Best supermarket ever. It is pricey, however the food is excellent quality and the staff are very helpful.

I enjoy shopping here as there is easy parking fresh produce and a good range of items. I like the butchery especially great steak. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is ample parking available.

I give this one star review for safety reasons. Waitrose is importing and labeling many products as organic or natural, especially from Africa. None of these products meet internationally recognized organic certification. Many of its products look appealing but contain dangerous levels of chemical residues and trace fertilizers. The reality is many countries, especially developing ones, do not have pesticide monitoring programs in place or do not enforce testing on exports. Unfortunately, nor do most countries have enough resources to conduct wide scale monitoring on imports. Therefore, it is up to retailers to do their own due diligence. The whole system runs on a trust but verify model. Waitrose does not do the due diligence. They either knowingly or ignorantly import products labeled as organic to advertise their stores as high quality when in fact many of these products may not be safe for human consumption. An easy example was their green beans labeled organic they carried last week. If you flip the package over it says not Agricultural EU. It doesn't meet Western safety standards. They import it because it's cheap and sell it to their consumers because they look at the professional presentation of the store without knowing their spending more money to buy a cheap product that could harm them or their families if consumed. It's one thing for the local mom and pop grocery to not know any better, but Waitrose has no excuse for peddling false labels for unsafe products at a high markup.

The fruits and vegetables looks fresh and well presented. While the place is clean and spacious. I guess in a way it does encourage some impulsive shopping whilst you are walking past.
They do have a salad bar, ready cooked food and bakery area. Pretty much one can find everything inside.

Supermarket with a good selection of goods and friendly staff. Other useful shops in the mall.

Definitely to be avoided: the men's barbershop - completely overpriced with mediocre quality at best.

Choclates… they even have tony chocolony.

A very cool hang out, with friendly attentive staff, although I feel it's a little more expensive than the last time I was there, sign of the times and global inflation I'm guessing. I will return for sure

Visit Waitrose Al Thanya Street branch Saturday 2 October 2021 before 09: 00. The supermarket is extremely, clean, well layed out and well managed. I rate this super market 5 star. However, it is relatively expensive but I still rate my shopping (groceries) experience 5 star.

In comparison to other branches its alright. I'm a huge fan of Waitross foods especially deli section. I was so hungry and went for a quick bite after 10 hours of robust hunger -_-. The options werent as pleasing as other branches. They seemed pretty limited in comparison, or maybe because i popped at 8 PM and some selections were finished! Not sure. Nevertheless the food was as good and fresh as always.

They have good selection of vegan cheese and vegan yogurt. I wish they carried Sojade products. They also have healthy green juices. The mall is quite, small and cozy! It is easy to find a parking spot there.

Very easy to acces with parking right infront of the store. If you are missing on british products then this is the place to go to.

Great food shopping destination for European families and specially families from the UK. They have several food and non food items that are imported from the UK that are not available in other supermarkets. Their prices are more than other supermarkets but their services is excellent.

I love this store. Everything here is fresh and clean. Its a bit small but u can find everything there. What i also love about this place is that they have their own parking lot. I feel like here in dubai parking is very hard to find anywhere.

This waitrose lies in a center which has other facilities like barber shop, cafe, Tailor and restaurant. U will find lots of imported products not so many varieties but all the daily needs are available, vegetables and fruits are of high quality in freshness. Prices are higher than other supermarkets

Love this place where you have the best of waitrose in town. Usually i used to go to the one in Dubai mall but now i no more need to struggle with parking during weekends as i have this gem located in Jumeirah having its very own building. Compared to other competitive supermarket chains am completely hook to this place where i find the best of items reasonably or fairly priced too for those foreign imported items unlike few others that just over price which are big rip offs. Their supermarkets are also very neat clean. They also encourage shoppers to go green buy using their tote bags which are really cute or you could even use ur very own bag rather than plastic bags.

Excellent for shopping good Quality vegetables, fruits, meat, organic food, variety of freshly baked bread and great salads and grilled chicken. Very clean and not crowded.

Good items but when you are walking inside for shopping a security people behaving to any local ladies wearing traditional abaya as if they are thief and focusing on them even sometime I notice they only following us and leaving European amirican people shopping without any disturb. Every time I am leaving place with bad impression. Strange that the owner is local and he is owner of other famous supermarket which doing same things with local Emirati people only. No respect to local people and no respect to Muslim religion they opening music on Middle of Adhan for praying

Get the standard Waitrose fare with a few US products thrown in. Quite pricey comparative to the UK but that's to be expected given it's all imported.

Books and Magazines. Imported products from around the world. Prices are high. Mostly products from the United Kingdom. Staff are friendly and helpful. Small parking area. Wheelchair accessible.

I like Waitrose because they have fresh bread like home and their fresh burgers and koftas are nicely flavoured. Their staff are friendly and helpful and they have great ready made foods but their fruit prices are very expensive and lots of other things are highly priced but it comes with the name a s location.

Lovely place to do groceries. Only problem, process are on the higher side so can't be your regular place for the daily stuff.

Perfectly located in the heart of Jumeriah - Al Thanya street. Great helpful Staff, nice and fresh fruit and Vegetables, nice bakery section. Many options of Waitrose own super quality brands.
