Great customer service when I went to check out the volvo options in the showroom, very respectful and honest people, comfortable atmosphere, I would highly recommend going to this showroom if you’re interested in any volvo and to find any details about their cars.

This was one of my best experiences while taking delivery of a new car. BIG THANKS to ever smiling and please Ajaip for making the process a cake walk and her promt replies to any queries from request till Delivery.

Yara was great and enthusiastic while explaining the new car and made understanding the car and its many functionalities a breeze. It was nice of the Sales Manager to see us off.

I just bought a new Volvo XC60 from Dubai VOLVO Festival City Showroom & the vehicle is just AMAZING!

First, when I approached the Sales Executive Mr. Mohamad Hraibi to understand the vehicle details, he came out of the way to explain all the merits, the safety features and the performance characteristics and the comparisons of VOLVO with other similar vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and was very caring to the customer. He put himself into our shoe and gave the proper guidance to make the right selection. After listening to him with patience, and after proper evaluation, I decided within no time, that VOLVO is my next vehicle. I decided to buy VOLVO and I bought it instantly!

Thanks to Mohamad for his elaborate explanation and patience, and for providing me the proper guidance. It's not only the vehicle specification which is important but the person who's guiding you also plays a role in making the right choice!

We are really frustrated with how this showroom treats their customer. I would give zero star if I could.

As a Volvo owner we wanted to renew our car with one of their newer vehicles.on 4th June paid 10k deposit (about 7% of car value) to book a preowned car as sales rep assured that we would get our deposit back within 10days if we didn't like the trade in deal. Took two business days to receive offer but in the end we didn't like it and asked for our refund on 8th.

On 18th we did a follow up asking why a simple refund takes too long. Turned out there was an error handling refund documents. Very frustrating but sometimes it happens, right? As customers we just expect a quick solution after such an error, considering size of the deposit and all that.

But to our surprise, upon asking for our refund, today (21st) rep told us to wait another week (28) to get our refund back because payment process takes a week? I mean, WHAT?

Following more calls and messages filled with frustration and disappointment, nothing changed but surely our regret grew even bigger.

So if you are looking for life filled with headache and frustration, I suggest visit this place, they won't disappoint!

I recently purchased my first Volvo from the team in Festival City. Thank you to Ivy and Mulder, I love my new XC40. It definitely feels like a huge upgrade from my VW and everyone who sits inside is impressed. The whole experience was simple from start to finish and financing was sorted easily.

I enjoyed the experience of having a Volvo for 2 years on the lease contract. Although i was not impressed with its sound system, all other points ticked the boxes. The drive quality has been above excellence. If your not any audio nerd, then the basic sound system provided is more than good. The sales team was very helpfull, special attention given by Mr Mulder is well appreciated, considering he is the showroom manager, many a time tried to solve issues for me. People like Nurgiza and Rajith made me more than welcome whenever i walked into the showroom. The reason i gave the review a 4 is because of the average navigation system fitted. It good, but when compared to my Jeep, i found the interface more difficult to use. Apart from the flimsy navigation system, over cautious safety systems and the average sounf system, the volvo xc40 T5 is an excellent car. It s drivers vehicle and for 250hp is more than enough to have some fun. Thank you Volvo, the 2 years i enjoyed the overall experience.

I called to check the availability of a spare part and they said they are available until 5: 30, arrived 30 mins after I called but they made me wait 45 minutes to collect a spare part since they is only one guy that works in spare parts and he was on lunch break and they never mentioned that on the phone.

I am really pleased with the level of professionalism and transparency demonstrated by Tamer El Hady throughout the buying process of my new Volvo car.a new standard has been set. And thanks as well to the entire Volvo team for such great experience.

I own an XC90 beautiful and very underrated car in UAE. While no major issue with the car, the service is poor. "Over promise, under deliver". That.if they pick your call!

Probably one of the least necessary representatives in Dubai. I brought my car to this place for a regular service and picked it up with malfunctioning side mirror. Upon request to fix it I had to bring it four times again and within 9 months the mirror was fixed. Either Volvo in Sweden has no clue how these guys treat Volvo customers or this is the way Volvo works. Either way I sold my car as it was not what I had expected from this brand.

I own a Volvo V40 T5 for 3 years now.the car, while not perfect, is very easy to live with.and Thanks God, didn't have any major issues until now.good performance, beautiful timeless design and decent practicality.the people at Volvo-Trading enterprises are very polite and helpful. I am a bit nitpicky when it comes to car suspension, vibration, and sounds, (there is still a very mild vibration on speeds more than 130 kp/h). And every time I go to the service center people there never get bored, especially Mr Mirza, he is very patient, every time he takes my car with smile and checking it and trying to do anything to make me satisfied, he never gets bored of me going there every now and then to check a vibration that is not felt by humans:), but he never saves any efforts to fix any issues for my car.the service charges are a bit high, but you will get a good service and a great experience servicing your car with them, also Mirza will apply any POSSIBLE discounts to your bill without you even asking.their manager - I don't remember the name unfortunately- is very helpful as well, and even replying emails and answers customer's complaints.they deliver your car on time, and if you have any problem that is covered by warranty they some times provide a courtesy car-if available. I recommend this place, and I recommend buying a volvo as well.
