I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ENOUGH!

I needed to get my bridal gown dry cleaned after my wedding, it's safe to say the dress took a battering on the day with us having an outdoor wedding. It was filthy , and quite honestly I presumed completely ruined.

I dropped it into my usual dry cleaners and they serviced it the best they could but the dress returned to me in pretty much an identical condition as when I sent it - stained and filthy.

I then went to speak with 2 other laundry companies and they both said they wouldn't touch it as they knew they wouldn't be able to get the dress clean.

Washon accepted the dress and had such a short turn around time. The dress came back to me as good as new! I honestly cannot believe that they managed to get the dress clean!

The gown is the original colour again, the sparkles are still glistening and the lace is back to bright white!

This company is so efficient & effective I would trust them with every garment in my wardrobe - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!

AVOID! They lost my shirt and they are not answering my calls or messages. I have contacted the Police and the Economy department to investigate them.

They lost one of my items or they dont want to return it and they deny that they ever received the iteem which was brand new also! I neveer ever experienced this since I live in Dubai

I had given my shirt on 1st Feb for dry clean. I have not yet got it back. It had stains which were not being removed. Well I understand if all the stains are not been removed too. But why have I not got the shirt yet? It's been more than a month now.

Very professional team, doing a good job, they always tried to accommodate our requests. We used them for a year now, and i have no complaints.

Pick up and delivery was on time but the item after I got bac was not in its original form. No clear response from them.never use the dry clean service!

I love how easy the service is! I can organize all of my laundry in their colour coded bags outside my door and it is picked up and returned within 2 days clean, folded, and packaged without any further involvement on my part. Whenever I have had a question or issue with an item, the response has been immediate. It's excellent service!

Great washing service in Dubai for clothes as well as linen. I particularly like the homecare offer. Reliable and smooth service with pickup and delivery and good customer service. We have never had any issues with anything being destroyed or gone missing, on two occasions there have been items left behind at the facility but both times the team has quickly contacted us to get the missing item delivered. Overall I am a very happy customer.

Until recently, when I started using WashOn Dry cleaning and Laundry Service I must say it’s flawless. The app’s interface is as simple yet efficient as it gets the color coding and different services are spot on for those who just want to clean and fold to those who want the full service. With just a click, bags are the door, and from there on, it’s all fully automated. And if you ever need help, their customer service is excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive and most importantly efficient and fast. As for the quality of the cleaning techniques: as I said flawless. Absolutely fantastic service by these experts. Let me tell you one thing. I had one pair of shorts with yellow stains. I had tried almost every laundry services in Dubai but was not satisfied. One of my friend introduced me to this company. I gave them same pair of shorts for laundry. Surprisingly their service was quick and worth the money. And those stains were no more. They lost our clothes. All of my husbands work clothes have disappeared and there was no effort to bring them back.they are so unprofessional and they will not compensate the value of items lost. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Used wash on a few times for everyday laundry. I used the service wash and press and always received everything back within 24h. I can just recommend them.

We were their customers for a long time and there service is decent but suddenly they started charging extra charges on the bag pressing service claiming that the bag service shouldn’t exceed specific number of pcs “which was not communicated, clarified earlier or confirmed if the can proceed with the order”.

As many other businesses they are fine when there is no issues but when the first concern comes out you will immediately see reality of unprofessionalism, lack of communication skills and that they are not interested to show some respect to their old customers.

They are not committed to delivering the order as per the timeline. Lots of excuses actually!
It took them 10 days to deliver my carpet and their reason was they just want to “ensure the quality” of the service but I honestly, I did not received a fresh carpet, the smell is still there. Not again…

Terrible. Ruined my item. Said that they would investigate and I’ve heard nothing 10 days later.

I wish we can rate by negative as they don’t even deserve the one star. Becareful don’t ever use this company. Very unprofessional they will try to rip-off your pockets.

Perfect washing company they washed my carpet and i loved it since i have kids at home.the odour was perfect and so soft highly recommended

THIS IS THE WORST LAUNDRY IN DUBAI!

