This review is for the store manager, Mr. Mirzia. I went there regarding a DJI drone I've bought from another Virgin Megastore branch. I wanted to refund it as I found out that drones aren't allowed to fly in the UAE due to a temporary ban. He assured me there was no such ban, and told me he would provide me with an official response from DJI in this regard. He took my contact details and gave me the store's phone number to follow up. I called multiple times, but he ignored my calls and never called back despite leaving multiple messages. This is an appalling behaviour. I don't know why he did this, it wasn't even his issue to be concerned about. I advise anyone dealing with this store to avoid this person and to never take his word for anything. If you are reading this, Mirzia, shame on you!

Eunice is the best and really reliable to install accessories to your device she's a good sales lady you'll spend all your money with the smile in your face. I'm happy to deal with her

Visited the store to buy my son an LP player, technical sales person was brilliant, explained the benefits of different designs, how to set up ect. Very customer centric service.

This store is ridiculous. I bought a screen protector for my Samsung Fold 4, and they told me its hard to put it on my phone. The guy who was doing it ruined one of the protector by his unprofessional skill. Whild doing the second one, i told him to follow the instructions on the paper but he just stop let me to finish it (i did and its better than what he did). Finally, they refuse to give me a new protector which ruined by them.

I bought Iphone 13 from Virgin & it was a faulty device & they are not accepting to change it, below is my experience with them:
- Calling them on a daily basis with no actual details given
- Vague Info being shared with me.
- They lost my SIM Card from the phone!
- After receiving my phone on Friday, it turned out that the phone is more damaged than before

My advise is to buy from Apple directly since you can assure quality. NEVER BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM VIRGIN MEGASTORES!

The only downside to this store is the outrageous price for their paper bag which is 1 aed! UAE law clearly mandated 25 fils for a plastic bag. Thus, i cannot fathom how all virgin stores nationwide asks for such price for a paper bag. I hope the management will look into this matter.
