This is a good residential building with swimming pool, gym and parking. Ground floor and basement 1 parking is outsourced while basement 2 and 3 is for building apartment owners. The road side of the apartment is bit noisy as the traffic noise sometimes is disturbing and irritating. The the balcony you can view burj khalifa, atlantis firework, dubai American academy games when students are playing. And beautiful lights on hessa street at night time

Only visited clover dental clinic for dental work. Good, clean and well maintained clinic. Dr Disha Gupta did good work (root canal).