1. Booked the timing 3 times to pick up carpet and curtains and they never showed up and kept me waiting 2-3 hours telling that they are coming and after just stop responding my calls. They picked up the item only when I left them outside.
2. Promised me to make it clean in 6 days. After 11 day I called them by myself and they told me the items are not ready. They delivered them after 13 days
3. They delivered my carpet, my curtains and 3 extra carpets which are not mine! So someone from their clients just lost them
4. They delivered all dirty and dusty! The same as I gave them. They didn’t clean at all!

This laundry was not my choice and the agent of the apartment arranged it and paid.

Ruined clothes- untraceable and missing items. And to top it off worst attitude from customer service trying to lie and cover up their mistake and deny even having your items. Don’t send them your valuable items. Or not at all

Quite fast, well priced compared to many other services i have used, and most importantly the clothes come back looking and smelling fresh.
I completely switched to using them full time.

We have just moved and I found WashOn through the community facebook group and it was a Life’s Saver! They accommodated their schedule to come and pick up the clothe (i sent duvets’s covers, bed sheets, mattress covers, comforters, and my husband’s Shirts for washing and ironing) they did a superb job, very professional by letting me know the issues in the clothe and how could they fix it before proceeding… They have very good prices and also gave me a discount for the first order… i was very pleased with their job and i even sent more clothe (4 bags and they charge per bag not per piece) the next day!
It’s great to have WashOn in our community!

Excellent service. Garments was done as per the specifications. Neatly packed in appropriate bags as per the garment size at the time of delivery. No delays. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for good laundry service.

Best service ever! I just now moved to Dubai and I was a bit nervous to find the perfect laundry with super flexible home delivery services! The quality of their service is unbelievable!

Been using them for months. On several occasions we discover missing items after many communications back and forth and denial of the mistake. Some items were found and returned in poor condition as per the second pic. Some are still not located with no answer or at least an apology. If you plan to use them dont send any expensive or cherished items.

Good company to use for laundry, not very expensive but good quality. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

I do not recommend this laundry to any one they damaged my valuables clothing and returned them with stains and dirt and no one cares even to contact me or discuss the matter with me I am running after them and no response from their side

Happy with service, captain came on time for pickup gather all information and timely delivered.

Started using this service in March this year. All was ok until they damaged, beyond repair, 3 items of clothing (2 pairs of trousers, one shirt).

1) they did not propose any kind of resolution despite admitting the damage

2) when I asked to speak to someone who manages/owns the operation, they did not provide anyone.best I got was Whatsapp messages of appologies and promises that someone would call but they didn't and that was a week ago

3) I told them that if I didn't hear from anyone that I would have no choice but to write a review to warn existing/potential users. I have no desire to hurt anyone's business or indeed the people working there who rely on the income for their families but at the same time I find this company's attitude highly disturbing

My advice to people using and ones considering using this service is to get a clear understanding of their policy re damage caused by them in writing before taking the plunge

I don’t typically leave reviews, but we feel a duty to warn others about the experience I’ve had with Washon Drycleaning And Laundry Services. I decided to try them after a recommendation in this group however I'm really disappointed with their terrible services I gave them my expensive Zara Home bedsheets and pillow cases set. They LOST my 2 pillowcases, and each time I discussed it with them, no attempt at restitution was ever made by Washon. Their only solution was to offer me AED 50 credit for my next order, why would I ever use such a company again after this experience? So I would say stay away from this company all they want to do is collect the money and loose expensive clothing items’
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY DON'T CARE!

Terrible service. Didn’t even get the chance to try their cleaning service.
Placed an order for yesterday collection and drop-off to be the next day as I’m travelling and they confirmed that they will send someone and the delivery will be today. However i came back home last night in the evening, i found no one collected the laundry and they didn’t even bother to call for rescheduling or mentioning that they won’t be able to collect the laundry, so i can find another solution.
Totally unprofessional, unreliable. Will never use this company.
