The worst salon!
I was directed to a place to be seated and then literally I had to go and ask them where is the lady who is supposed to do threading for me. Then the receptionist was like, eh? You were inside?

After that one lady comes to do threading for me. Without adding powder or anything, just straight away harsh threading. She was doing it so abruptly, without even a cue that she is going to start each time. My face is full of cuts and bruises now. I had already mentioned that I have a sensitive skin.

Worst experience! The manager at Marina centre sold me a package deal for pigmentation treatment. The entire Vlcc network in UAE has one machine which is scheduled at centres and past one month Iam trying to get one appointment for the same. They don’t tell l this while selling, unethical and unscrupulous customer service.

Worse is in Sheikh Zayed Branch where we asked for trf, they neither responded despite several attempts to fix appointment for this carbon package.

Even worse is their customer complaints desk which has not responded after 2 reminders! All this after charging customers in thousands! Pathetic service!

A very good service and offers, thanks to all the team there, and a very special thanks to Kashaf she is very professional in her work, and friendly, really many thanks to her and all VLCC team.

Hashmi laser technician from Al safa is the best technician I have met, she is very much experienced, Cooperative, informative. Her settings have helped in great reduction of the growth. Am happy with her service and recommend her. All the best HASHMI.

The worst place ever. I wanted to boom sliming sessions and every single time this clinic is changing something, told me to book sessions upfront which i did, then every single time they say “but madam machine is not booked” and this happens with each appointment. Awful customer service and reception team that dont know how to manage schedule

I have been getting a hair treatment from Thuy, hairstylist. She is absolutely brilliant at hair. And, I absolutely love my blow dries from her. My whole experience of getting the treatment and blow dry from her, relaxes ne and makes ne feel happy.

The hairstylist Thuy was amazing. You get pampered with a head massage while she washes your hair. And she does a really good blow dry lasts a long time. Plus the hair treatment works wonders.

Clean facility and the team is amazing. Prajeesh gives great treatments and he is always there to provide the best. Godwin as well.

Thuy is amazing, nice and give the right advice for you. She changed my hair completely, it became strong and thick. I have tried everything nothing worked only the treatment she gave me. It was like a miracle on my hair. I like how she is always smiling and she does offer the best service to her clients. I do recommend her. She is the best!

The services provided by Thuy, the hair stylist is commendable. She has a pleasant disposition and does her work always with a smile.

The staff they have Unprofessional and the quality of service really not good, they need to get training to learn how they can handle the work, I’m doing laser with them, and the result really bad, I’m not recommending to any one to visit this clinic,
Also in this clinic the management not available and give the responsibility to one Agent his name Dileep, and he doesn’t know any thing about work and even he did not have any knowledge Related to management skills and i regret there Staff doesn’t have medical knowledge and they gave medical advice, which is considered a big violation

Staff @szr are very friendly, I’ve been a very old and loyal customer and all I can say it’s an addiction to go in VLCC.

I have been receiving weight loss treatment in VLCC for the last couple of months with Godwin, who is above being professional in his job, he is extremely caring and committed. I am really feeling happy with my VLCC experience so far.

The staff is very cordial and specially Mr. Prajesh is very friendly who explains the whole process with so details that make one understand the value of the session. Also he motivates for the healthy life style after the Sessions that shows his interest and commitment to the well being of the customers.

I highly recommend all the services they offer including weight management therapies. They are absolutely professional in what they do and guide you step by step through the process. Mr. Ratheesh is one specific individual whom I would like to thank for always being supportive and helping me and my family over the past couple of years.

My first visit and I really like their salon services, I usually go to Marina VLCC. I took up facial and I did my hair coloring from them- their service is good.

I did several treatments including Full body laser with and results are long lasting. I visited for 6 sessions and saw results.

This is the best clinic, my review for VLCC is so far is fully professional and high level expertise. Charges are standard you get value for your money.

