W11 Shisha Lounge & Restaurant

Love this place food is very delicious and sheesha is awsome very happy to go all time there.

They have both indoor and outdoor sitting space. Nice food along with nice service. Restroom facility is available. Ni issues of parking. They also have Carom board and Ludo for extra chilling.

Taste and atmosphere both are good
But the customer service is miserable.
The waiters and the staff is ignoring the customer and rude

The best Pakistani cafe experience you will get in Dubai, specially the Karachi feel.
Prices are very reasonable and the quality & quantity of food is amazing!

It was my favorite desi restaurant in Dubai specially karahi but today the taste was pathetic and chicken is not properly cooked and hard in karahi, and just taste less even spices were not upto mark. Very very disappointing, and i asked about it the waitress said their chef is changed. So never gonna visit again.

Best desi vibes of karachite and pindi. Cool. Place to hang out with friends and family and great thing is spacious parking available near by

We ordered both chicken and mutton kadahi, chargha and chapli kababs and the taste was below average.kababs were too thick and not cooked well.service was poor as the waiters were not around most of the time

Cost and service compared to Nayab handi is high.
I would rather prefer Nayab handi jumeira next time.
Theme is ok.atmosphere due to smoke is unhealthy.

However since they allow sheesha inside restaurant, it seems men's restaurant than a family restaurant.

Very expensive as compared to their service and food. Must check your bill before paying it because so many time they put additional items in the bill. There is no combo for anything. There are many other cafe with better pricing and same quality.

Nice restaurant, the best thing is that it is open 24 hours, what I didn't like is that they don't have shisha outside, only inside the restaurant

I am regular customer I go 3 times a week now We go there for shesha they are asking you must take food or take 3 shesha then only need to sit if some one not smoking you can't force them and it's sheesa cafe we come for shesha, there food is worst there are good resturant to have food behaviour was very bad worst service only forcing you to buy more and more you need or no, 0 stars

Both food and shishas are very good.
Gull personally advices us a lot of a good food and drinks - she is very smiley and helpful. Guys even brought playing cards and complimentary water.

In general, service is amazing, I can recommend this place for 120%

Extremely disappointed by their service. We were ordered a pickup order. As we were rush to somewhere. And asked some cutleries to have it there. But they denied to provide as this against their policy. But need showcast some kindness while serving food. It was a bad experience.

It was good experience with w11 cafe, staff is very professional and superb.specially The staff name "Gull" & "Deep" are really awesome and very energetic. Food is delicious, favorite environment.

It took around 45 minutes to serve the order. With lots of salt and taste less food. When we complaint they just smiled and said ok. Prices were comparatively high.

Great ambiance, cooperative staff, delecious mutton karahi and BBQ platter, shisha (pan mint and apple mint) were good. The tea was fantastic! Served in elegant suacer and small cups. Beautiful experience.

Pathetic service, food not that tasty not worth expense. Chairs not comfortable to sit. Inside seating is not allowed with kids. Waste of money

This is a good addition and a clutter breaking cafe in Dubai. The food quality is AMAZING. It has got a lot to do with the owners having an actual background and knowledge of preparing and serving authentic Desi food.

The service is a turnoff. Though elegantly dressed, the service staff here is of no comparison to the active and efficient service staff of their sister restaurant.

Amazing Service by all staff and especially Ms. Preet. Awesome vibe by their great, talented singer Mr. Kamran Jafri, we are all his fans now. Charsi Karahi and Rabri is must try. Very friendly and dedicated staff.

Very disappointing place. They should not serve food if they are not ready to serve. I went with friends to introduce typical Karachi’s food but we experienced only disappointment. Kitchen staff needs to change completely because they are serving cold karahi and burnt naan, after complaining 3 times we received the same.
I would strongly suggest the management to take necessary measures for customer satisfaction as it is spoiling pakistani food image. Many other unsatisfied customers left the place due to same reasons.

This is a new branch of famous truck Adda, the service team n the kitchen team are not well trained or could handle the order, lots of guest were disappointed as the order came very late and incomplete, I feel sorry for one of the guest who brought their kids and elderly parents during the weekend, they were utterly disappointed n had to leave as food were cold n in complete. We had to wait for more than an hour and a half to get our order which were very simple chicken peshawar, mutton kadahi, chicken keema, rice and 5 rotis. We also got incomplete order after waiting for so long. Will never visit again.

Nice place for sitting, food and shisha with big screen in case of any event or game.order processing takes time.

I must say the Food here is impressive. I had the biryani and kebabs. Pricey but good quality food. The ambience and setup is nice, very relaxing and quiet. Its a must visit

This is probably one of the nicest shisha lounges we’ve been to in Dubai. The atmosphere and vibe was unbeatable. The staff are super friendly and always made sure we were comfortable and were very welcoming. We went nearly every night whilst we were on holiday and enjoyed it every single time. The food and drink is very tasty and very affordable. Everything was very clean and they also had games for us to play. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting dubai and will 100% be coming back here next holiday.

Festive, bright atmosphere with painted walls evocative of Pakistani colour, W11 is a sports bar that feels upmarket while casual int he most unlikely of locations. Shisha available (as the name gives away) but the prices are quite reasonable too. Portions are big - even the half portions.

They don't serve Kashmiri chai even though their restaurant does, tables low can't play anything on it, probably want the customers to leave ASAP. Sheesha is upto par.
