This is my second time using Vital Certificates in dubai. I cannot praise the good work of Saba, make sure you ask for her when you engage, she made the full process end to end very clear and ensured I was aware and comfortable with the lead times, prices and managed my expectations. I had my documents attested and delivered to me with no issues and felt fully supported along the way. Thank you guys and thank you Saba for the handholding - it’s greatly appreciated

My situation: British-born, Canadian educated, married/had children in Denmark and living in Australia. I had to deal with 4 different countries to get my official documents "attested" (I didn't even know that was a *thing*). Hands down, Vital Certificates was an excellent experience. Easy to understand website, prompt replies, updated status along the way, pick-up courier options available, etc. Strongly recommend from a busy international executive.

I had my MS Degree from Sweden certified with the help of Vital Certificates. They are quite helpful in keeping me up to date on the status of the process, presented me with a timely quote and the overall process completed pretty much on schedule. Thank you.

The only thing I would likely point out is an area to improve is: I was given a quote first for my document, which I accepted and paid in full and then later on was told that I may have to pay extra/more, if I want all pages of that document to be certified. While this was not an issue for me, and I was happy with just the first page being certified, this is nonetheless something I expect to be told upfront before a quote is generated, and the quote should clarify that it does/may not cover all costs, and that it covers only a first/single page in a given document. When a customer accepts a quote, that amount is seen as final, and there should not ever be hidden upcoming surprising charges later on because this or that condition could change. Please be sure to clarify this matter in the future. If I pay X, and then am told that I would have to pay X+1 later because XYZ, then I would likely cancel the quote altogether.

Quite a shady business with what seems to be just 1 person answering the phone while in the bathroom, or no response or call back whatsoever

I was using a different Document Attestation company for my UAE documents, who told me they would not be able to process my marriage certificate due to the fact that it had a mixture of languages. I got in touch with Vital Certificates, and i asked them if they had the same opinion. They went away, checked and came back and said they would be able to do it. I was unsure due to the previous feedback, but i took a chance. They came through, excellent first class service, advising you every step of the way on progress. I wish i had gone straight to Vital from the start. Lesson Learned. Highly recommended.

Consulate General in Guangzhou, China requires this document to issue her visa. Vital Certificates price for this service was fair and reasonable. Absolutely terrible and expensive service. Despite being based in Dubai they wanted 150 aed for pick up and drop off and when I asked if I could drop it to their business bay offices they said their staff are or sick. They wanted close to 700 aed for a simple attestation service I would not recommend. Other companies charge less, are based in Dubai and offer free pick up and drop off. Poor service and unprofessional

I stumbled upon Vital certificates after searching high and low. Other agencies gave confusing and wrong facts in legalizing my document but when I reached out to Vital, they quickly straightened the facts out for me and managed to legalized my document in a breeze. What seemed impossible for other agencies to do, Vital did it correctly. Vital will be my go to when I have legalization concerns.

I inquired for their attestation services since my online visa application was halted for failure to comply on the required attested degree certificates. They had good reviews online and so I got in touch. Within an hour, and just through a simple request for a quote and review of my documents, they figured and verified for me that my docs were good to go and I just had to look into my online submission and see what went wrong, which I figured out shortly after.
