Virgin Megastore Mirdif City Centre

I recently purchased a Uniq Optix screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro max. Only the ones for the iPhone 14 were available. The clerks at the store assured us that it wouldn't make a difference. Trusting their judgement, I completed my purchase. Shocker.it didn't fit. I would expect honest recommendations next time, not empty promises to secure a sale.

My second time visiting this branch, it offers various new tech and gaming items at competitive prices. The layout of the store is nice, I liked the ambiance considering the store was not crowded at that time. Staff are available to assist when needed. Shout out to Ederlyn for assisting with my inquiries and purchase ️

Always exciting to visit a Virgin Megastore. From the latest gadgets, kitchen utensils and books, you could easily spend an hour here and it'd feel like ten minutes.

Limited items but gave 5 stars because the staff are very friendly and have good knowledge about the products they sell. Very helpful when I need some info before buying dji action

Staff are not courteous they extort you to buy accesories with every phone and just say it's a management directive.

Today was one of my worst experience with Virgin Mega store in MCC, I called them and asked if an item is available and they said yes it is so I drove all the way to Mirdif to hear the staff say (I’m sorry we never even had the item) it was unprofessional out of them.

I have visited the store today to replace my screen protecter as I fixed it one month ago in virgin dubai mall and after the payment they told me I can bring the phone in case my protecter was damaged however I did asked if I can replace in any branches and they confirmed yes it is possible but today in mirdif city branch they refused to change for me even though they asked me for the bill and I show it to them then they asked for the damaged protecter so they can "believe me " as they sayed I explained that it was totally damaged and no one told me anything about bringing the damaged piece. I was trying to explain gently to the employee however he was really rude and he said sarcasmly do understand me. This behavior is totally unacceptable and not professional way to speak with the customer

One of my favorite places to checkout when I am in the shopping mall, you can find everything you need laptops, PCs, mobile phones, tablets, accessories, scooters, video games, smart home devices, books and many other things in one place. I feel its like a Toy’s R US for adults and kids as well.

Great customer service. People are being themselves not saying things because they have to but they are enjoying there job.

A store you can get a lot of items that you cant get in otber stores but the prices very expensive

They have some unique collection that's not generally found in other stores. But I think their price is a bit high comparing other online stores.

Worst experience I ever had with the promotor/Virgin store employee. As a swrvice provider your people should attend the customer who walkin to your store.

When I rushed to your store for a product, no one attended and everyone is in their own works. I approached one of the lady staff but she arrogantly told me that she is busy and she will assign her colleague to help me in getting the product.

Your staff should know the concept of customer service before selling the products. If this is the kind of service you are giving to customers, trust me you will loss your valuable business.

Bit expensive in comparison with Jumbo and others but definitely you get lot of good/quality stuff which you may not find it anywhere else. Wow items: iPhone accessories

Store has a wide array of items but they don't offer much in terms of sales and offers like the others do. Apart from that, quite decent.

Good place for electronics, books, unique by its style, customer servise is great there & they expanded the books area. The only bad thing there that it is pricy than other shops with the same products.

Bad experience with customer service. I brought an apple watch band PURO worth AED 129 one month back and got damaged with its own material quality. Its edge brocken and that metal part comes out. Today i visited to this store in Midiff city center to find a solution i have original bill, packing, every things. That manager given some ready made answers and try to state that its a physical damage from my side. Fortunately only its not fully broken and my watch not fall down. Otherwise i loss 1500 Dirham more the watch value. Anyway i given that watch strap to the manager as a gift from my side
Never expected this kind of services from VIrgin store

Great store although the latest game titles are hard to find. Overall nicely done and have a bunch of people more than willing to help out with everything.virgin music and electronic store at The Dubai mall, very good place to shop with high quality goods of most famous brands and good prices range, too many choices of almost all goods, the staff very welcoming and helpful. Not too crowded, large showroom space.

I was checking for a game in vrigin Megastore. They offered me 200 aed, after a quick search on Amazon. Ae I found the exact same game for 60aed. This store is a absolute rip off. All the products are completely overpriced.

Unrealistic prices!

Charging way high prices just because of their name. Went to check pixel 4 xl and found it 1,100/- Dhs more than what's being sold outside.

Just avoid them.

Everything they sell can be found outside for much less price.

This store is not a bad store but with my experience ive had to return 3 things because they were not working and broken and i just bought a gift card and it says the code had already been redeemed so with my experience ive had a lot of problems with this store

Very bad customer service and after sale service the staff isn't friendly at all and they dont have policies to deal with the problem. I don't advice anyone to buy from virgin. They wasted 2 hours of my time, since I bought a product that doesn't work.however I returned it 2-3 months later without even using it. They told me to give them numbers or credit card I did give them the credit card I bought the product with and then they told me we can't do anything.
Really disappointing

One thing made me hate this place is the cashier guy his name is munir, so rude + attitude, never going there to this specific one because of this guy

This my last time to purchase a product from version stores I bought foreo from version from 2 yrs and it is not working. It have 5 years warranty. When I asked them to help me they told me to contact foreo by my self. I recommend to buy things from suppliers direct if they are treat there customers like that. It is my second time facing same problem with them.

It just like the other branches of virgin megastore in the other malls of dubai.but a little smaller as compared to a couple of other branches. Awesome and unique things can be purchased from here, just purchased CHROME CAST. Well things are a little over priced but a lot of them are worth it (not all).
Great collection of electronic devices (accessories). From 3d printers to juke box they have everything.

I love this store, you always find something interesting and new.
The prices might be a bit higher than other stores. But so many things only available in here.

Virgin megastore is a home to many pieces of technology and toys for the youth. Their fantastic library of books has had me buying many every time I entered the store, many of them translated into Arabic for those who have trouble reading english. Translated books like the whole Game of Thrones book series can be found and bought. Board games are also abundant in the store, although they don’t have a big range of them like their books, I myself have bought many. A very flexible store that sells many stuff. Prices can sometimes go higher than needed but the store is nonetheless worth it to go to.

High-end tech/electronic products. Excellent quality and service. A range of exclusive products. Prices usually higher than average. Tickets for majority of musical events in Dubai.

One of the best all round department stores in the UAE. Have been steadily upping their game and it shows. From the modern design of the stores to the extremely functional and logical layout that flows organically. There is something for everyone here. Do check them out whenever you are in Mirdiff City Centre. Last but not least, did I mention the excellent customer service and friendly and not to mention courteous staff? Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. 5 stars all the way

Loud store, personal is not so friendly.the 3 times that I've been here Cashiers have been grumpy and even with such of an attitude. Prices are high but they carry a good selection of knick and knacks.
