommend an advance booking due to limited capacity due to RONA.

Not quite a lounge vibe though, music is a little loud. Dance in your chair vibe, not conversational unless you want to shout and pretend to hear what the other person said because you already screamed "what? " At them 3 times, and awkwardly laugh with your fingers crossed.

Nice place if you want to listen to music and have a drink but these with minimum charges for each person little bit annoying since some people get charged and the other nothing so its kind unfair. Also, the precaution for Covid-19 so weak and no social distance as everyone next to each other and totally crowded

They took from me 500 dhs as minimum spend and refused my orders in the bar, i paid seperatley, and they security is so stupid, i think there is no manager in this place, i had to explain to 3 diffrrent guys that i paid already for a minimum spend but they ignored me.but the music and vibe was good tho

Amazing music, amazing crowd for Afro urban night. Expensive parking for 50dhs. Mostly empty till 1am. Club is small and crowd is not very mixed gender. More male crowd oriented. Cheap price for table bookings.

It was an awesome Thursday night. Drinks are expensive, and the last DJ was not so good. But the vibe was awesome.

Visited this place twice based on the request of my mate, but honestly wasn't impressed both times. It's an ultra-luxury night club (if I could call it so!), however there is no life in it. The food is average taste and nothing special at all. The prices are way high compared to the value of what we get.

1 Star is for the beautiful design that resembles a forest.
The other star is for the food which I really liked. Good variety of bar food.

A loss of stars because of the staff. I have been twice and both times have gotten a weird experience with the staff.
First time the bartender had no interest in serving me because he was too busy trying to chat up women.
The second time the staff behind the bar and the waiters just kept staring. It just felt a little uncomfortable.
Also. I asked one of the waiters if there were spare chairs I could put at the bar to sit down. Straight away the reply was “NO Sir-mam no seats”. I don’t know why he called me a sir-mam when I’m clearly not a sir and there ended up being seats I just moved them myself because the waiter was lazy.

Worst club I ever seen in Dubai, horrible experience from manger and bouncers, don't waste anyone's beautiful night over there.

Nice lounge with a chic twist. Great for a young group. Wonderful staff. Keep an eye out for the golden ape.

The food, the drinks, the concept and the design works in a harmonic way to create a special atmosphere. Brilliant.

First time at this place and ladies night what a great night. Busy which was good. Guy playing a guitar which he was really good. But no one appreciated him playing which was quite sad. Would definitely go back.

One of the best lounges in dubai its located in a terrace, it has a great vibes, finger food is provided with amazing sushi and and also you can have shisha here.

Very nice place, took them a while to seat us although we had a booking but the overall experience was great. Nice drinks and very friendly service. Music and crowd was also great.

U have 3 options in this place, sitting in a bar/lounge have some drinks and a chat with nice music or geting into the night club/ dance or at the entrance listening to the night club music and predrink on high tables.overall its a good place to be
