W Dubai - The Palm

I came with my husband to the hotel during the festive period and it was one of the greatest experience I've ever had because our stay was fantastic. One of the hotel Staff *Moses* was really helpful, right from the door step to the room. He was really attentive and gave us an excellent service.
Everytime we are going out to take a taxi, he always ask us if we need water because water is life. Definitely coming back here next time but in all, the team is very cooperating.

For the price there is much better in Dubai. Breakfast average. From a 5 star or not Max 3, most guests travel on package deals.

My 3rd stay at W Palm in Dubai, specifically in the "Fabulous" room, was nothing short of extraordinary. The seamless check-in process, coupled with the complimentary upgrade (thanks to Marriott BonVoy), showcased the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. The room itself was a haven of modern luxury, boasting breathtaking views and chic decor. From top-notch amenities to impeccable service, W Palm Jumeirah stands out as a pinnacle of hospitality in the heart of Dubai. Certainly staying there a 4th time soon!

The worst experience in my life.we booked 12 members and the security director said we don't look like a guest and this absolutely trash he look at us as law class and I'll never come back again here

I’m currently on a three country birthday trip and have stayed exclusively at W properties because they usually have excellent service. W Palm Dubai is the last stop and the level of service and attention to details is not the same as other W properties. I arrived at 2 am in the morning, I informed the hotel of my arrival time so that there would be a smooth interaction since my arrival was early arrival. Upon getting to the room I noticed some small imperfections torn upholstery on the bedframe and a large dirt print inside the room near the sliding door. I dismissed all those things because it was so early and wanted to get some sleep before breakfast. I also noticed that unlike other W properties there was no welcome card placed for my arrival. In the morning I woke up 6: 30 am to prepare for breakfast (this is always my favorite part of any hotel stay) while getting dressed I discovered there was no small hand towels in the bathroom which I ignore as well because I just wanted to get down to breakfast and enjoy my day. I arrived 7: 33 to breakfast and there was a bakery cart in the middle of the walkway. I checked my clock thinking maybe I was too early but breakfast was stated to begin at 7 am. I should around waiting to be greeted and sat but everyone just ignored me so I went and selected my own table. I sat at the table for a bit waiting to put in an order for coffee and omelette but no one came so I decided just to grab some things from the buffet while I waited. After 12-15 mins of eating I got up to find some juice since no one was taking order for coffee and was greeting with a are you an elite member. I said yes and went to grab for key card to show my room number. I never received a good morning or even an introduction of the servers name just straight to getting was I supposed to be there. After proving I was worthy to be at the elite breakfast where nothing felt elite. I was asked if I could place my omelette and coffee order. At the time it was 8 am Buffett was already open for an hour and I was the only one there. It was a complete let down for someone who loves a good breakfast. The staff never once offered replenishments of my coffee, I wanted to ask for a mimosa but I felt like I was a burden for the staff even though I was only guest there until around 8: 15. Wrapping up my birthday vacation here was the worse. I can’t believe a 5 star establishment can’t even get the small things right or at least be consistent with the other W hotel around the world. After breakfast I used the Marriott app to book a cabana and to my surprise showed up and all cabanas were booked. The pool girl said cabanas are booked through them not the whenever/whatever assistant

I visited this hotel with my 15 year old daughter, for 10 nights. I am 55 and this hotel was perfect for both of us. The staff were all incredible - so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and the food was amazing. The pool area was perfect - lots of places to sit in the sun and the shade. Fab location. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel staff are very welcoming. Great ambiance.free kids play area all day (other hotels will charge you after an hour of free access).

Room is a bit funky, the ones facing JBR have a great view. The pools are photogenic for instragrams, chilled in summer, almost too cold for me, but not practical for a good swim, more for kids to splash. The adult pool is too small for my taste. The breakfast is good, try to get it during non peak time, otherwise you may not enjoy it. Spa massage was excellent, unfortunately the spa doesn’t have a view and sauna/steam is closed due to Covid. You either like the location or hate it. It is away from the hustle and bustle, but can be annoying if you are constantly rushing to the city to do tourist events. Fortunately the taxi is plenty and cheap and traffic is good during Covid. But it is close to the Atlantis and The Point! Or forgot to mention the beach is UNDERWHELMING! Bad sand quality.

2 stars were given only for the friendly staff who were serving the breakfast. Otherwise, It wasn’t a pleasant experience. We didn’t like our stay there. We went to Dubai for a week, spent 6 days at a 4 stars hotel and decided to spend the last night at the W. It turned out to be a disappointment.the first hotel was much much better with a great service.
Reasons behind this are:
- Room was noisy, construction was going on at « W residential ».
- Breakfast was below average.didn’t meet our expectations and was tooo crowded.
- They weren’t flexible. We asked for an early check In, they refused, we came late to the room around 18: 00 and we asked for a late checkout around 14: 00 they refused also and said they would give a maximum of 30 mins (to check out at 12: 30)
- They kept calling to let us leave the room more than twice. Which made us feel nervous and were rushing to gather our things and leave.
- Finally, bad value for money and will not visit again.

