I would never buy again a VW in UAE because of their poor service, I don't mind the wait / delays / bad welcoming.all I care is the end results, literally I mean the service engineers did not do a good job.

Mecatronic on DSG (golf 1.6) failed after 50K, they repalce, then failed again on 100K approx, they replace, the gearbox crank and shake like hell, they said is fine, then they replace with a new version (they said) and same issues, then out of waranty, then failed again and cost me 5500 aed, outside because on them the cost only for part was 9k+ and labouot don't even ask. The funny part, to tell me what is the problem when obviously the DSG was gon they ask 1500 to test the car.which was free on outside workshop.plus customer service, zero, people not paying any attention, etc.for fun i asked a dealer in my couontry to check the VIN and he saw the car history and his comment was how the hell they did not replace the full gearbox? Why only mecatronic?

Bad customer service:
1-long waiting times both when you drop or collect your car
2-long service duration where they promised to finish the service in one day and got delayed and this happens every time not just once
3-service advisor is not interested in what customer says about his car his only concern is to finish the paper work
4- Had few issues with the car interior and asked the service advisor about finding a solution but they didn’t do anything as if they didn’t hear what you said.
All in all really bad customer service experience and I wrote this review after going to the service center 3 times for 3 services. Never buying a Volkswagen again.

No personal experience with this automobile.but review of all shows that it's not looking good specially everyone complaints that staff not cooperative with customers.moslty they like to denied. I think being a good business relationship they need to remove these complaints.

Worst workshop in UAE. Having Tuareg 2012 came to change leftside bixenon headlamp. I checked in advance the stock price for the same with Audi centre, the quote was aed 750 for the one. But the customer service guy told me that it would cost me for aed 1500! When I asked him to double check with his stock manager he told me with apologies that I was right and some discount campaign was going on at that time. Also labor cost was announced in AED 350, and for my question my it so expensive given answer that it required not only change the bulb but need to be initialized by service computer like in MB or BMW. I have to leave the car and can come to collect only after 4pm! You may not trust me but the name of this tricky Indian guy who tried treating me is a holy name - Nazareth!
So guys, the best service for VW is an AutoPRO, they changed the bulb within 10min for 70aed only!

I described to Suresh my VW Jetta's issue, which is the EPC light and he told me that I will need to pay around 4,5 K! For a used car. After the diagnosis test (costs 500AED) I was given the paper with the total cost 5,5 K including all the faults of the car like I asked something like that. The indian guy couldnt explain properly. Last but not least when I asked to take the car, they brought it to me with the fuel tank empty (they rode it for 7km with no reason). NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN

Having the 2nd Touareg from Al Nabooda in a raw, this time R-line.experience with Service station is the worst in my life.they are Masters in denying the Warranty cases for the Just bought New cars. Had a horrible problem with steering vibration from begging. Their best action was to rotate the tires and tell me the problem is with my driving habits.this is after 1000km on the Odo.till now had not this problem resolved, all the logic arguments from my side have been denied, even after escalating to VW Germany.

For God sake will never buy any car from Nabooda again, however Touareg is a Wonderful car

Deutsche Auto service center (DAScenter) has far better service and prices for my Volkswagen. I will only take my car there from now on.

Bad place

- Take long time to find someone to know why you are visiting them (25 minutes)
- Take long time for someone to check the car whatever the issue if it is very small issue or big issue (2H 10M)
- No token no. System just sheet written by hand!? ,
- You need resption approval to drink coffee or tea from the machine
- The parts and services very high expensive

As the WV cars very good but the agent not supporting the car very well in UAE and because of that WV resale cheap and maintenance very high expensive and no one like it in UAE.

*AC compressor for WV Passat 2014= 5200aed and with installation in car 8500aed

AS LONG THE CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY OR IN SERVICE CONTRACT IT'S FINE AFTER THIS YOU DISCOVER THE INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE AFTER SALES, PARTS AND UNJUSTIFIED COST OF LABOR

There was a guy in parts who try to trick me. I went there because my battery died, I call asking for how long is the warranty on a new battery and this guy told that it was only for a year and I that I had to purchase a new one, so of course that’s what I did! Then a went to pay my new battery and this second guy gave me the invoice and told me to keep it as the new battery has 2 years, so I asking how many years warranty? He says 2 after that I spoke to the supervisor and he arrange everything. Unfortunately there are some people with this behaviour and don’t deserve this type of job.

Lucky there's a monopoly on the franchises here because it would be curtains here I not.

Although my appointments are booked in advance, when i reach my service advisor (Suresh Poojary) does not seem to suggest me service's considering what was recently fixed and what needs immediate attention. Un professional service advisor.

Provide good and fast service with free parking, drinks, and shuttle bus service. What else can you want:) Except for providing low prices xD

VW service is always good, but wait time was little bit high to check on the issue.
On attention to detail there is a slight gap. My brake pad had to be replaced, they didn't have option to replace single piece or didn't tell me which brake pad was not good, they replaced all brake pad front and back. Expensive too.

An hour up for a walk-in emergency repair, still no one showed up even though it isn't crowded at all.
