Food is good while the service is kinda need to be improved. The services can not meet the client expectations.
The windows view is nice but indoor decoration is old.

We celebrated New Year's Eve here, it was unbelievably great. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Abel Georg manages the restaurant at the Sheraton extremely well. We give it a clear five stars.

We were there for dinner. The restaurant only had 7 tables, so we immediately got a place with a creek view. The waiters were very attentive and tried hard.
The food (pizza and pasta) was overall quite tasty. The oils and vinegar at the table are a bit weak.

The restaurant has great Italian interiors and view, gelato was really yummy and the fresh juices, despite the face of poor service of waiters

This is an Italian restaurant with beautiful Ambience and beautiful view of creek side dubai. Best place to dine in with family and friends. This restaurant is inside Sheraton creek dubai.

Watch out: The special offers on the web site is a red herring, and be prepared for an unpleasant conversation with the manager on duty if you dare to mention their web site offer. Great view though!

We went in for Seafood Night and I must say that it was sea fresh literally and that was one of the main things you notice as a Southie and a Seafood Lover

The place looks amazing, we had a beautiful view.the food was fabulous.
The service provided by Ms. Lovepreet was outstanding.
It was a birthday dinner and we had a great time.

This is a great place. The food was amazing - I had the celery and leek soup with bacon and the flavors combined wonderfully. I also had a fabulous "White Salad" with julienned hearts of palm, cauliflower, cabbage, endive, parmesan and smoked hazelnuts. The main ingredient of the clothes was the Meyer lemon. The dishes were so perfectly prepared that I can't stop eating. I had chocolate blooming for dessert. Not being a chocolate person, I was apprehensive (I had to live with a group of people), but I couldn't get enough of her. Others in our group shared dishes that I didn't try but they looked fabulous. Can't wait to return.

We tried the friday evening brunch. Nice views & enjoyable entertainment. Over all good food selection the starters are realy tasty, the mains are hit & miss.and desserts are ok. Overall good value

Great food, great service. We had multiple meals here while staying in the hotel and each was excellent. Also highly recommended for nightcap on the balcony which we had most every night.

Pathetic staff attitude. They play over the top loud music making even conversations across the table very difficlt. When asked to lower the music Saurabh, server bluntly said it cant be lowered and you should not have come in. Worse they got the order wrong serving penne when sepcifically asked for spaghetti. Not worth the effort if you are not a hotel guest.

My first experience with this restaurant was a 5 out of 5. Celebrated my Mom’s birthday and everything was amazing and it was indeed a wholesome experience. The staffs were so much accommodating and they always make sure that everything is in place.

However, I went the 2nd time and an unfortunate experience came up on a Friday Evening Brunch. The waiter was actually very good though I cant seem to remember his name but he was really accommodating. Everything was perfect until we were leaving the restaurant, a lady staff literally stopped us at the door and was asking if we already paid our bill. (I mean, we wouldn’t leave in the first place if we didn’t) It was kinda offensive since why wouldnt they just communicate internally to avoid this offensive approach. Anyhow, we understood it was part of making sure all their transactions were smooth, but just a piece of advice try to have a conversation first and ask how the experience was before nagging about the payment. Fortunately, a guy in a suit, I assume it was the manager or someone senior, told her that everything was settled and made us go and thanked us.

To sum it up, a single inconvenience can affect a customer’s experience. We’re still hoping for a better experience next time.

The atmosphere and the view is absolutely beautiful. It is an elegant and confortable restaurant located in front of the Creek. Also you can enjoy the skyline view.
We went with friends and we tried the pizza rucola crudo e granna, Risotto alla Milanese e Ossobuco, the Lasagne and the salmon, everything was perfect cooked, super fresh and tasty.
For desert the Panna Cotta and the Nutella Cake were really good specially the Panna Cotta.
Overall experience was very nice, without doubt we'll be back and recommend!

I removed one star because this time the service was absolutely terrible, even so the restaurant was almost empty but unfortunately the waitress didn't take care of our table and the service was too slowly he was busy organizing the empty tables insted to remove our plates or wonder if we wanted something else.

I will share my experience regarding the iftar buffet, we were 4 at the buffet and we didnt like it at all, the food varieties were so limited not so many dishes as they told me over the phone, the food taste is soooo basic, nothing special at all, it has nice view but overall we didnt enjoy the food.

I booked the smoking area as it is supposed to be an open air place and when I arrived it was closed and I asked the waiter about the open area, he told me you can go to the other restaurant!

And it is overprice (179 AED per person) comparing to other buffet where can serve you best quality of food and service and varieties.

Went there for ramdan iftar, was one of the best restaurants i have ever visited.

Nice place and the view on creek is magnificent, but i can not rate it as 5 stars, as i attended Ramadan buffet and this is my feedback.

Variety and food quality are below expectations comparing to buffet price and to other restaurants at the same level in other hotels.

A buffet station is in unnoticeable area behind salads station with no signage or clear directions and no body is directing guests to this area, oozi was not fresh and not well cooked, cold as well.

Desert corner is poor.

Pasta is disaster, and station has some items (mezzah) and only two kind of pastas which I can say not tasty nor fresh.

To be fair salads corner has a good variety.

Team members are offering good service and friendly, my comment is that our table was not cleared for some time after we finish eating, though there was enough number of service team, but I did not complaint as i noticed other tables facing the same.

No sanitizers placed on tables and not in other areas (at least in the restaurant) except toilets.

All in all i evaluate it as an average experience for a restaurant in a hotel.

A comment (no complaint) on washrooms to hotel management, the water flow from toilet flush is too much and it is such a water waste.

Great service. Lovely view. Went on a friday for vivacious. The buffet was very well organised. The beef steak was excellent. Service was good. Cocktails were strong! I will be back.

With most the amazing view of the Dubai creek. This Italian restaurant is must visit if you want to have a romantic dinner or lunch. Also doubles as a breakfast venue for guests at Sheraton Dubai creek.

Last night I went to Vivaldi at the Sheraton and I had an amazing experience. Excellent food, drinks and the view is the best of Dubai. What impressed me the most is the quality of the food, authentic Italian and every dish super tasty. Also very nice service and very reasonable price, recommended!

The manager Ippo is lovely, she looked after us so well and ensures our party was well looked after. My Italian friend recommended the place and booked for us.

One of the finest restaurants and lounges in Dubai with a beautiful view towards the creek and Dubai Skyline. The food was really tasty and beautifully presented. I recommend the Octopus salad and the Seabass filet and for drinks the Diavola Martini is a must try. The service was very professional and all the staff are friendly. We went there on a romantic dinner for my birthday and everything was perfectly organized. I will definitely come back to this place. It is highly recommended for special occasions and for a sweet gathering with friends and drinks on the terrace.

A really nice evening brunch. A buffet plus they bring little taster dishes too you. Unfortunately the main meat dish sid not come out until really late by which time we had finished dessert. A big shame the only beer was Budweiser. We expected Peroni

Such a fantastic night. If you're looking for a chilled out night with a beautiful view, this is definitely the brunch for you. The atmosphere and ambience was relaxing and service was excellent. Ippolita and Ibna were first class and so attentive and accommodating. Drinks were plentiful with a nice selection of food. Cant wait for the Winter with those stunning views!

I went on Thursday night with my family and my kids were quite so loud, so I asked the waiter to seat me somewhere away from the public, I experienced the best service and ate the most yummiest dishes! The ambiance and the decoration of the place was amazing and so modern! Will be definitely going back to try other dishes in the menu
