Scam style sales for new IPhones. You see one price but when you pay the add 3 overpriced accessories. There was no information about it on display table. Such a shame for a reputable brand to use this bazaar scam technology.

A great shop to buy the electronic items. It has collection of all companies phones, mobile accessories etc. When I visited, apple store didnt have iphone 14series and they were selling only 15series. My luck, bought 14pro max here. U will be eligible for VAT here but my friend who bought iphone 15 in apple store didn't get VATrefund. So, if u are a tourist, buy the phone here

I was looking for a store to buy musical instruments and I found what I was looking for here. Great customer service and you can find more than just music instruments.

Recently visited. The aisles are too tight and narrow. I did visit them over the weekend and never quite noticed the aisles until today and infact a little too tight. 2 people can not walk side to side kind of tight for where the accessories aisles are, (Lap top bags USB wires, powerbanks.etc) plus 2 to 3 sales persons wanting to help you and assist.

This electronic goods store located in Dubai Mall is very good in terms of product variety, the staff inside is very helpful, I bought a phone, the price is affordable compared to other stores, but they say it is necessary to buy 1 accessory with the phone, they help you in Tax free, you get 5% tax refund

Virgin mobile: I payed for 12 month in advance, after reactivating: no data, no calls possible after 24 hours. The service number can't be reached, you have to use the chat, but nobody answered in the last 7 hours. It feels like a rip off.

It was pretty Christmas busy but I received a lot of help choosing a record player and records without being rushed or forgotten. Great customer service!

The store is amazing. It's a wonderland for young and grown ups alike. The staff is warm and helpful.

The only negative point is that it is too expensive. Most of the things are available in internet 10-25% cheaper.

Great place to shop for general electronics, and media content, but still has quite a bit of items missing from their inventory.

This translates to you needing to visit other stores.

MY EMIRTAES ID WAS EXPIRED BUT I RENEWED MY ID BUT STILL I COULD NOT USE VIRGIN SIM. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

You will seldom find the relevant staff (two days I tried the Samsung desk and on both occasions I didn't find anyone even after waiting and asking for)!

Well its great for the game playing, Anime and record enthusiasts which my husband is so I visit them often

Like always expensive and fun place for window shopping. They have Du service centre inside so if you in case need that. Oh and you can spend your time in the store playing latest games.

You know try before you buy.

Although have wide variety of products including some unique products but all comes at a premium price which they should review

0.00001% a very bad experience to be here regarding my sim card when everything is clear so why they didn't solve staff don't have awareness

I can spend hours in this store as it has all the futuristic gadgets that are available here on display. Check it feel it and there are experts who give demos. So you really know the cool features. It's got all the brands n products under one roof and a huge store. Very very efficient staff and customer care is at its highest here. I buy all my goto apple samsung stuff here and they warranty coverage by virgin.

It's a Store which I believe is very Friendly, u get the best Customer Service and product details, also Books and gaming Accessories I could find only at Virgin Mega store, no other Store had the rangers of such products I Believe

Went in searching for a USB cable, left with a DJI OM 4SE, recently launched, at a good price.
Wanted some demo on the actual product, got mixed info from multiple employees and the expert was missing.
I'm clearly visiting the store again

My experience in virgin megastore was awesome, there were lots of new and improved items to buy, but sadly i couldn't by them.i found a lot of fun and helpful items to by.today was a great experience, i would visit again

Was able to get what I wanted fairly quickly with little to no issue. The line at the register moved swiftly and smoothly as well. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for some basic electronics or gaming related electronics.

Decent deals on electronics. They have musical instruments, a few books, alot of gadgets, mobile phones, laptops and decorative products.

Funny that they never answer the phone…and neither Mirdif City Centre branch.called 3 times in the middle of day to make sure if something is available but with no hope! Only Mercato branch answered me but they were not able to help.

BEWARE, the shop assistants at the store, are untrained and lacking even Basic knowledge of what they're meant to be selling. You buy AYOR!
It makes considerable difference if you're buying valuable items including all tech products. Their staff seem to know zilch about what they're selling, and your knowledge is as good as theirs!
This is squarely the FAULT of the store management and Virgin UAE. They charge through the nose but refuse to spend money on training of staff!

I change my Etisalat numbers to Virgin, let's see if they are really better or not.

After I talk with sales executive in Virgin shop at Dubai Mall finally he convinced me this is the best one. I have purchased air ipods pro with special color 1190 aed, after we tried to use it has been fall down every time. I gave tried many times with different silicon accessories but nothing. I tried to return back but before 30 days (return policy) but they didn't accept and said you did open packing! Without opening how can I check product! It was ridiculous customer service I recommended don't deal with Virgin also don't purchased new air ipods pro. It's completely useless

Variety is great but don’t know why the place gives an impression of wealthy people shop. It should be more friendly for all.

Virgin music and electronic store at The Dubai mall, very good place to shop with high quality goods of most famous brands and good prices range, too many choices of almost all goods, the staff very welcoming and helpful. Not too crowded, large showroom space.

You can find various things
If you like electronics, this place is perfect
Also you can find books, cds, ps4 etc

The best selection of electronics. You can find the best selection of computers, cell phones, electronics, toys for kids, consoles and they have the best customer service in the UAE. I bought a few laptops that I wasn't satisfied with and they allowed me to exchange them without going through any trouble. No other shop in the UAE has such customer service similar to the levels of customer service in the US or Canada.

Large shop, a lot of clothes, accessories, electronics and videogames. Big showroom of Yamaha pianos inside. Many nice things and reasonable prices. The place is popular, may be long lines on checkout.

Service and price both are not convincing. Better shop Electronics from Jumbo which can offer better offer and service if people are interested to purchase electronics.