My mom had experience doing Filler in VLCC clinic. Granted it was a bit painful however they are experts.first they explained all treatment, made us comfortable and answerd many questions that made sense, that is scientifically based.

As a teenager had severe skin issues and I went to Trade centre VLCC Dubai. I could see the difference in the skin with their services. While it took slightly longer due to severity and overall results were sustainable.

Great results and also very professional people. I can especially recommend dr bassem and a few others who have attended to me. Some services may seem a bit costly but the results have been beyond what I have expected and it surely feels worth every bit spent.

Good experience. Took up weightloss treatment there just before special occasion and I knew many parties so lot of calorie consumption was unavoidable. Got good results in 6 months.

I took their Keratin in VLCC Nad al Hamar. What I liked is that it is in one step with solid results. They used best Products and the hairdresser Wafaa was polite and professional. Overall good service.

The most worst center VLCC - SZR, I visited by reading positive comments and reviews and ended up with atmost frustration and dissatisfaction. Lady named Sheilaja was the person whom I interacted and paid payments for Slimming service.
This lady never cared for appointments until I calld her thrice (genuinely working hours) or message her repeatedly for every single sessions and in return she gave personal reasons as her job negligence.
I still left with paid sessions.
She fixed sessions when no expertise was available, after reaching I called her, she said she will get back to me with in few mins. Took 1 hour no response from phoned her twice Messaged her. All my taxi money to and fro was wasted. After 1.5 hrs she said she promised to compensate the class. And that never happened.
I informed and went for vacation for 1 month, came back and attended 1 session asked her to give remaining classes detail. She never bothered to reply back. Sent reminders through message. Never bothered again. Neither fixed appointment for remaining sessions. After repeated calls she informed me that she got transferred to different location and never bothered to give me alternate contact for session.
I wasted my money. They don't value clients money. Very very unprofessional.

If you want to loose real weight with real process and with expert assistants. This is the right place,

I called up to cancel my services due to a work related situation and kept following up for a week to get a response since they didn't seem concerned even after stating I didn't have much time left. When I managed to get a call from the manager a week later after a miffed up conversation with one of their colleagues, she gladly said they don't refund and was trying her best to cajole me into continuing with their services months later after my work related situation. It's not been the best experience since I started going to them back in April; staff are constantly resigning or moving elsewhere, calling them during the procedure is another minus as there's nobody at the work station to relieve you to use the bathroom or ease the pain so you literally have to wait whilst you're intertwin cords etc. To schedule an appointment is a nightmare, they never call back if they promise to and they make sure to get the full payment in advance whilst enrolling from the first time so you don't have a choice when you want to stop going for their services. The cost you incur is very expensive for the kind of services offered, stay woke! Utterly disgusted and would never recommend them.

Terrible Terrible Terrible.long 2 months and very painful procedure to lose wight, I didn't lose anything and ended up with a burned skin on top of that! 2500 AED wasted! And then they said they will pay me back but I didn't get anything. DO NOT go there! They have very old useless machines and they're not professional at all, nothing works! You'll just waste your money, every time you go for a procedure and see not results they ask you to go for another! To take more money from you! And give you false promises and absolutely 0 results.
VLCC should be closed by the government.

I have been fortunate enough to have Godwin Vimalraj Stephen from day one. Godwin is a knowledgeable and proficient physiotherapist who ensures that the treatment offered are effective. He is warm, accommodating and extremely professional.

I have been with VLCC for 10 years. The Laser specialist Manal is a wonderful expert lady. So glad l invested in sessions with her.
They have wonderful staff like Rubi, for facial treatments, Thuy, for hair salon but their slimming section is getting worse by the day. They are losing the good staff because of internal financial issues. Bad management l guess. What a shame.l still have so many sessions to do there but not renewing them anymore.

