Really fresh selection. There is a specialized department for products containing pork. It has its own production hall: bread, confectionery, salads, snacks. The only store that may ask you to leave your bags in a lightly guarded open locker at the entrance (probably they are afraid of theft, because the store is located on the tourist “trail” to the beach).

Excellent supermarket, large selection, normal prices. Loved the selection of ready meals!

I have been stopping by here for more than a year, but today I entered, and then immediately left. The security guard, for the first time ever, asked me to leave my backpack with the store.
1. It is a suspicion that I am going to shoplift.
2. As long as a backpack stays on the back, how is someone going to put stuff in the backpack?
LuLu doesn't allow people with backpacks into the store. Carrefour DOES. We all have choices that we can make. This supermarket is in the Dubai Marina across the street from JBR.

A good supermarket, having variety of goods and stuffs at affordable price.
Staffs are good and accomodating.

The staff there is really rude, they make you feel like they are working in NASA and they dont have time even to smile in your face

Worst supermarket I've ever seen. Staff are rude and unprofessional. They don't set the appropriate prices for products, and they won't give you a refund even if it was their mistake not to disclose the price!

Ordered through the app and showed final amount and the delivery person showed up with higher amount and returned. After awaiting for a call for more than a hour when I called they say the promo is out of stock and we cannot deliver. I totally understand these are unprecedented circumstances but atleast the basic communication would’ve helped.

I got a lot of items and I can’t bring all home all by my self so I took some and I told them to deliver some have been waiting over 2 hours this is very bad
