I was seen by Doctor Attiya at the clinic.
Doctor Attiya was absolutely brilliant, she got me on the right medication and took such amazing care, I thank her for all her help!

Wonderful and heart-felt care for our whole family from Drs. Attiya and Walid, and Anwar the nurse. We were all struck low with a virus during our vacation, and they administered medication, and oversaw our convalescence during the long recovery. I really cannot thank them enough!

I do not advise VIP at all, they need too much rehabilitation regarding all aspects of good practice

We visited Dubai back in February and both my kids were treated by Dr. Ashkar Khan. His bedside manner was amazing, he quickly accurately diagnosed the kids and gave effective treatment. He was available to us for questions and support. The entire team of nurses were also amazing. They all make you feel like they really care. Was very impressed and relieved to have such amazing care while on holiday. Thank you so much!

My husband got sick during our stay at the Atlantis, and Dr Hameeda was the emergency Doctor who saw him in the hotel clinic. She was very professional, empathetic and caring. She went above and beyond with her care and service. A very special mention of the paramedics on staff too - the man who visited us in our room at 4am and Princessiove, the nurse in the clinic. A quality service throughout.

Had a heavy flu - they come wthin 60‘ with doctor and assistant and treat you and give you consultation. Perfect service. I was better in only one night.

Dr Sameeha and the team are very professional, friendly and helpful. I fell ill during my holiday in Dubai and the hotel called the Doctor and these guys came and were amazing.

Dr Sameeha took her time to explain my condition with me and to my wife as well as my treatment options. The aftercare was also excellent as they followed up via WhatsApp to ensure I was recovering. All in all an excellent service - thank you very much for looking after me.

The team was amazing in assisiting us with my sons medical needs. They were available anytime of the day or night when we needed help or advice. Dr Hameeda, Shane and Neela really helped in trying to get my son better asap so we could enjoy our remaining holiday. They had a really caring friendly nature which helped us feel at ease. Would highly recommend!

Dr Hameeda is literally the BEST doctor I have ever come across in my life. She is a star! Not only a professional but so knowledgeable. Also humble and kind. She was absolutely fantastic when my 22 month old fell unwell on holiday in Dubai. She kept checking up on us and went above and beyond. The nurses were also fabulous. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much!

Very professional and fast service. Takes the time to make a good and well considered diagnose. The doctor, Ahmad Shobassy, is very friendly and good with kids. Interested in the well being of our kid, even when the visit was over.

The only good thing about this PCR test was the person arrived on time to our hotel room. Otherwise, when he took the swab it was super light and I asked if that was enough for the sample (having done so many pcr tests) he said it’s fine and left. Later that day my result was “presumptive positive” (which I’ve never heard of before, but learned it can be from a badly sampled Test). I had a flight the next day and was so panicked. I got an email from these guys saying to test again in 3 days. I went to another lab right away and got a negative result that day, which I knew would be the case. I flew into Hong Kong that day and we have to do another test here on arrival which is one of the most sensitive in the world and of course it was negative. So it seems like the lab does a bad test, and then asks you to pay to retest again so you get an express test and pay more, this is just beyond unacceptable.

Dr. Hameeda and Nurse Aroni were the professionals on call - they were professional, understanding, informative, and very clear. 10/10 rating!

Do not go there! Very unprofessional doctors. Today I met Mr. Maged Sahioun. I don't even want to call him a doctor. Lazy, rude, no manners at all and can't even speak English properly.