To be honest, this is one of the best hotels that I used to stay in.
First thing that needs to be mentioned is a service. All the employees are polite and are willing to help you.
Second thing that blows your mind is interior - it is awesome!
And third thing is the cuisine. You will be surprised with the dishes and the taste!
Before staying at W hotel you need to keep in mind that this place has a lot of limitations for the kids. Although, there is a game room with a wonderful crew, you will not be able to visit SPA, pool with a bar, roof restaurants with kids.
Hotel is located on the Palm (you can tell it from it's name:). This means you will have to spend 20-30 minutes to get to Burj Khalifa by taxi (appx 60 dirham = 17$).
Overall me and my family were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay at this beautiful place. Strongly recommend to visit!

Personal. Geräumige Zimmer, super Gym, viele Liegen an Strand und Pool. Essen super, egal ob Buffet oder in den Restaurants.

Loved every bit if our stay. The property is stylish and great no doubt. But I guess its the staff who made is better. They were brilliant, courteous, helpful and always ready incase one needs something. We tried two restaurants the Liv and Akira Back, loved both. So highly recommended.

Pool and terrasses are just amazing, music in the bars is great as well
Stuff are friendly, would recommend it to both couples and families
Had also nice and large beach over looking the palm villas

Wooo realy really appreciated for the reception to till dinner warm wellcom food was owasam, delicious, tasty thank you w to having me, it was a nice view of swimming pool also a bright view off athletics atmosphere is romantic lovely and enjoyable.
Live station in buffet was nice idea for steak very nice place for dinner, weeding reception, birthday, anniversary or surprise party i love the place.hope come again

This hotel is amazing. Very luxurious without being too posh. Modern look and feel. Th localization is very nice in the Palm. Not in a very crowded part. The beach is clean and full of beds. The staff is very helpful and fun. Over the weekend there is a brunch at the pool. The restaurant selection serves great food. Overall W hotel is 5 stars.

The place has a nice architectural designs, clean rooms though it's not really that spacious. The breakfast is good except the eggs that I tried was a little bit salty. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The place is near to Atlantis and it was great.

Extremely slow waitress service were toke time until they pick up the order and to deliver the order, rooms which located with the pool view got humidity even though ac working for a while

Nice hotel and fairly friendly staff. Location is not my personal favorite and the multi level pool is more designer less functional. Pool staff overcharge so be careful. Actually even at checkout the reception wanted to charge double. Took them 20 mins to admit the mistake after being firm. Yeah, not goin back.

Extraordinary location and extremely friendly international service. Lots of great restaurants and bars, spacious rooms with balcony and fully equipped bar. Great place to relax, party or just enjoy Dubai.

It's just woowwwww place very impressive interior in waiting area they kinetic motion Cinderella is amazing which move on sound beats. Personal small pool for family, very big meeting and event spaces. Rooftop is my favourite, it will give u look and feel of Miami.

New in the palm.best hotel and best room rates and amazing f&b outlets, beautiful view off sunset and sunrise. Best service and friendly staff in the hotel. Highly recommended

Love love love, one of my favorite hotels in dubai (which are very few), love Sobe bar, great place to have drinks whether on weekend or weekdays, the Japanese restaurant across from Sobe is amazing, also rooftop style with cabana style tables and regular dining tables, the food is something else, very tasteful and delicious, they have excellent variety of cocktails to order from, the W is famous for its cool party suits with catwalk stage, own private bar and enormous terrace with jacuzzi the suite also has its own dj equipped booth, the adult pool is perfect! If you are willing to visit Dubai, this hotel should be on your radar of places to stay.

W West Crescent is a brand new resort in Dubai Palm Jumeirah. We have been there for a weekend to celebrate my wife birthday. The room - Fabulous Escape - was amazing, the best room ever. The personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. If you are in Dubai for day you shall visit it, you will not be disappointed! Special thanks to Mr. MINA SHAKER for making our weekend an amazing one.

The design of the hotel is interesting and modern contemporary and the service is young.they have to increase their service quality and their service skills in the long run. I definitely see a leadership management problem. Pricing/Occupancy/a tourist destination or local destination or both.hard to balance bottom line is they have to catch that vibe.

Badly designed. Badly finished. Room smelled of cigarettes. Had to carry my own luggage to the lobby on checkout. If you like your bathroom to be part of your bedroom. Look no further.
