Went to virgin mercato with my wife
A metalic heavy part felt from a box
Felt on her foot bruised made her collapse. Went out on the floor to take fresh air. Went back inside the part was hidden like we lied it did not happen. I went to cctv they were hiding the metal part and know exactly what happen. We now left and no one care. Now with local authorities as could have killed a baby ….
you don’t go to virgin to get assaulted. And be told we lied. Complained sent to ded and civil authorities

I came to convert my Android phones sim to an e sim, the lady asked me to de activate my sim and then said i need my Emirates ID to proceed. Very bad customer service as she didnt care that i would stay without a valid working number, while i should be told that they will need my Emirates ID before they convert my physical sim to e sim (as per the website for Android phone you need to visit a Virgin mobile store). She didnt even apologise for not informing me in advance to have the option to stay without a working number!

Very bad experience. I formed the cashier I had an issue before in eppco app when someone registered me at the counter I had an issue with spelling and I never got an OTB code. She was having a very strict character and i felt not humbly assisted. She made the same mistake with spellings and I never get the code in the app. She offered to scan the barcode but the app was not there. I think she does not have the knowledge of the work That's why I do not like those charecters of freelancer people they act Dominant but zero at work.

The Virgin store itself is awesome but the Virgin mobile lady rep there is not helpful at all (useless) and rude. Don't go there to get your VM SIM card.

I called them, they made the impossible happen. From their warehouse, they got me a 16inch macbook pro in 2 hours. Thank you Sammi for personally looking after the logostics!

I like the service they offer to their clients. I had issues in the past with an Xbox I bought there. The red ring issue, they replaced it with out any issues. Recommended. They are also I good place to get gifts for loved ones if your not sure what to get them.

The new staff is so unhelpful! Disgusted by his lazy attitude! And I am such a loyal customer of this branch.

1, Unfortunately I had a bad experience with your staff, especially security. He does not know how to deal with the customer.

On 8th April, 6pm ish, i asked for a ps5 and the lady at the counter told me it's only available in bundle with 2 games (between 3 games). I told her i would like to buy 2 others games (that are more expensive than the original she showed me) and she refuse.
That's weird because 2 minutes before, she accepted this for someone else that chose the 2 cheapest games.
And 5 minutes after, this same guy came back and bought again with the same 2 cheap games.
I call this racism and this is not acceptable.
From this day, I will never EVER buy from Virgin UAE.

Update 2nd June:
Same situation happened with the exact same lady. I asked for a PS5 and she literally said "no, i don't want to check if there is still". 10 minutes later, all of the sudden she become very friendly with another customer (family?) and he left with 2 PS5.

I don't recommend buying things from this store. I bought a gaming computer and the seller completely lied about the specs and ended up not getting a refund.

Virgin is a well known brand amount gadget lovers. Some items are bit expensive than other places but you always get premium quality. They have good mobile covers and screen protectors. Staff are friendly and helpful. Virgin store at Mercato mall located in first flow. It has so many different product from toys, books, computers, gaming devices, headphones, mobiles, etc.

Worst customer service! No one is attending the calls at Virgin Mercato and Dubai Mall!
I ordered an item and I have opted for pick up in Mercato. It says online that 48hrs waiting for the pick up and it’s been 4days now and I haven’t receive any update on my order.so I’ve been trying to reach them but no one is answering.

Nice store with wide range of products. Prices are high. Can find rare and imported quality items here.
Vinyl, turntables, bose audio, Other audio, keyboards, guitars, gaming consoles and PC and gaming accessories, games, toys, techy toys, DVDs, T-shirts, Caps, mobile phones, Drones, books, etc are just some of the items available here.

Staff had no clue what they were selling. The know the basic but asked more than that, they're just clueless.

It's small comparing to other stores but I liked it. It has lots and variety things in each section.

Once you subscribe for a data. They don’t tell you about the auto renewal which is hidden in their terms and conditions. I tried to order a refund on the same day and they refused.

Not big as Emirates mall or Dubail mall ones. But still some items u can find there, except for instrumentals. Less kitchen appliances.