Almost all experienced slimming staff resigned in a month time and all are new staff with no much experience. Sad that I couldn’t finish my sessions before they leave. Old staff were amazing but now situation is pathetic. Worried about the remaining sessions

It was a Great place for slimming. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. All therapists are excellent and I mostly have Jennifer and Donna to do my slimming treatments. But now situation has changed and all the old staff resigned made customers in Trouble and worried about the sessions

After many sessions and consultations and losing weight thanks to them, I went away for few months and came back to continue my sessions but they claimed that they expired and I have to pay more to get them back. I felt that it's like any other centre that cares only about money finally.

Slimming procedures are ineffective. Spent a lot of money in vain. The staff is careless. Left me in pain after cool tech procedure. Simply closed the door from other side while I was screaming and crying of pain. Though they assured me that is painless procedure. Do not recommend. I did not see any results.

Very bad customer services, I’ve been struggling with the appointments and the technicians since I started. They call me on the same day without confirming earlier! Most of the times I am the one who has to call and check. Everytime different person calls to set up an appointment then they miss things up.

The worst clinic I've ever been in my life, they do not know their package, I change my nurse, I do not have commitment to the Client, I marked my PRP and when I arrived there was nothing marked.

Their services are not worthy.prices are higher than the standard.i took the acne treatment and I am disappointed.

The gym need new equipments as the ones now don't work properly as it gives you wrong reading and keep adjusting it self automatically even if you choose manual custom mode,
-toilets need to be looked after better (wet floor and odder issue)
-however staff are nice and parking very convenient.

My experience is very bad with VLCC
I had a short unclear consultation where the employee advised me to pay for 6 laser sessions to shape my beard.
She said I have to pay for the 6 to fix an appointment
It was like a 5 mins discussion when I made the decision based on my wrong perception about the place

On my appointment, I had another consultation from the technician.
She was very detailed and then I discovered this is not the service I am looking for.
So I decided not to start and requested for a refund.
Unfortunately till now I did not get my money
This was almost 3 weeks ago now and the centre is refusing to commit to give me back the money and they do not give me clear timelines for when they will do this.
I am shocked that this could happen in Dubai, I will be filling a report to consumer rights department in the government tomorrow and I wish they would be able to fix this soon.

I would like to recommend Mr. Godwin Vimalraj working for VLCC Noor Bank Center. I was impressed by his skills in physiotherapy. I really benefited from his advices and I am glad he helped me in regaining my fitness level. I was deeply impressed by his knowledge in different solutions which VLCC is providing. I was also impressed by skills of managing multiple appointments and handling different clients at same time. Thank you Godwin, you deserve the best always.

It has always been a great experience with VLCC especially Sheila with the hair treatment. She really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been a regular client of VLCC sh zayed road from 2013. I am very happy with the services I have taken from here. The staff here are very courteous and helpful and they know what they do. This has given me more confidence as a client to come back here again.

Out of all the staff, I would like to take the name of very special two people Thuy and Ruby who are excellent in what they do and the sheer dedication what they have. I have been taking my hair and skin treatment with them for almost 3 to 4 years. They know the work and with their good attitude they stand out in the crowd.

I would give 5 special stars for both of them.

Having said that, all the team members in sh zayed road are very friendly and they make me feel like an extended family.

Regular facials here help gain good skin texture. Certainly we do not have hands on idea of the reliability over the products they use but having an extremely calm, confident and professional team member helps alot. I would recommend MAHESHWARI for facials anytime. She is good at her job.she does not do the treatment for the sake of finishing the sessions but genuinely analyses your skin and recommends and suggests the variations accordingly to accomodate the best treatment each session. I am really happy with my hair treatment, my hair is back to life now and is becoming healthy, I would like to recommend (Thuy) the hair dresser who does my hair, she is a very sweet person and well experienced and handles my hair very well. I have extended my package here, I am going to continue this treatment until my hair fully gains its health back. I have also done with her my Brazilian blow out, with a good price. If anyone is coming here try to take advantage of their offers every now and then.they have really good money saving offers and the management is really helpful. ️️️
