I sent 26 items all at once after I read the ratings of this company. I still, till this day, regret for not trying the place first with a few items than all at once. All my brand clothes shrank and colors faded from all 26 items. I wish I never trusted you in the first place and hope you wont do the same mistake as I did by blindly trusting the company based on reviews.
After a few days passed from writing this review, I got contacted by the manager of washmen. He requested that I send back some of my damaged items for the company to check their status (as shown in their reply review) and that I would receive a call the next day. However, I waited 4 days with no call response. I called them back and turns out that they’ve already had a response but didn’t even hesitate to call me back to inform me of their concluded analysis. Moreover, it turns out that their analysis contradicted my claim, saying that the clothes have not shrunk, which showed me how even more unprofessional, unreliable, and uncaring the company is. My thighs LITERALLY don’t fit in the jeans anymore. LITERALLY! They said that they measured my clothes and no shrinkage occurred. So don’t even bother reporting a problem. All in all the manager was very polite and respectful and surely not his fault but the company’s quality of work and service is undeniably poor. It is my first time writing a review this long and detailed just to show how pissed I am from having all my favorite clothes shrunk and about 1/4 of them had their colors fade away. All in all, try and see for yourselfs. Goodluck.

Terrible service. They delivered my clothes to the wrong address and when I complained, they claim they picked it up and then delivered it again to another wrong address. They ended the chat so I couldn’t message them again and no one has called me to help me out with the wrongly delivered items. I’ve had to chase them all day. What’s most ludicrous is the fact that I paid surcharge to get it delivered the next day and now it’s been two days - they have of course not offered a refund or mentioned they would waive off the surcharge. I’ll never use Washmen again and I encourage anyone who has designer clothes to never trust them to deliver to your correct address in the future. How this “professional” company can get it wrong twice in a day is beyond me.

I have used Washmen few times since the very beginning but recently decided to use a company called LaundryHeap. I must say I did a big mistake. Now I realize the Value of a good company. Never use LaundryHeap again, it’s scam company with poor service and no customer service what so ever only chatbots. Keep up the good work washmen

When they first launched, services were great and affordable but recently last 3 times I faced issues either clothes not pressed properly or clothes coming back with weird smell or clothes arrangement is messy so I stopped using them. I would expect much better quality for these prices

I have experienced very professional and Prompt service for my Trade Name Reservation. Earlier my request was got rejected due to some restriction. But this centre has did it and fulfilled my expectations within 3 hours. I offered them a KFC as my unexpected happiness.

Received back my first order of Wash & Press, and I’m really impressed with the service and the quality of cleaning! I’d definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Washmen is very professionally run and all staff are amazing. I had a great experience with Armin, Mary and all the other staff who went above and beyond to help locate my misplaced item in the laundry bag.

Update on my review - just had a call from Washmen and they explained the problem and have sorted the issue out.

You should always judge a company by how they sort issues out and I have to say these guys were very professional.

I haven’t used these guys for a while, so I didn’t look at the prices before making an order, which is my own fault. But I send one bag of washing, one bag of ironing and 2 items for dry cleaning and it came to over 500 dhms, which is just ridiculous.

On top of this, both drop off and pick were delayed, so I wasn’t home when everything arrived.

The quality of the cleaning is good, but all of the ironed clothes came back on hangers, which is really excessive (especially for my children’s TShirts!)

These guys have outpriced themselves and I won’t be using them again.

Such a poor job done on the restoration and cleaning of my designer shoes. All around the shoe lace rings it was still dirty, the seams/ threads of the sole dark because still dirty. The seams behind the shoes are still dirty. Basically the only thing done has been the cleaning of the leather and sole. Whereas I have requested for restoration and asked them to do what’s necessary to restore the shoes. For me that was a poor job and I will never be sending anything to Washmen anymore.

The shoe care was great, all shoes look brand new again, and they called to check exactly what repairs were required with prices. Would definitely use again!

The washmen team is very professional, customer service team is amazing. The services are great and they have launched new services for shoes. Which I have used recently and they are doing amazing work.i was impressed when they delivered my shoe. I can't regret their work. If you need a laundry check up on washmen.

Great service. Good pickup. Can’t go wrong. Used them twice when I was here on a long trip. Cheaper than the hotel laundry bill for sure.

I had 3 blankets cleaned. Total cost $105. The white down comforter was still dirty. I don’t think soap was even used. Very disappointed.

Washmen new ShoeCare service is absolutely incredible! I had two pairs of white leather trainers completely stained and wrinkled, and they look just brand new right now. I love Washmen and can’t live without them, but this service deserves a big shout out!

The worse laundry service! After three (3) dry cleanings - and my brand new snow-white Linen became yellow.
After the conversation with the service helpline, I finally could figure out that Linen gets washed at 30'C!

60°C
You will notice a significant improvement in the wash results at 60°C. Be sure to check that your garments are suitable for washing at this temperature before throwing them in. 60°C is the perfect temperature for killing bacteria, viruses and removing stains. This wash setting is also highly recommended for washing towels and bedding. However, you should be aware that you need to use a good detergent to kill all bacteria when washing at this temperature because, on its own, this setting will not remove all germs.

Also, good luck if you choose this company to wash your clothes or home linen.

Then it was not one, or twice. 10 times minimum! I used your service for my business for more than 5 months.

No improvement with you, no professional response!
Yellow linen, and not washed out - simple stains, lousy pressing, just terrible service!
I still remember how you washed the white linen with, I have no idea; with the towels from a Petstore (I presume), the items were covered with black animal hair, so I had to send it twice back to you.

Overpriced, didn't wash some of my items and told me if I wanted them washed it would take another day, there's cheaper and better services offered in Dubai

It was my first time to give my clothes for Washmen Laundry and I'm really happy with their dry clean. Even my clothes were sensitive material from high brand and really they had done very good job from A to Z process.

I've been testing Washmen for a few months now and I'm extremely satisfied. Pick-up takes place via an order via the app and delivery is just as problem-free. If desired, even contactless via the app. I wish we had such a service in Europe. That would make a lot of things easier. Especially for people who travel a lot and rely on such services. Super happy with Washmen’s service. They are always on time, very convenient and garments are cleaned very well. There was an issue I had with a stain caused by a bleeding print on a garment which they promptly resolved at no extra cost. I also love that they collect recycling waste. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Love the app. Really easy to send clothes and just being able to pay through the app instead of cash etc during covid makes life simple. Quality and punctuality is also great.

The service is great. It would be nice if they also mended minor clothing damage (perhaps for an extra charge). Getting unwashed items back because of something that could be easily fixed is a nuisance.
