One Philippino guy with Tattoos on both hands who works at Gibson Guitar shop in Virgin is a horrible employee, lack of attitude and very rude. You should train your employee how to treat politely to customers.

Large store, lots of items and friendly staff. You are not bombarded with the staff in your face as soon as you walk in which is a bonus!

They should have the Metallica new album (72 Seasons) which was released in UAE a week ago but Virgin megastore across the region doesn’t have it yet, this is a real shame.

Well stocked. You can spend hours looking at all the goodies. All year round shopping in this shop. From little baby goodies to top of the range gaming. If you love LP records, they have it. Old music cassette tapes. BIG RANGE. And they do sell the players for both. Collectable items and much much more. You have to pop in when I'm the mall.

A nice place to shop audios and electronic gadgets and it's a convenient location since it's located in Mall of Emirates.

For all kind of fishes meat, vegetables all kitchen items but the fish sections is always close between 2 to 4 very clean market

Some of the finest collections for your kitchen.or if you are a gadget lover especially into acoustics, this is probably the best store in MoE. For Vinyl records, they have stupendous collection along with all old accessories of gramophone for instance. Visiting Virgin is a visual delight though all the good stuff comes with a price holds true equally

I mean they got all the stuff you would ever look to however there is no loyalty program, You should not let your customers more interested on looking for different stores than yours.

Best Virgin store for all your music needs. You can try different brands before deciding. Yamaha, Fender are the highlights for guitar.

The place is wonderful! I was looking for a gift for my colleague. One of the employees helped me figure out what would be the best gift for her, and she was thrilled with it.

Would strongly suggest everyone to never buy anything from Virgin megastore. All their products are higher priced than market and they offer the worst ever customer experience despite charging higher prices. I got a gift of apple iWatch which had some issue and it has taken them more than 2 weeks and still waiting for an update. I call their customer care everyday but even after waiting for 20-30 min for the last 3-4 days in a row nobody answers. I persisted and got through today they had no update after 2 weeks. Many other chains in UAE offer much better customer service and have more respect for customer's time and experience.

Good place for electronic goods. Also various models of turntables and a good collection of vinyl records is a treat for collectors. The staff is very helpful and attentive to your needs

Apart from being the coolest store there is, it has the Best customer service ever. The team spends a lot of time explaining.

Everything is extremely expensive and overpriced. Although the staff were helpful what I can find easily in the states for 4 dollars here youll find it for 60. For example the Mac book adapter is priced at 200 dhs! And its not even the original meanwhile on Amazon or even Walmart you can find it easily for 10-20 dollars

They have Lot's of modern gadgets. It's wonderful. New advanced camera's, chargers, mobile phone (iphone), music items, books, caps, water bottle and new treandy item. But the prices are too high.

Would not recommend, the customer service is very bad! Amro one of the staff members - was very aggressive to myself and my husband, got no way to talk to customers

Everything you want! One str less as sometimes they do not run the same promotions on electronics that's run by the manufacture or others.
E.g Airpods pro was 999 dhs while next door in carrefour was on offer for 700 dhs.

I could spend the whole day here just looking at the gadgets. It's clear on the website what virgin sells but on a smaller scale- if you're looking for some nifty, clever, witty phrased office gifts or something for a friend that brings on a laugh, there are many options to choose from. Also just bought my pacman cup coasters and Joker house mat.fun!

One of the few places in Dubai to have the Dell XPS 15 laptop with the specs I wanted. Saad was very helpful in following up on the supply and making sure I eventually got it. Great customer support!

They offer within 8 days delivery but in reality im waiting more than 2 weeks and nothing happening. They dont answer to emails, they dont answer phone calls. Customer support is very very low

I ordered a product online. They failed to bring it within the time period expected. Also, I have not heard from them or been given a revised expected time period. They do not reply to emails or answer the customer service number. I have never experienced this with other online retailers and I don't know where my order is or if I will ever receive it. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer experience
I bought a console for my son through Virgin website and they were very slow in delivery which took up to a month yet it wasn't delivered. I went to store I asked for a solution and their response was that I can either go to currier and pick up the item myself or that they will refund the amount which will take up to a week. I was at the shop they could've just pick one the shelf since they had their payment in advance, yet they choose to cancel the order.
Thank you Virgin for such great customer service.

I bough from Virgin Megastore perhaps more than 100 times but recently I am avoiding the store. The reasons are below:

- I bought vynels as new and found them repackaged after being used. Today I opened one I bough a few months back and was shocked to see fingerprints and dust on it. I broke the nylon from the package myself.

- One incident before happened so when I discovered those multiple sublease inside their shop are the ones who provide the warranty and customer service. Meaning no version megastar warranty but the tenants inside the shop providing that at their terms. In many cases selling cheap products at premium prices.

- Everything is more expensive then outside by a good margin. Sometimes 100%.

The concept of the shop is nice but unfortunately it is not executed properly.

We recently bought the Alienware M17 R2 from this store. Mr. Saad, the sales representative, is very helpful to us. He is very knowledgeable about the items he is selling which really helped us on deciding which items to buy. Double thumbs up to VMS and Mr. Saad!

Very bad service, staff so rood, technically service 48 hours, why then Virgin we used, why? I cannot call my Mam, bicose your service needs 48 hours

Found one in mall the Emirate, it has all the high end electronic.if you looking for something cheap this is not the place to be. They sell one of the coolest items

The new arrangement is odd to me, but not bad. The salespeople are very good and won't disturb you, other than generally being well versed on what they sell.

This is one of the best electronic shops in Dubai. If you are looking for a great cellphone provider or simply need a cord to plug in your laptop, this shops got it all.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, can pretty much get what want in any of thier stores across Dubai. If you something electronic and dont have time to go to the shop, order online for a quick handy service.

Great store ambience, good customer service in terms of demo, giving gadget specs and they have long patience in answering queries.

Bernardita in Virgin MOE, IS AMAZING! There was one batman shirt left in stock and after I bought it, the tag that says batman was falling off, so she told me if you have sewing kit, I will do it for you. So I bought one from carrefour and she did it, and then wrapped it for me! Seriously she went above an beyond!
